本发明涉及一种制备羊饲料方法的技术领域,本发明一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,所述方法在制备过程中添加20%~30%的牛鞭草、0.5%~1%的食盐、0.5%~1%的氨基酸、8%~12%的中草药制剂和0.4%~0.8%的微量元素。本发明所制备得到是饲料营养全面,并能增强羊免疫力,能有效降低羊肉中的膻味等特点。

本发明涉及一种制备羊饲料方法的技术领域,特别涉及一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
广西壮族自治区横县是“中国茉莉之乡”、“世界茉莉花和茉莉花茶生产中心”。全县有耕地面积165.61万亩,土地肥沃,天然富含硒元素,气候温暖,阳光充足,雨量充沛,无霜期长,十分适宜茉莉花生长。横县茉莉花和茉莉花茶产量均占全国总产量80%以上,占世界总产量60%以上。2016年,全县有花农33万人,茉莉花面积10万多亩,年产鲜花8.2万吨,产值15亿元;有花茶加工企业130多家,其中规模以上企业20多家,年加工茉莉花茶6万吨;随之产生了大量的茉莉花渣。
经检测分析,茉莉花渣内含丰富的芳香性物质、黄酮、多糖及糖苷等多种成分;具体成分为含有水分13.50%、粗蛋白18.95%、粗脂肪4.45%、粗纤维10.10%、粗灰分7.49%、钙0.66%、磷0.37%、赖氨酸0.49%、蛋氨酸0.99%、精氨酸0.73%、组氨酸0.28%、亮氨酸1.70%、苯丙氨酸1.08%、苏氨酸0.73%、异亮氨酸1.13%;还含有许多微量元素、维生素、叶黄素及花粉中所特有的一些未知因子。

从上述公开的文献中,茉莉花渣有用作为制备饲料的原料,与其它原料搭配组合成配方饲料,搭配不同原料取得的配方饲料其功效不相同;所以,如何进一步提高茉莉花渣作为饲料的价值,是亟待研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法。
为了实现上述本发明的目的,所采取的技术方案为:
一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理,将茉莉花渣铺放于竹排上,厚度为4~10厘米,再移至室外,于光照强度大于6.3万lx的太阳光暴晒,竹排离地高度为30~50厘米,能有利于热气排放,暴晒2~3个小时,期间每隔半个小时翻晒一次,暴晒能去除加工茉莉花茶过程中茉莉花渣所残留有的茶味以杀菌作用,暴晒后能利于提高茉莉花渣后续的吸收水能力,即得预晒茉莉花渣,备用;
(2)烘干,将预晒茉莉花渣放入烘干机内烘干,烘干含水量为8~12%,备用;
(3)原料混合,将加工茉莉花茶后所得到的茉莉花渣放入搅拌机内,一面搅拌一面按茉莉花渣物料总重量喷洒30%~40%的清水,拌匀,再按干茉莉花渣物料总重量分别向搅拌机内添加20%~30%的牛鞭草、0.5%~1%的食盐、0.5%~1%的氨基酸和0.4%~0.8%的微量元素,并进行搅拌,搅拌同时按干茉莉花渣物料总重量喷洒8%~12%的中草药制剂,拌匀,静置即得物料混合物,其次添加生物饲料发酵剂与物料混合物混合,混合均匀,最后利用牧草青贮打捆机将物料混合物打捆包装,密封保存发酵,备用;

