Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an intelligent sofa according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a partial sectional view of the intelligent sofa according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent sofa provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a back cushion 1, a base 2 and two armrests 3, wherein the back cushion 1 is connected with the base 2, each armrest 3 is respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the base 2, and in order to improve the applicability of the sofa, the intelligent sofa provided by the embodiment further comprises an extension cushion 4, a controller 5 and a driving assembly.
The back cushion 1 is connected with the base 2 through the telescopic rod 6 in an angle, the back cushion 1 is connected with the base 2 in a right angle or an obtuse angle so as to facilitate sitting of a user, and the right angle connection or the obtuse angle connection in different angles is specifically set, so that the back cushion can be set or adjusted according to the use requirement of the user.
The base 2 is internally provided with a supporting plate 22, the supporting plate 22 is parallel to the surface of the base 2, the supporting plate 22 is used for supporting the weight of a user, the back pad 1 is internally provided with a supporting column 14, and the supporting column 14 is used for resisting the pressure generated on the back pad 1 when the user sits down. The support column 14 is connected with the support plate 22 through the telescopic rod 6, and the back pad 1 and the base 2 are connected in an angle through the support plate 22, the telescopic rod 6 and the support column 14, or the surface of the back pad 1 and the surface of the base 2 are positioned on the same surface.
When the back pad 1 and the base 2 are connected in an angle, the expansion degree of the expansion link 6 is kept unchanged, so that the support plate 22, the expansion link 6 and the support column 14 form a stable support part, so that shaking is avoided when a user uses the back pad.
The intelligent sofa provided by the embodiment can be used by arranging the back cushion 1 and the base 2 at 180 degrees, namely, the sofa is changed into a bed for use. Specifically, the back pad 1 is controlled to rotate along the base 2 by the extension and contraction of the extension and contraction rod 6, so that the surface of the back pad 1 and the surface of the base 2 are positioned on the same plane.
When a user wants to change the sofa into a bed, the user sends an instruction to the controller 5 through the mobile phone or the remote controller, the controller 5 sends the change instruction to the driving component connected with the output end of the controller, the driving component is connected with the telescopic rod 6, and finally the locking of the telescopic rod 6 is controlled, so that the back cushion 1 gradually rotates in a direction away from the base 2, and the aim of changing the sofa into the bed is achieved through the rotation of the back cushion 1 along the base 2. In this embodiment, the controller 5 may be a single chip microcomputer, a DSP, an ARM, or other chips with data processing functions, which is not particularly limited in the present application.
Because the center of gravity of the sofa is located on the base 2 and the armrests 3 on two sides, namely, the base 2 and the armrests 3 keep the sofa stable, and when the sofa is changed into a bed for use, the back cushion 1 is in a flat state, a downward acting force can be generated on one end of the base 2, so that the base 2 can be laterally turned over. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the sofa when the sofa is converted into a bed, in this embodiment, the back of the back cushion 1 is provided with the auxiliary bracket 16, the auxiliary bracket 16 is connected with the back of the back cushion 1 through a connecting shaft, the connecting shaft is connected with a driving assembly, and the driving assembly controls the auxiliary bracket 16 to rotate along the connecting shaft.
When the controller 5 receives a conversion instruction of a user, the controller 5 simultaneously sends an instruction to the driving assembly and the telescopic rod 6, the telescopic rod 6 controls the back cushion 1 to rotate along the base 2 to convert the sofa into a bed, and meanwhile, the driving assembly drives the connecting shaft to rotate to control the auxiliary support 16 to rotate at a fixed point by taking the connecting shaft as a fixed point, and the auxiliary support 16 stops rotating until the auxiliary support 16 is vertical to the back cushion 1. In order to ensure stability, the length of the auxiliary support 16 is slightly greater than the distance between the back and the ground when the back pad 1 is in a flat state.
