本发明公开了一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,包括调胶、注胶和涂胶,本发明在涂胶前通过无纺布蘸稀释剂将涂布辊表面擦干净,使涂布辊表面光滑,无胶水、杂质残留,避免因涂布辊表面的残留而导致涂胶不均匀的问题,调整带胶辊与胶水辊之间的间隙,控制好胶水辊的膜厚,两侧膜厚必须保持一致,并调整好辊速比,保证涂胶均匀。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,属于钢板覆膜工艺技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]在钢板生产过程中,为了防止产品刮花、隔离等需求,需在钢板上面覆膜,覆膜之 前需要在钢板的表面涂上一层胶水后再覆膜,目前的覆膜工艺的涂胶工序存在涂胶厚度不 均匀的问题。为此,我们提出一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的主要目的在于提供一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,涂胶厚度均匀,可以 有效解决背景技术中的问题。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
[0005] —种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,包括调胶、注胶和涂胶,g卩:1)按照配方将原料逐 渐加入调胶桶内,使用搅拌器进行搅拌;
[0006] 2)启动涂布机组电机,看轴承是否运转灵活,然后再用无纺布蘸稀释剂将涂布辊 从左到右或从中间到两侧擦拭干净,使涂布辊表面光滑,无胶水、杂质残留,擦辊子时必须 将涂布辊的两个轴端擦干净;
[0007] 3)降低辊速,启动打胶泵打入胶水,由于管路中稀释剂较多,开始时先将稀释剂全 部回流到调胶桶中,同时用搅拌器搅拌调胶桶中的胶水,使调胶桶中的胶水充分搅拌均匀;
[0008] 4)打胶水到胶水浸到涂布辊三分之一高度处,调整带胶辊与胶水辊之间的间隙, 控制好胶水辊的膜厚,两侧膜厚必须保持一致,并调整好辊速比;
[0009] 5)钢板在输送机构的输送下进入涂胶机构内进行涂胶。
[0010] 进一步的,所述调胶之前将调胶室的门窗保持关闭状态,用湿拖把将地面拖一遍, 保持地面湿润干净无尘。

[0012]进一步的,所述调胶之前搅拌器必须先人工转动转轴,用抹布将搅拌器轴部从上 到下擦干净,再将底盘上下两面擦干净,调胶桶内壁无附着残胶、杂质,搅拌器必须擦千净 后才能调胶。
[0013] 进一步的,所述注胶之前检查涂布辊表面,看涂布辊是否有划伤、突起、气泡等,检 查涂布辊与大钢辊之间间隙两侧是否一致,通过调节丝杠调节涂布辊与大钢辊之间的间 隙,使涂布辊刚好与钢板接触,但两端不与大钢辊相接触,且两端间隙一致。
[0014] 进一步的,在涂胶的过程中及时调整涂布辊与钢板的间隙防止漏涂,用湿膜测厚 伩测量湿膜厚,并调整带胶辊与涂布辊之间的间隙,使膜厚在工艺范围内。

1.一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:包括调胶、注胶和涂胶,g卩:1)按照配方 将原料逐渐加入调胶桶内,使用搅拌器进行搅拌; 2) 启动涂布机组电机,看轴承是否运转灵活,然后再用无纺布蘸稀释剂将涂布辊从左 到右或从中间到两侧擦拭干净,使涂布辊表面光滑,无胶水、杂质残留,擦辊子时必须将涂 布辊的两个轴端擦干净; 3) 降低辊速,启动打胶泵打入胶水,由于管路中稀释剂较多,开始时先将稀释剂全部回 流到调胶桶中,同时用搅拌器搅拌调胶桶中的胶水,使调胶桶中的胶水充分搅拌均匀; 4) 打胶水到胶水浸到涂布辊三分之一高度处,调整带胶辊与胶水辊之间的间隙,控制 好胶水辊的膜厚,两侧膜厚必须保持一致,并调整好辊速比; 5) 钢板在输送机构的输送下进入涂胶机构内进行涂胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:所述调胶之前将 调胶室的门窗保持关闭状态,用湿拖把将地面拖一遍,保持地面湿润干净无尘。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:所述调胶的环境 温度为25 ±5 °C。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:所述调胶之前搅 拌器必须先人工转动转轴,用抹布将搅拌器轴部从上到下擦干净,再将底盘上下两面擦干 净,调胶桶内壁无附着残胶、杂质,搅拌器必须擦干净后才能调胶。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:所述注胶之前检 查涂布辊表面,看涂布辊是否有划伤、突起、气泡等,检查涂布辊与大钢辊之间间隙两侧是 否一致,通过调节丝杠调节涂布辊与大钢辊之间的间隙,使涂布辊刚好与钢板接触,但两端 不与大钢辊相接触,且两端间隙一致。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:在涂胶的过程中 及时调整涂布辊与钢板的间隙防止漏涂,用湿膜测厚仪测量湿膜厚,并调整带胶辊与涂布 辊之间的间隙,使膜厚在工艺范围内。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板覆膜工艺的涂胶工序,其特征在于:所述胶水的配方 为:30份胶水原料、15份二甲苯、5份固化剂、1份阻燃剂、1.5份流平剂。
