Technical Field
The invention relates to a bait collecting and feeding method, in particular to a method for collecting live baits for breeding cuttlefish and temporarily culturing the live baits indoors.
Background
With the breakthrough of the artificial breeding technology of sepia esculenta, tiger-spotted sepia and sepia mansoni, the artificial breeding of cephalopods may turn up new wave of aquaculture. In the process of culturing the cuttlefish fries, the supply of a large amount of high-quality live baits becomes the bottleneck whether the cuttlefish can be cultured successfully. Under normal conditions, cuttlefish fries must eat a large amount of live baits within 10 days after the cuttlefish fries emerge from membranes, otherwise, the cuttlefish fries die in a large amount; a large amount of mysidacea and copepods are naturally bred in the prawn culture pond, and the requirements of cuttlefish fries on live baits can be met. The prior method for manually fishing live baits in the shrimp pond by using the net has the disadvantages of large workload, low efficiency, different bait specifications, more algae, frequent mixing of large fishes and shrimps and difficult separation. If the rich bait resources in the prawn culture pond can be collected for breeding the cuttlefish seeds, the key to the success of the artificial breeding of the cuttlefish is realized.

(5) The reinforced compound feed is prepared by mixing and crushing soybean meal, corn flour, wheat middling and strain fermentation powder, adding water for stirring uniformly, fermenting in a fermentation tank for 2.5 days, mixing with a compound enzyme preparation, Vc polyphosphate, multi-vitamin for shrimps, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, beer yeast and fairy shrimp powder, mixing, finally mixing with Peru fish meal, squid viscera powder, squid liver paste, modified soybean phospholipid oil powder, meat and bone meal and sea fish oil, putting into a soft granular bait granulator for granulation, wherein the bait granules have the length of 0.2 cm and the diameter of about 0.15 cm, and storing at low temperature.
(6) The reinforced compound feed is fed once every 4 hours during the temporary bait culture period, the reinforced compound feed is used for feeding young black after 6 days of the reinforced period, the water quality is stable during the feeding period, and the effect is good.
Compared with the young black shrimps fed with common mysidacea, the young black shrimps fed with the enhanced bait for 28 days have the survival rate increased by 15.3% and the growth rate increased by 14.6%.
