泌尿系统结石是泌尿外科常见病多发病,除了部分结石可以药物治疗或者体外冲击波治疗以外,很多结石都需要手术治疗,而经腔镜气压弹道碎石术是最目前常用的手术方法之一。这种方法是将气压弹道碎石探针经腔镜放入体内,通过气压弹道使探针震动撞击结石,将结石逐步击碎。由于结石的成分复杂,不同的结石结构不同,硬度也不同,碎石效果也就不同,有些结石在探针撞击部位形成坑洞而并不裂开,手术时间较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种探针撞击结石时结石容易碎裂,提高碎石效率的锥状头气压弹道碎石杆。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,锥状头气压弹道碎石杆,包括探针头、探针杆、探针尾三部分,探针杆连接探针尾,探针头连接探针杆, 探针头为棱锥形,棱锥形底部连接探针杆, 针尖平钝。棱锥形探针头,在探针撞击结石时结石容易碎裂,减轻患者痛苦,从而提高碎石效率,缩短手术时间。
