生物有机肥是经生物物质、动植物废弃物、植物残体加工而来,消除了其中的有毒有害物质,富含大量有益物质,包括:多种有机酸、肽类以及包括氮、磷、钾在内的丰富的营养元素。不仅能为农作物提供全面营养,而且肥效长,可增加和更新土壤有机质,促进微生物繁殖,改善土壤的理化性质和生物活性,是绿色食品生产的主要养分。
目前,液体有机水肥的应用越来越广泛,液体有机肥比固态有机肥的应用效果显现更加迅速,效果更佳好。但是,目前的液态有机水肥一般仅仅将有机肥进行溶解过滤即可得到,这种方式制备的水肥往往容易把有益物质过滤出来,而如果不过滤杂质过多,则沉淀过多,影响水肥的使用以及品质。
本发明针对以上问题,提供一种生物有机水肥制备装置,提高生物有机水肥的制备效果,提高有机水肥的品质。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其包括配液搅拌组件、粉浆组件和过滤组件,其特征在于,所述配液搅拌组件对有机肥发酵液进行搅拌的同时添加生物菌群,并在搅拌的同时,使得发酵液内的大沉淀物粉碎;所述配液搅拌组件的出液端通过流速控制器连接至所述粉浆组件,且所述配液搅拌组件是在搅拌运行过程中进行出液的;所述粉浆组件对浆液进行粉碎处理,所述粉浆组件的出液端连接至所述过滤组件;所述过滤组件对粉浆组件粉浆后的浆液进行过滤处理,即可得到生物有机肥;其中,所述粉浆组件包括粉浆座以及设置在粉浆座上的外粉浆盘组件、内粉浆盘组件和粉浆壳,其中,所述内粉浆盘组件套设在所述外粉浆盘组件内,且所述外粉浆盘组件和内粉浆盘组件均可转动设置,且转动方向相反;所述外粉浆盘组件和内粉浆盘组件设置在所述粉浆壳内;所述外粉浆盘组件上设置有甩液孔,且所述外粉浆盘组件的内壁与所述内粉浆盘组件的外壁之间设置有间隙,该间隙为粉浆的流动通道,且所述外粉浆盘组件的内壁表面与所述内粉浆盘组件的外壁表面为粉浆挤磨表面。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其特征在于:所述上搅拌叶片由上弧形刀片和下弧形刀片组成,所述上弧形刀片和下弧形刀片的凹形端相对设置,且上弧形刀片和下弧形刀片的端部均为尖端,所述下搅拌叶片为搅拌叶片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其特征在于:所述粉浆壳的底部设置有上粉浆电机,所述上粉浆电机采用粉浆齿轮组传动连接至所述旋转接头柱,配液箱的出液端的粉浆进液管固定在粉浆架上,所述粉浆进液管向下伸入所述旋转接头座的空心孔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其特征在于:所述粉浆座的中心设置有支撑台,所述支撑台的中心采用轴承支撑设置有下转轴,所述下转轴的上端伸入固定在所述内转盘上,带动所述内转盘转动,所述粉浆壳密封固定在所述支撑台上,所述粉浆座内还设置有下粉浆电机,所述下粉浆电机连接蜗杆,所述蜗杆连接涡轮,所述涡轮固定在所述下转轴上,带动下转轴转动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其特征在于:所述过滤组件包括过滤主体座、振荡器、出液主管、接头盖、上弧形过滤、下弧形滤网、底滤网和接液头,其中,所述过滤主体座的两端设置有所述振荡器,所述粉浆组件的出液管上连接设置有出液主管,所述出液主管上连接设置有多个出液支管,各个出液支管平行布置在所述接头盖上,所述过滤主体座内设置有上弧形过滤和下弧形滤网,所述接头盖可拆卸的盖上在所述过滤主体座上,所述过滤主体座的下端设置有底滤网,所述底滤网的下端设置有接液头。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种生物有机水肥制备装置,其特征在于:所述底滤网可拆卸的设置在所述过滤主体座上。
