本发明提出了一种婴儿用纺织面料，包括依次复合的基层、透气层和外层，基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：植物纤维40~80份、蚕丝纤维40~80份，植物抗菌提取液0.1~0.5份，牛奶纤维20~40份；透气层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：天竹纤维40~80份，超细活性炭纤维10~30份，大豆纤维20~40份；外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。本发明提出的纺织面料用于婴儿内衣面料，该面料，质地轻盈，有弹性，吸湿透气，亲肤抗菌，同时，具有一定的自洁性能，一种多功能婴儿面料，而且，原材料绿色环保，满足对婴儿衣物面料的要求。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，具体涉及一种婴儿用纺织面料。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高，现代婴儿已成为一个非常受人们重视的消费群体，而婴儿的内衣是紧贴人体肌肤的，对于不能不能以语言表达自己喜好的婴儿来说，选择舒适健康合理的内衣面料显得尤为重要，不仅需要考虑婴儿本身的生理和体型特征，而且需要考虑外界环境的影响，继而营造一个舒适健康的小环境。
婴儿的体型是头大身小，手脚短，骨骼柔软，无腰，处于生长发育较快，体态变化较大的时期，睡眠多，发汗多，脖子容易出汗，溢奶频率高，排泄次数较多，皮肤特别娇嫩，不具备体温调节能力、自理能力和自我保护能力，因此婴儿的内衣面料必须特别重视其舒适性和卫生保健功能。
面料的舒适性和卫生保健性能主要是指保暖性、透气性、散湿性、吸水性、干燥性能等，要求婴儿内衣的面料柔软、质轻、有弹性、保湿、保暖和透气，能吸附皮肤上的污垢，但是不沾身，对婴儿的皮肤无刺激，并具有耐洗、耐晒、防霉、抗菌等性能。传统的婴儿内衣面料的原料选择棉纤维作为主要原料，然而随着高科技纤维技术的发展，功能性纤维的开发，超细纤维、陶瓷纤维、牛奶纤维、大豆纤维等在抗菌抑菌、滋养肌肤和提高舒适性方面具有明显的功效，因此婴儿内衣面料的原料开始逐渐使用改性天然纤维和功能性纤维。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种舒适度高、具有抗菌、自洁效果的婴儿用纺织面料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种婴儿用纺织面料，包括依次复合的基层、透气层和外层，
所述基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：植物纤维40~80份、蚕丝纤维40~80份，植物抗菌提取液0.1~0.5份，牛奶纤维20~40份；
所述透气层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：天竹纤维40~80份，超细活性炭纤维10~30份，大豆纤维20~40份；
所述外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。
进一步地，所述植物纤维为纯棉纤维，大豆纤维，剑麻纤维，天竹纤维，芦荟纤维，苘麻纤维，黄麻纤维，大麻纤维中的一种或一种以上。
进一步地，所述外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米碳纤维。
进一步地，所述植物抗菌提取液泽漆提取物，知风草提取物，忽地笑提取物，五色梅提取物中的一种或一种以上。
进一步地，所述基层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm，所述透气层的厚度为0.05~0.1mm，所述外层的厚度为0.05~0.15mm。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提出的纺织面料用于婴儿内衣面料，该面料，质地轻盈，有弹性，吸湿透气，亲肤抗菌，同时，具有一定的自洁性能，一种多功能婴儿面料，而且，原材料绿色环保，满足对婴儿衣物面料的要求。

实施例1
一种婴儿用纺织面料，包括依次复合的基层、透气层和外层，
基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：植物纤维40份、蚕丝纤维80份，植物抗菌提取液0.1份，牛奶纤维20份；
透气层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：天竹纤维40份，超细活性炭纤维30份，大豆纤维40份；
外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。
在本技术方案中，植物纤维为纯棉纤维，大豆纤维，剑麻纤维，天竹纤维，芦荟纤维，苘麻纤维，黄麻纤维，大麻纤维中的一种或一种以上，外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米碳纤维，植物抗菌提取液泽漆提取物，知风草提取物，忽地笑提取物，五色梅提取物中的一种或一种以上，基层的厚度为0.15mm，透气层的厚度为0.08mm，外层的厚度为0.06mm。

一种婴儿用纺织面料，包括依次复合的基层、透气层和外层，
基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：植物纤维50份、蚕丝纤维60份，植物抗菌提取液0.3份，牛奶纤维30份；
透气层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：天竹纤维50份，超细活性炭纤维20份，大豆纤维30份；
外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。
在本技术方案中，植物纤维为纯棉纤维，大豆纤维，剑麻纤维，天竹纤维，芦荟纤维，苘麻纤维，黄麻纤维，大麻纤维中的一种或一种以上，外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米碳纤维，植物抗菌提取液泽漆提取物，知风草提取物，忽地笑提取物，五色梅提取物中的一种或一种以上，基层的厚度为0.15mm，透气层的厚度为0.08mm，外层的厚度为0.06mm。

基层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：植物纤维80份、蚕丝纤维40份，植物抗菌提取液0.5份，牛奶纤维40份；
透气层包括以下重量份数的原料组成：天竹纤维80份，超细活性炭纤维10份，大豆纤维20份；
外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。
在本技术方案中，植物纤维为纯棉纤维，大豆纤维，剑麻纤维，天竹纤维，芦荟纤维，苘麻纤维，黄麻纤维，大麻纤维中的一种或一种以上，外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米碳纤维，植物抗菌提取液泽漆提取物，知风草提取物，忽地笑提取物，五色梅提取物中的一种或一种以上，基层的厚度为0.15mm，透气层的厚度为0.08mm，外层的厚度为0.06mm。

所述外层为掺有纳米二氧化钛的纳米纤维面料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种婴儿用纺织面料，其特征在于：所述植物纤维为纯棉纤维，大豆纤维，剑麻纤维，天竹纤维，芦荟纤维，苘麻纤维，黄麻纤维，大麻纤维中的一种或一种以上。
