The specific structure of each of the above-described components will be specifically described next.
Referring to fig. 2, the bubbling oil-water separator 100 includes a cylinder 101, and the cylinder 101 is provided with a first collector 110, a second collector 120, a condensate inlet 140, a condensate outlet 150, and a bubbling port 130, which are respectively communicated with the cylinder 101.
The first collector 110 is located at the top of the cylinder 101 and is used for collecting the light oil in the cylinder 101. The first collector 110 is provided with a light oil collecting pipe 111, one end of the light oil collecting pipe 111 communicates with the first collector 110, the other end of the light oil collecting pipe 111 is inserted into the cylinder 101, and an end of a portion of the light oil collecting pipe 111 located in the cylinder 101 is bent and extends upward. The light oil collecting pipe 111 extends upward in the cylinder 101, thereby increasing the inlet position of the light oil collecting pipe 111, and the purity of the collected light oil is higher. A valve for opening and closing the light oil collecting pipe 111 is provided on the light oil collecting pipe 111, and is in a closed state during the separation process of the bubbling oil-water separator 100, and is in an open state when the light oil is collected after the separation.
A second collector 120 is located at the bottom of the cylinder 101 for collecting heavy oil within the cylinder 101. The second collector 120 is provided with a heavy oil collecting pipe 121, the heavy oil collecting pipe 121 is connected to the bottom of the cylinder 101, a valve for opening and closing the heavy oil collecting pipe 121 is arranged on the heavy oil collecting pipe 121, and the valve is in a closed state in the separation process of the bubbling oil-water separator 100, and is in an open state when the heavy oil is collected after separation.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bubbling port 130 is used to connect an external bubbling device (e.g., a bubbler) to perform bubbling separation on condensed water mixed with light oil and heavy oil in the cylinder 101. In this embodiment, the bubbling port 130 is located below the condensate inlet 140 and above the condensate outlet 150. Further, the bubbling port 130 is located near the condensate outlet 150. Because the volatile oil with small evaporation capacity mainly forms small oil droplets, the volatile oil is not easy to separate from condensate due to high viscosity, in the embodiment, the surface tension of the small oil droplets of the volatile oil can be destroyed through the gas discharged from the bubbling port 130, so that large oil droplets are formed by aggregation, an oil cake is gradually formed, and the volatile oil is quickly separated from the condensate under the action of gravity. Wherein, the light oil floats on the upper layer of the condensate, and the heavy oil settles on the lower layer of the condensate.
Optionally, the bubbling port 130 is provided with a gas distributor 131, and an air inlet pipe 132, a plurality of first air outlets 133 and a plurality of second air outlets 134 are provided in the gas distributor 131. And the first air outlets 133 and the second air outlets 134 are multiple and uniformly distributed in the gas distributor 131, so that the gas discharged from the gas distributor 131 is better and more uniform in dispersion, and better in separation effect on condensate containing light oil and heavy oil.
Specifically, the plurality of first air outlets 133 are uniformly distributed on the gas distributor 131 and penetrate and are communicated to the upper surface of the air inlet pipe 132, and the air is exhausted upwards through the first air outlets 133, so that the gas contacts with the condensate and the light oil and the heavy oil contained in the condensate are separated. In the present embodiment, the width of the end of the first air outlet 133 near the air inlet pipe 132 gradually increases to the width of the end of the first air outlet 133 far from the air inlet pipe 132. That is, after the gas is discharged from the gas inlet pipe 132, the gas is discharged in a diffusion type, and at this time, the discharged gas has small pressure, can slowly contact with condensate, has longer contact time, and is more favorable for bubbling to separate oil from water.
The second air outlets 134 are uniformly distributed in the air distributor 131 and penetrate and communicate with the lower surface of the air inlet pipe 132. And exhausts downwardly through the second air outlet 134. The width of the end of the second air outlet 134 near the air inlet pipe 132 gradually decreases to the width of the end of the second air outlet 134 far from the air inlet pipe 132. Because the width of the second air outlet 134 is gradually reduced, the air discharged from the second air outlet 134 is discharged under a certain pressure, and the air is extruded by the second air outlet 134 to have a larger impact force, so that the air can rapidly move downwards. Because the gas discharged from the second gas outlet 134 moves downwards and accompanies a certain pressure, the gas discharged from the second gas outlet 134 can act on the oil-water at a lower position under a certain pressure and speed, so as to impact the oil-water and separate the oil-water. When the downward movement of the gas stops, the gas returns to upward movement, and during the movement, the gas is further contacted with the oil water and the oil water is separated. In this embodiment, the width of the second air outlet 134 is designed to be gradually reduced, so that the pressure of the air discharged from the second air outlet 134 can be increased, and the downward movement distance of the air is further increased, and the movement time is prolonged when the air returns to the upward direction, thereby being beneficial to oil-water separation.
The plurality of first air outlets 133 and the plurality of second air outlets 134 are uniformly distributed in the gas distributor 131, so that the gas discharged from the gas distributor 131 is better and more uniform in dispersion, and better in separation effect on condensate containing light oil and heavy oil.