牛鞭草,(别名牛仔草、铁马鞭),拉丁学名,Hemarthria altissima (Poir.) Stapf et C. E. Hubb.,广泛分布于我国长江以南各省(区)及河北、山东、陕西等地。东南亚、印尼、印度及美国、巴西等暖温带和热带地区也有分布。牛鞭草植株高大,叶量丰富,适口性好,是牛、羊、兔的优质饲料。一般青饲为好,青饲有清香甜味,各种家畜都喜食;加入牛鞭草,利于诱导羊食用饲料。
生物饲料发酵剂也可以采用郑州金百合生物工程有限公司生产的“百合一号(牛料发酵剂)”,市场上就可购买,该产品主要成分为乳酸菌、酪酸菌、产酶芽孢菌、光合细菌、酵母菌等益生菌联合发酵并辅多种生物酵素制成,益生菌≥200亿CFU/g,对于秸秆类饲草的发酵处理料具有很好的效果;以该产品与茉莉花渣发酵能取得易消化的蛋白质、多糖类、维生素、短链脂肪酸和促生长因子等,具有酸甜醇香、适口性好、易于消化、抗病性强、生长速度快和粪便不臭等特点。
本发明的茉莉花渣为利用茉莉花加工茉莉花茶后所剩下的花渣,此时茉莉花渣还含有适量的水分,能用于作为青贮原料制备青贮饲料;有的茉莉花渣中带有一定量的茉莉花香味,可改善饲料品味,增加所饲养动物的食欲;能防止饲料霉变,延长饲料储藏时间;能治疗腹胀腹泻、结膜炎、皮炎、疮毒等,还可以用来治疗过敏性鼻炎、跌打筋骨疼痛;可以花湿、和中理气、解郁;常用于治疗消化不良、积食胀气、腹泻和腹痛等;能促进细胞新陈代谢。
食盐是家畜和家禽饲料中重要的矿物质,是维持生命活动必不可少的物质,进食适量食盐能维持血液和组织液的酸碱平衡,调节正常渗透压的稳定,还能刺激唾液分泌,促进禽畜的食欲,而食盐中含有碘,碘具有促进动物生长、增强免疫功能、提高繁殖性能和改善皮毛状况等营养生理作用。

黄芪,拉丁学名:Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.;又名绵芪。多年生草本,其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用;还能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
木姜子,拉丁学名:Litsea pungens Hemsl.;果含芳香油,干果含芳香油2-6%,鲜果含3-4%,主要成分为柠檬醛60-90%,香叶醇5-19%,可作食用香精和化妆香精,已广泛利用于高级香料、紫罗兰酮和维生素甲的原料;种子含脂肪油48.2%;温中行气止痛;燥湿健脾消食;解毒消肿。
当归,拉丁学名:Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels;别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归等,具有补血和活血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
本发明的茉莉花渣、鱼腥草、穿心莲均是属于凉性,黄芪、木姜子和当归属于温性;凉温互补,激发茉莉花渣于羊体内的药理作用,中和理气,改善羊体内血液循环,促进造血功能,促进新陈代谢,将代谢产生的代谢废物及时被输送,排出体外,增强羊的免疫力;鱼腥草、穿心莲、黄芪、木姜子和当归共同所制得的中草药制剂与茉莉花渣共同作用,有效改善羊的膻味,通过中草药制剂与茉莉花渣的药理作用,能抑制公羊体内费洛蒙的释放,从而降低膻味,以至于降低对雌性羊的刺激,降低雌性羊体内荷尔蒙的连锁反应,也使得雌性羊的羊膻味大大降低;静气安神,促进羊增重。
本发明相对于现有技术,所取得的有益效果:本发明以茉莉花渣作为主要原料,以茉莉花渣作为青贮原料制备青贮发酵饲料,在茉莉花渣中添加牛鞭草能利于诱导羊的食欲,避免羊出现抗拒,利于饲喂羊;使得茉莉花渣的价值得到最大化利用,而茉莉花渣依然具有茉莉花香气,茉莉花香气具有凝气精神功效,又能改善羊舍的气味环境,为羊提供良好的饲喂环境;辅助添加中草药制剂共同发酵,与茉莉花渣的药性相互融合,能有效抑制公羊的费洛蒙的释放,也降低母羊的荷尔蒙连锁反应,从而有效降低羊膻味,并能促进羊健康生长;还添加食盐、氨基酸和微量元素,食盐维持生命活动必不可少的物质,进食适量食盐能维持血液和组织液的酸碱平衡,调节正常渗透压的稳定,还能刺激唾液分泌,促进禽畜的食欲;氨基酸促进生陈代谢以及增强免疫力;微量元素为羊健康生长发育提供必要的元素;而茉莉花渣经暴晒后既能有力提高吸收液体的能力,又能能有效延长保藏时间,还能提高饲料的适口性。

