Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of gas equipment testing, in particular to a building box testing tool table, which comprises: a support body having at least an equipment space and a table top; the fixture is used for fixing the building box to be tested, the fixture comprises a fixed block and a clamping block, the fixed block and the clamping block are respectively provided with a U-shaped open slot, the open end of the U-shaped open slot is used for the building box to enter the fixture, and the inlet flange and the outlet flange of the building box are clamped in a gap between the fixed block and the clamping block; the air supply system is used for providing test air for the building box; the test fixture is characterized by further comprising a foot switch, wherein the foot switch is used for controlling the test fixture. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the supporting body, the installation space of the equipment and the operation platform for testing are provided, the whole building box is conveniently and quickly fixed through the fixing blocks and the clamping blocks in the clamp, and the air supply system supplies air to the fixed building box according to the set test parameter values, so that the smooth test can be realized.

Background
In a gas transmission and distribution system, a building box plays an important role in regulating and stabilizing the pressure of a gas system, controlling the gas flow of the gas transmission system and ensuring the safety of the gas transmission system. Before the corresponding products leave the factory, in order to ensure the reliability and stability of the product performance, parameters such as the air inlet pressure, the pressure-regulating air inlet pressure, the reverse cut-off air inlet lowest pressure and the like of the building box are required to be tested. Because the building box has large production quantity and short production period, the design of the test fixture table with reliable structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, automatic detection process and high test efficiency is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
In view of the above problems, the present designer actively researches and innovates based on the practical experience and expertise which are rich for many years in the application of such product engineering, and cooperates with the application of the theory, so as to create a novel building box test fixture table, which has more practicability.

the air supply system is arranged in the equipment space and is used for providing test air for the building box;
the test fixture table is characterized by further comprising a foot switch, wherein the foot switch is used for controlling the test fixture table.
Further, the gas pipeline of the gas supply system is connected with the building box through a hole on the table top, wherein the gas supply system is further provided with a jacking device, and the jacking device extrudes the lower surface of the flange arranged between the fixed block and the clamping block through the hole.
Further, the outline of the U-shaped open slot on the fixed block is parallel and larger than the outline of the U-shaped open slot on the clamping block.

Further, the air inlet end and the air outlet end of at least two building boxes are communicated with the same collecting pipe, and each collecting pipe is connected with a unified pressure regulating valve.

The test is controlled by a foot switch, so that misoperation is prevented, and the safety and reliability of the test are ensured.

The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiments of the invention are written in a progressive manner.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a building box test fixture table includes: a support body 1, wherein the support body 1 is provided with at least an equipment space 11 and a table top 12; the fixture 2 is arranged on the table top 12 and is used for fixing the building box 3 to be tested, wherein the fixture 2 comprises a fixed block 21 and a clamping block 22, the fixed block 21 and the clamping block 22 are respectively provided with a U-shaped open slot, the open end of the U-shaped open slot is used for the building box 3 to enter the fixture 2, and an inlet flange and an outlet flange of the building box 3 are clamped in a gap between the fixed block 21 and the clamping block 22; and a gas supply system 4, wherein the gas supply system 4 is arranged in the equipment space 11 and is used for supplying test gas to the building box 3. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the supporting body 1, an installation space of equipment and an operation platform for testing are provided, through the fixed block 21 and the clamping block 22 with the U-shaped open grooves in the clamp 2, the whole building box 3 is conveniently and quickly fixed, only the fixed block 21 and the clamping block 22 are required to be inserted into gaps from the open ends of the U-shaped open grooves, and the air supply system 4 supplies air to the fixed building box 3 according to the set test parameter values, so that the smooth test can be realized; the whole test fixture platform is controlled by a foot switch 10, and specifically comprises gas on-off control of a gas supply system 4 and power supply control of instruments such as a pressure digital display meter 14 on a control panel 13.
As a preference to the above embodiment, the gas line of the gas supply system 4 is connected to the building box 3 through a hole on the table top 12, wherein the gas supply system 4 is further provided with a tightening device 5, and the tightening device 5 presses the lower surface of the flange provided between the fixing block 21 and the clamping block 22 through the hole. Because the pressure of the gas flowing in the building box 3 is high in the testing process, the building box 3 can not easily move due to gaps between the building box 3 and the fixing blocks 21 and the clamping blocks 22, and therefore the fixing stability of the building box is effectively ensured through the arrangement of the jacking device 5.
Preferably, the profile of the U-shaped opening groove on the fixing block 21 is parallel and larger than the profile of the U-shaped opening groove on the clamping block 22. The U-shaped open groove profile with the larger fixing block 21 provides a larger operation space for the operation of the jacking device 5, and the upper surface of the U-shaped open groove profile supports the flange of the building box 3; the edges of the U-shaped open grooves with smaller outlines on the clamping blocks 22 can be used for better transverse positioning of the building box 3, and the building box 3 can be stably fixed through the cooperation of a larger bottom area and the jacking device 5.
Specifically, the jacking device 5 is an annular structure, the center of the annular structure is used for gas circulation, the upper surface of the annular structure is used for extruding the flange, the annular structure moves up and down under the pushing of the air cylinder 6, and the air cylinder 6 is supplied with gas by the gas supply system 4. The arrangement of the annular structure effectively ensures the uniformity of the stress of the flange, and the arrangement of the air cylinder 6 can ensure the working reliability of the jacking device 5.
As a preference of the above embodiment, at least 2 groups of fixtures 2 are provided on the support body 1 for simultaneously testing at least two building boxes 3, where fig. 1 shows a case of simultaneously testing 4 building boxes 3, which effectively increases working efficiency and reduces equipment cost.
As a preferred embodiment, the inlet end and the outlet end of at least two building boxes 3 are communicated with the same manifold 7, and each manifold 7 is connected with a unified pressure regulating valve 8. Through the arrangement, the air pressure and the flow of each party can be buffered and balanced through the manifold 7, so that the stability of air flow in the testing process is realized, the specific air inlet pressure is realized through the unified pressure regulating valve 8, and the uniformity of testing conditions of each station building box 3 is ensured, wherein when the multi-stage pressure regulation is realized, a plurality of pressure regulating valves can be arranged.
Preferably, the outlet end of the manifold 7 is provided with a flow meter 9 for monitoring the outlet flow of the manifold 7. In the process of pressure regulation of the building box 3, the outlet flow of the collecting pipe 7 needs to be controlled, and the control process is visualized through the arrangement of the flowmeter 9, so that the control accuracy is ensured, wherein the flowmeter is preferably arranged on the table top 12 to realize better observation.

the air pipeline of the air supply system (4) is connected with the building box (3) through a hole positioned on the table top (12), wherein the air supply system (4) is further provided with a jacking device (5), and the jacking device (5) extrudes the lower surface of a flange arranged between the fixed block (21) and the clamping block (22) through the hole;
at least 2 groups of clamps (2) are arranged on the support body (1) and are used for simultaneously testing at least two building boxes (3);
the outline of the U-shaped open slot on the fixed block (21) is parallel and larger than the outline of the U-shaped open slot on the clamping block (22).
