Tin stripping is an important feature in the PCB manufacturing process. At present, the method for removing tin is to place a PCB on a conveyor belt, then spray tin removing liquid from the upper direction to the surface of the PCB, and the tin removing time is generally longer than 10 minutes, which results in very long whole tin removing production line, occupies very large space, and indirectly promotes the tin removing cost due to the rising of the space cost.
Accordingly, the prior art is still in need of improvement and development.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a tin stripping device, which aims to solve the problems of large occupation area and high cost of the existing tin stripping device.

Detailed Description
The invention provides tin stripping equipment, which is used for making the purposes, technical schemes and effects of the tin stripping equipment clearer and more definite, and is further described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
For convenience of description, in the invention, the front, back, left and right of the solder stripping groove are all referenced by the view angle of the drawing, and the description of the technical scheme of the invention is different along with the different placement view angles of the solder stripping groove or the different selected coordinate systems.
The preferred embodiment of the tin stripping device provided by the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and comprises a tin stripping tank 1, a rotating shaft 2 connected between the front wall and the rear wall of the tin stripping tank, and more than 2 turntables 3 (2 are taken as an example in fig. 2) fixed on the rotating shaft; the bottom surface of the tin stripping groove is an arc surface 11 concentric with the rotating shaft, and is preferably a semicircular arc surface; the turntable is uniformly distributed on the rotating shaft with a first gap L1 and synchronously rotates along with the rotating shaft, and the end face of the turntable is provided with a plurality of limiting parts 31 (only 3 limiting parts are drawn in fig. 1); a push rod 4 is arranged on the left side of the tin stripping groove and used for pushing a product 7 into a limiting part of the turntable; and a pull rod 5 is arranged on the right side of the tin stripping groove and used for pulling out products from the limiting part of the turntable. The motion control of the push rod and the pull rod, the rotation of the rotary table driven by the rotary shaft and the product conveying of the conveyor belt 6 are all conventional technical means, and are not included in the inventive content of the invention, and are not described in detail herein. The working process of the equipment is as follows: when the push rod pushes in a product, the rotary table correspondingly rotates by an angle theta, wherein the angle theta is just equal to the included angle of the adjacent limiting parts, and then the pull rod correspondingly pulls out a product; alternatively, each time the turntable rotates by an angle θ, the push rod pushes in one product, and the pull rod pulls out one product. The setting may be selected according to the actual situation.
The tin stripping equipment provided by the invention occupies small area, a long production line is not needed, the whole tin stripping process is completed in the tin stripping tank, the soaking time of the product in the tin stripping tank can be adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the rotating disc, and the operation is convenient.
To further improve the sliding friction problem between the product and the arc-shaped bottom when the product is transferred to the bottom of the tin stripping tank, a track (or conveyor belt) 8 can be arranged at the arc-shaped bottom, and the track and the rotating shaft keep rotating synchronously as shown in fig. 1. Thus avoiding the abrasion of the edge of the product and the bottom of the tin stripping groove.
In a preferred embodiment of the limiting part on the turntable according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of saw teeth (only 3 are shown in fig. 3) are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the turntable along the circumference of the turntable, the concave parts of the saw teeth form the limiting part 31, and the saw teeth and the turntable are integrally formed. Preferably, the turntable is made of polypropylene resin, so that the cost can be further reduced.
In order to improve the production efficiency, the distribution density of the limiting parts on the circumference needs to be as large as possible, and if the distribution is too tight, the strength of the limiting parts of the turntable can be obviously reduced, and the weight of the product can be insufficient. To this end, the invention provides an improved solution. The preferred embodiment of the improved limiting part of the turntable is shown in fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of blind holes 32 are radially arranged on the end surface of the turntable, the blind holes are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the turntable, limiting rods 33 are connected in the blind holes, and the limiting parts 31 are formed between the adjacent limiting rods.
In order to further improve the strength, the illustrated stop lever is preferably made of carbon fiber material.
In order to prevent the product from being scratched by friction of the limiting rod when being pushed and pulled out, the limiting rod is preferably cylindrical.
A preferred connection between the stop lever and the turntable is shown in fig. 6: one end of the limiting rod is provided with a thread 331, and the limiting rod is connected with the blind hole through a thread.
The connection mode of the turntable and the limiting rod may have the condition that the limiting rod is loose, so the invention also provides another better connection mode, as shown in fig. 7, one end of the limiting rod is provided with more than 2 first threaded holes 332 perpendicular to the axis of the limiting rod, the disk surface of the turntable is provided with second threaded holes 34 corresponding to the first threaded holes, as shown in fig. 4, after the limiting rod is inserted into the blind hole, the first threaded holes are opposite to the second threaded holes, and the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes are connected by screws, so that the limiting rod is fixed on the end surface of the turntable. The connection mode has higher reliability.
Preferably, the turntable is arranged to be more than 3, and the limiting part has better bearing capacity. The number of the turntables can be flexibly adjusted according to the weight of the product.
When the turntable is provided with 3 or more, it is preferable that the push rod is provided with two push claws. Preferably, the pull rod is provided with two pull claws, as shown in fig. 8. Thus, the product can be ensured to keep stable movement during pushing and pulling out, and the rotation in the horizontal plane is prevented.
In summary, the invention provides a tin stripping device, which occupies small area, does not need a long production line, completes the whole tin stripping process in a tin stripping tank, can adjust tin stripping time by controlling the rotating speed of a rotating disc, and is convenient to operate.