Typically, the user sits on the base 2 of the sofa with the lower leg portion in a position perpendicular to the ground, and when the user needs to lie on the bed formed by the conversion of the sofa, the leg portion needs to be parallel to the ground, so that the user experiences comfort. In view of the volume of the sofa, the overall length of the back cushion 1 and the base 2 after being laid is shorter than the height of the user, so that a component for the legs to be parallel to the ground needs to be arranged on the sofa.
In this embodiment, an extension pad 4 is provided at one end of the base 2, so that the legs can be emptied when the user lies on the converted bed, and the whole body of the user can be positioned on the bed, so that a sufficient rest can be obtained. Thus, in this embodiment, the extension pad 4 is connected to the end of the base 2 remote from the back pad 1, i.e. in contact with the legs when the user sits down. In the original state, i.e. sofa, the surface of the extension pad 4 is vertical to the ground.
The extension pad 4 comprises a plurality of extension portions 41 which are connected in sequence, and two adjacent extension portions 41 are movably connected and are not fixed, so that the extension pad 4 can change shape, and one end of the base 2 far away from the back pad 1 is conveniently wrapped by the plurality of extension portions 41. In the original state, the extension pad 4 wraps one end of the base 2 by utilizing the characteristic that two adjacent extension portions 41 can be connected in an angle, so that the extension pad 4 can not affect the legs of a user when the user sits on the sofa.
An actuating mechanism is arranged in the extension pad 4 and is used for driving the extension pad 4 to be unfolded, so that the surface of the extension pad 4 and the surface of the base 2 are positioned on the same surface. The actuating mechanism is connected with the driving component, the driving component controls the extension pad 4 to be unfolded at a fixed point by taking the part connected with the base 2 as a part connected with the base 2 through the actuating mechanism, namely, the extension pad 4 is driven to stretch along the base 2, so that the free end of the extension pad 4 stretches from a state vertical to the ground to a state parallel to the ground, the surface of the extension pad 4 is flush with the surface of the base 2, and the legs of a user are emptied.
In this embodiment, the driving component is used for driving the telescopic rod 6, the connecting shaft and the actuating mechanism, and in this embodiment, the driving component can be implemented by adopting a motor. The driving assembly comprises a plurality of motors, and each motor is correspondingly connected with the telescopic rod 6, the connecting shaft and the executing mechanism respectively so as to drive the telescopic rod 6, the connecting shaft and the executing mechanism to execute corresponding actions.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the intelligent sofa according to the embodiment after the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed according to the instruction of the user, when the user sits on the sofa shown in fig. 1, when the user wants to rest, the controller 5 in the intelligent sofa receives the conversion instruction and then sends a driving instruction to the corresponding motor of the driving assembly through some columns of processing by utilizing the control program pre-installed in the mobile phone or the remote controller matched with the sofa. One motor drives the telescopic rod 6 to start locking so that the back cushion 1 gradually rotates downwards and stops after the surface of the back cushion 1 is flush with the surface of the base 2, meanwhile, the other motor drives the connecting shaft to rotate so that the auxiliary support 16 starts rotating to be perpendicular to the back cushion 1, and the other motor drives the actuating mechanism to be unfolded so that the extension cushion 4 is unfolded to be in a straight state from a state of wrapping one end of the base 2, and the extension cushion 4 is parallel to the ground and flush with the surface of the base 2. At this time, after a series of control processes are completed, the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed state.
The above-mentioned conversion process is gone on simultaneously, and in order to simplify the operation process of intelligent sofa, when needs are gone on simultaneously converting the operation, drive assembly can set up to a motor, carries out corresponding operation by a motor simultaneous drive telescopic link 6, connecting axle and actuating mechanism for the structure of intelligent sofa is simpler. When the user only wants to adjust the angle between the back cushion 1 and the base 2, or only wants to unfold the extension cushion 4 instead of converting it into a bed, the user sends an instruction only to the corresponding driving assembly by the controller 5, at this time, the driving assembly may be composed of a plurality of motors, and the user needs to operate which part of the sofa, and just sends the instruction to the corresponding motor, so that the intelligent sofa provided by the embodiment has the characteristics of diversification in use.
