The invention mainly aims to provide a valve plate polishing and grinding device which is used for solving the problems that in the background technology, in the high-precision polishing and grinding of a valve plate, the manual polishing efficiency is low, the requirement on an operator is strict, and the operator is easily damaged; the mechanical polishing is single, and the efficiency is low; the valve plate is easily polluted by a manual operation machine, and the quality of the valve plate is influenced.

In this embodiment, the combination of the limiting block 1543 and the elastic plate 1541 is in a shape of big end up, and the lower bottom of the combination of the limiting block 1543 and the elastic plate 1541 is aligned with the fixing block 1542, so that the valve plate can enter the positioning device and clamp the valve plate conveniently.