一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理,将茉莉花渣铺放于竹排上,厚度为4~10厘米,再移至室外,于光照强度大于6.3万lx的太阳光暴晒,竹排离地高度为30~50厘米,暴晒2个小时,期间每隔半个小时翻晒一次,即得预晒茉莉花渣,备用;

所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸,所述赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸的重量比为1∶1∶1∶1∶1。
应用实施例
本发明发酵垫料于2016年至2017年在广西横县进行推广使用,使用效果如下:
本发明方法所制备得到的羊饲料,与未添加本发明的中草药制剂发酵得到的羊饲料E、市场上购买得到的羊饲料A、羊饲料B进行分组对比;每组中羊的个数相同、体格相差小和饲养环境均相同;所述饲养得到羊肉对比下表:

从表格1中可知,本发明所制备得到的羊饲料,经饲喂羊后,能促进羊健康生长发育,羊生长个体大、体重,得到的羊肉量多,羊肉优质,能有效降低羊肉的膻味。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (8)
1.一种茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理,将茉莉花渣铺放于竹排上,厚度为4~10厘米,再移至室外,于光照强度大于6.3万lx的太阳光暴晒,竹排离地高度为30~50厘米,暴晒2~3个小时,期间每隔半个小时翻晒一次,即得预晒茉莉花渣,备用;
烘干,将预晒茉莉花渣放入烘干机内烘干,烘干含水量为8~12%,备用;
(2)原料混合,将加工茉莉花茶后所得到的茉莉花渣放入搅拌机内,一面搅拌一面按茉莉花渣物料总重量喷洒30%~40%的清水,拌匀,再按干茉莉花渣物料总重量分别向搅拌机内添加20%~30%的牛鞭草、0.5%~1%的食盐、0.5%~1%的氨基酸和0.4%~0.8%的微量元素,并进行搅拌,搅拌同时按干茉莉花渣物料总重量喷洒8%~12%的中草药制剂,拌匀,静置即得物料混合物,其次添加生物饲料发酵剂与物料混合物混合,混合均匀,最后利用牧草青贮打捆机将物料混合物打捆包装,密封保存发酵,备用;
(3)成品饲料;经密封保存发酵36~60天,即得茉莉花渣羊饲料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物饲料发酵剂采用青贮宝溶液,所述青贮宝溶液的制备方法:将青贮宝放入30℃~40℃的温水,搅拌均匀,所述青贮宝与温水的重量比为1:5~6,活化1~2个小时,即得青贮宝初始溶液,再往青贮宝初始溶液中加入清水,搅拌均匀,并至溶液内的物质完全溶液,即得青贮宝溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述中草药制剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
鱼腥草10~20份 穿心莲10~20份 黄芪10~20份
木姜子10~20份 当归10~20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中草药制剂的制备方法为:
采集新鲜鱼腥草和穿心莲,净材,切段,备用;
将黄芪晒干,切片,备用;
将黄芪晒干,切段,备用;
将木姜子晒干,碾碎,备用;
将处理后的鱼腥草、穿心莲、黄芪、木姜子和当归放入高压锅内,放入6~10倍清水,浸泡1~2小时,再大火烧至上汽,改小火熬煮10~12分钟,过滤,分离药液和药渣,即得中草药制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中的药渣用于发酵制备有机肥料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述牛鞭草为新鲜牛鞭草经牧草粉碎机粉碎,并摊平沥水,即得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述微量元素为Se、Co、Cu、Zn和Mn,所述Se、Co、Cu、Zn、Mn的重量比为1∶1∶1∶1∶1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花渣羊饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸,所述赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、精氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸的重量比为1∶1∶1∶1∶1。