Because the intelligent sofa changes into bed when using, can increase occupation space, in order to ensure that intelligent sofa has sufficient space to change, in this embodiment, when the user needs to change, need carry out the judgement of surplus space at first, only when surplus space enough intelligent sofa expands just carry out the expansion operation, otherwise report to the police in order to remind the user to clear up the space.
For this purpose, a first distance sensor 42 for detecting the distance between the extension pad 4 and an obstacle is provided at the movable end of the extension pad 4, a second distance sensor 15 for detecting the distance between the back pad 1 and the obstacle is provided at the upper back end of the back pad 1, the second distance sensor 15 is provided at the lower side of the auxiliary stand 16, and the first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15 are connected to the input end of the controller 5 provided inside the base 2, respectively.
The controller 5 receives a transition instruction from the user, and transmits the instruction to the first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15 in advance to perform distance detection. The controller 5 pre-stores the space value required by the intelligent sofa when the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed, and the space value can be expressed by the distance, namely the space required by the expansion of the extension cushion 4 and the space required by the rotary tiling of the back cushion 1. The first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15 send the detected distance value to the controller 5, the controller 5 compares the detected distance value with a pre-stored distance threshold value according to the corresponding distance value, when the real-time monitored distance value is greater than or equal to the distance threshold value, the operation of unfolding the intelligent sofa can be continuously executed, and otherwise, an alarm is sent to remind a user of cleaning the obstacle.
In order to realize the alarm operation, in this embodiment, an alarm 25 is disposed on the side of the handrail 3, the alarm 25 is connected to the output end of the controller 5, and the alarm 25 is used for alarming according to the instruction of the controller 5. When the controller 5 judges that the current residual space is insufficient for the intelligent sofa to be unfolded according to the detection results of the first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15, the controller 5 sends an alarm instruction to the alarm 25, and the alarm 25 starts an alarm operation to remind a user of corresponding processing.
If the value detected by the second distance sensor 15 is smaller than the pre-stored distance threshold value, and the value detected by the first distance sensor 42 is far greater than the pre-stored distance threshold value and is greater than the sum of the distance required by the back cushion 1 when rotating under the current condition and the distance required by the extension cushion 4 to be unfolded, the position of the intelligent sofa can be automatically adjusted, that is, the intelligent sofa moves towards the direction of the extension cushion 4, the moving distance is the distance required by the back cushion 1 after rotating to the flat state, and at this time, when the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed, the extension cushion 4 and the back cushion 1 can not touch an obstacle.
In order to realize the function that the intelligent sofa can move by itself, in this embodiment, wheels 8 are provided for the intelligent sofa. Every two wheels 8 are positioned at the bottom of the same armrest 3, so the intelligent sofa comprises four wheels 8. When the intelligent sofa does not need to be moved, the locking mechanisms 9 are respectively matched with the four wheels 8 for the stability of the intelligent sofa, and when the wheels 8 do not need to be utilized, the wheels 8 are locked by the locking mechanisms 9.
The wheels 8 are connected to the drive assembly and the locking mechanism 9 is connected to the controller 5. When the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed and the intelligent sofa is required to move to automatically adjust the front-back distance, the controller 5 sends an automatic adjustment instruction to the driving component, and at the moment, the driving component can be an additional motor. The motor drives the wheels 8 to move in the direction with larger current distance value, so that the intelligent sofa can be converted into a bed in a sufficient space, and the convenience of operation is improved.
The base 2 is also provided with a power module 7, and the power module 7 is respectively connected with the controller 5, the driving assembly, the first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15. The power module 7 is used to provide power support for the intelligent sofa, including providing power for the controller 5, the drive assembly, the first distance sensor 42, the second distance sensor 15, and so on.
After the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed, the user needs to place the pillow again to rest comfortably. However, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the rest of the user, a pillow 12 is provided on top of the back pad 1 as shown in fig. 3.
