本发明涉及制冷技术领域,尤其涉及一种酒店式无室外机制冷系统。包括制冷系统和酒店热水供应系统,所述制冷系统包括压缩机,所述压缩机的制冷端与散热器连接,所述压缩机的散热端与散热片连接;所述热水供应系统包括水箱、增压泵、水质净化装置和加热器,所述散热片设置于水箱内,所述水箱上设置有自来水进水管和热水出水管,所述热水出水管与增压泵连接,所述增压泵与水质净化装置的进水口连接,所述水质净化装置的出水口与加热器连接,所述加热器与用水出口连接。本发明工程量小,占用空间小,制冷效果好,各个客房用水独立,不受外部环境影响,大大方便了用水需求,做到了资源的有效利用不浪费,节能环保。

[0001]本发明涉及制冷技术领域,尤其涉及一种无需室外机进行热交换,通过压缩机实 现的酒店式无室外机制冷系统。
背景技术
[0002]目前,市场上普遍采用的制冷设备主要是各种形式的空调和风扇设备,其中风扇 主要通过空气流动带走体表热量,无法真正意义上达到制冷的效果。空调设备目前普遍采 用的是应用室外机进行排热,这样固然可以保证室内温度效果,但是对整体环境有很大的 破环作用,加重城市热岛效果。尤其是夏天,城市温度居高不下,空调室外机排热是元凶之 一。同时室外机破坏建筑外墙整体性,影响市容市貌,有一定的安全隐患。在空调的安装过 程中还须花费大量精力专门设计空调井和管道,这些管道常年使用内部会滋生有害菌群, 对人体危害很大,对空调管道的维修,更换也是一项耗时耗力的工程。
[0003] 另外,现有的酒店多采用大锅炉集中供水的方式为客房提供热水,这类供水方式 有如下缺点:(1)多采用煤炭或煤气等资源提供热量,且需要24小时提供热水,会污染环境 质量,造成资源浪费。(2)集中供水容易造成水质污染,污染客房用水。(3)酒店用水高峰期 时热水容易供应不上。(4)锅炉建设和维护成本较高。因此,现在市场上急需一种无须室外 机可将制冷产生的热量合理利用到酒店热水供应的制冷系统。
发明内容
[0004] 为解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种无需室外机热量排放,将制冷系统 接入酒店工程,实现室内制冷的同时,将多余热量储存并用于厨卫用水使用的新型制冷系 统。

[0006] 一种酒店式无室外机制冷系统,包括制冷系统和与制冷系统连接的酒店热水供应 系统,所述制冷系统包括压缩机,所述压缩机包括制冷端和散热端,所述制冷端与散热器连 接,所述散热端与散热片连接;所述热水供应系统包括水箱、增压栗、水质净化装置和加热 器,所述散热片设置于水箱内,没于水箱中的水中,所述水箱上设置有自来水进水管和热水 出水管,所述热水出水管与增压泵连接,所述增压泵通过管道与水质净化装置的进水口连 接,所述水质净化装置的出水口与加热器连接,所述加热器与用水出口连接。

[0013] 本发明以压缩机制冷,空气循环进行室内降温,接入酒店室内水路工程,无需室外 机进行排热,通过水吸收室内需要排放的热量进行能量转换和有效利用,用于厨卫沐浴或 饮水使用,不对外部环境造成任何损害,工程量小,占用空间小,制冷效果好。各个客房可独 立供水,不受外部环境影响,大大方便了用户的用水需求,维护简单,建设成本低,管道不易 滋生细菌,方便客房用水。不需要往室外空间释放热量,节能无污染,能源消耗小,做到了资 源的有效利用不浪费,节能环保。

[0018]所述热水供应系统包括水箱4、增压泵5、水质净化装置和加热器9。所述散热片3设 置于水箱4内且没于水箱4中的水中。所述水箱4上设置有自来水进水管和热水出水管,所述 热水出水管与增压泵5连接,所述增压栗通过管道与水质净化装置的进水口连接。具体的, 所述水质净化装置包括用于过滤的过滤器7和用于进一步净化的净化器8,所述待净化的水 依次通过过滤器7和净化器8进行净化,净化后的水通过水管与加热器9连接,此时的加热器 9设置为电加热器,所述电加热器与用水出口连接,所述用水出口具体可以设置为饮用出水 口 10和厨卫出水口 11。在本实施例中,如图1中,在增压栗5出水口设置一个水管三通阀6,所 述厨卫出水口 11可无需经过水质净化装置与增压泵5连接。

[0020] 压缩机2把制冷剂从低压提升为高压,并使制冷剂在压缩机2、散热片3、散热器1内 不断循环流动并进行形态变换,制冷剂在散热器1中进行液态变气态形态变化,吸收热量从 而带走散热器1周围空气中的热量。制冷剂在散热片3中由气态变成液态,热量散发到水箱4 中,水的比热容非常大,导热性能良好,可以储存大量热量,从而使系统不断将吸收的热量 转移到酒店热水系统,用户可选择对水继续进行过滤净化和加热,有效利用了室内排出的 热量。水经过过滤器和净化器处理后可直接饮用,也可选择使用热水器烧开饮用,也可选择 加热沐浴使用,也可选择洗菜做饭或其他用途。