The condensate inlet 140 is used for introducing condensate containing heavy oil and light oil into the cylinder 101, so as to realize oil-water separation in the cylinder 101. Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the condensate inlet 140 may have only one inlet communicating with the upper portion of the cylinder 101. Referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, the condensate inlet 140 includes an upper inlet 141 and a lower inlet 142, the upper inlet 141 is connected to an upper middle portion of the cylinder 101, the lower inlet 142 is connected to a lower middle portion of the cylinder 101, the upper inlet 141 and the lower inlet 142 are respectively connected to the condenser 300, and the cooler 500 is installed between the lower inlet 142 and the condenser 300. Wherein the upper inlet 141 is used for introducing condensate mainly containing light oil into the cylinder 101, and the lower inlet 142 is used for introducing condensate mainly containing heavy oil into the cylinder 101. The condensate containing mainly heavy oil in the lower part is allowed to enter the cylinder 101 through the lower inlet 142 by previously standing, and the condensate containing mainly light oil in the upper part is allowed to enter the cylinder 101 through the upper inlet 141. The upper inlet 141 and the lower inlet 142 in this embodiment are used for absolutely separating condensate containing light oil and heavy oil, and simply standing for preliminary separation, which is beneficial to improving the effect of subsequent bubbling separation.
Referring to fig. 5, the condensate outlet 150 is used to drain separated condensate out of the cylinder 101. Specifically, the bubbling oil-water separator 100 further includes a condensate outlet pipe 151, and the condensate outlet pipe 151 communicates with the condensate outlet 150. The condensate outlet pipe 151 includes a first manifold 152, a first level pipe 153, a second level pipe 154, and a second manifold 155. The first main pipe 152 is communicated with the condensate outlet and extends into the barrel 101, and the part of the first main pipe 152 extending into the barrel 101 is bent and extends downwards, so that the condensate inlet is lower, the part of the first main pipe 152 located outside the barrel 101 is bent and extends upwards, the first main pipe 152 extends upwards to a certain height, and light oil is conveniently collected subsequently.
The first liquid level pipe 153 and the second liquid level pipe 154 are respectively communicated with the bent and upwardly extending portions of the first main pipe 152, one ends of the first liquid level pipe 153 and the second liquid level pipe 154, which are far from the first main pipe 152, are respectively communicated with the second main pipe 155, the second main pipe 155 is communicated with the steam generator 400, and specifically, the second main pipe 155 is communicated with the steam generator 400 through the buffer tank 600. The first liquid level pipe 153 is lower than the second liquid level pipe 154, and an on-off valve 156 is provided on the first liquid level pipe 153. Specifically, the height of the first liquid level pipe 153 is greater than or equal to the height of the condensate inlet 140, and the height of the first liquid level pipe 153 is less than the height of the first collector 110; the height of the second level tube 154 is greater than or equal to the top height of the cylinder 101.
In this embodiment, the height of the first liquid level pipe 153 is set to be greater than or equal to the inlet height of the condensate, so that the condensate in the cylinder 101 is kept constant, which is beneficial to oil-water separation, and after oil-water separation is finished, the opening and closing valve 156 of the first liquid level pipe 153 is kept open, and separated condensate can be discharged from the first main pipe 152 and the first liquid level pipe 153. When light oil needs to be collected, the on-off valve 156 of the first liquid level pipe 153 is closed, at this time, condensed water enters the second liquid level pipe 154, and the height of the second liquid level pipe 154 is set to be greater than or equal to the height of the top of the cylinder 101, so that the liquid level in the cylinder 101 is increased, and the light oil can be discharged from the light oil collecting pipe 111 and enter the first collector 110 for collection.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the top of the cartridge 101 is provided with a respirator 160 and a viewing window 170, the viewing window 170 being connected between the respirator 160 and the cartridge 101. After the gas entering from the bubbling port 130 acts on the oil-water to separate the oil from the water, the gas can be discharged from the breather 160, and the observation window 170 can see the condition of the liquid level in the cylinder 101, so that corresponding adjustment and operation can be conveniently made in time.
The bubbling oil-water separator 100 operates on the principle that: the liquid containing volatile oil (which may be condensed liquid after condensing vapor containing volatile oil) is introduced into the cylinder 101 from the condensed liquid inlet 140, and gas enters the cylinder 101 from the bubbling port 130, wherein part of the gas is discharged from the first gas outlet 133 and moves upwards, and part of the gas is discharged from the second outlet and moves downwards at a higher speed, then moves upwards slowly, the discharged gas contacts with the condensed liquid containing volatile oil to destroy the surface tension of small oil droplets of the volatile oil, so that the small oil droplets are accumulated into large oil droplets, the large oil droplets are gradually formed into oil blocks, and the volatile oil is quickly separated from the condensed liquid under the action of gravity. After separation, the light oil and heavy oil may be collected to the first and second collectors 110 and 120, respectively, and the separated condensate may be discharged from the condensate outlet 150.
The extraction tank 200 is used for extracting the components of the traditional Chinese medicine, and in this embodiment, the extraction is performed by heating after soaking. And the steam uniformly distributor 700 connected to the steam generator 400 can extend into the extraction tank 200, and the steam generated from the steam generator 400 is uniformly distributed in the extraction tank 200 through the steam vent 710.