When the intelligent sofa is in the original state, the pillow 12 is positioned on the top of the back cushion 1 and is used for supporting the head of the user when the user sits. The two ends of the pillow 12 are respectively connected with the side surfaces of the back cushion 1 through corresponding rotating pieces 11, the other ends of the two rotating pieces 11 are connected through rotating shafts 17 positioned in the back cushion 1, and the rotating pieces 11 are used for supporting the pillow 12.
The rotating shaft 17 is connected with a driving component, and when the back cushion 1 rotates along the base 2, the driving component drives the rotating shaft 17 to rotate according to the instruction of the controller 5, so that the pillow 12 rotates to the surface of the back cushion 1 through the rotating piece 11. When the intelligent sofa is converted into a bed, the rotating shaft 17 is driven to rotate simultaneously, and then the rotating piece 11 is driven to rotate, so that the pillow 12 rotates to the surface of the back cushion 1, the use of a user is facilitated, and the experience of the user is improved.
In order to improve the comfort of a user sitting on the sofa, a seat cushion 21 is provided on the surface of the base 2. And because the old people who use intelligent sofa, if this old person appears the emergency and can't oneself call for help when, can influence life. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a physiological monitoring module 24 for monitoring physiological parameters of the user is provided in the seat cushion 21, and the physiological monitoring module 24 is connected to the controller 5.
The physiological monitoring module 24 includes a heart rate sensor, a temperature sensor, a respiration sensor, and a blood pressure sensor, which monitor physiological signs of a user using the intelligent sofa in real time. When the data such as heart rate, body temperature, respiration and blood pressure are abnormal, the physiological monitoring module 24 sends the detection result to the controller 5, and then the controller 5 sends a distress command to the alarm 25, and at the same time, feedback information can also be sent to the mobile phone of the main user so as to inform the main user to take rescue measures.
In order to improve the warmth of a user, the intelligent sofa provided by the embodiment is provided with the first heating mechanism 23 in the base 2, the first heating mechanism 23 is positioned at the bottom of the seat cushion 21 and is used for heating the seat cushion 21, the back cushion 1 is internally provided with the second heating mechanism 13 and is used for heating the surface of the back cushion 1, and the first heating mechanism 23 and the second heating mechanism 13 are respectively connected with the controller 5.
When a user needs to heat the intelligent sofa or the converted bed, a heating instruction is sent to the controller 5, and the controller 5 controls the first heating mechanism 23 and the second heating mechanism 13 to be started so as to heat the cushion 21 on the back cushion 1 and the base 2, so that the user can feel warm when using, and the user experience is improved.
According to the technical scheme, the back cushion 1 is connected with the base 2 through the telescopic rod 6 in an angle manner, the back cushion 1 rotates along the base 2 through the telescopic rod 6, and the surface of the back cushion 1 and the surface of the base 2 are located on the same surface. The extension pad 4 provided with the actuating mechanism is connected with one end of the base 2, the actuating mechanism is connected with the driving component, and the driving component drives the extension pad 4 to extend according to the instruction of the controller 5, so that the surface of the extension pad 4 and the surface of the base 2 are positioned on the same surface. The movable end of the extension pad 4 is provided with a first distance sensor 42 for detecting the distance between the extension pad 4 and an obstacle, and the back of the back pad 1 is provided with a second distance sensor 15 for detecting the distance between the back pad 1 and the obstacle. The first distance sensor 42 and the second distance sensor 15 send the detected distance value to the controller 5, the controller 5 compares the detected distance value with a pre-stored distance threshold value according to the corresponding distance value, when the real-time monitored distance value is greater than or equal to the distance threshold value, the operation of unfolding the intelligent sofa can be continuously executed, and otherwise, an alarm is sent to remind a user of cleaning the obstacle. The intelligent sofa provided by the invention can automatically detect the distance between the sofa body and the obstacle and automatically perform transition operation without manual adjustment operation of a user, so that the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the experience is improved.
