Description

Super nano bubble circulating ozone sewage treatment method and device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a super nano bubble circulating ozone sewage treatment method and device.
Background
In the existing sewage treatment technology, the anaerobic membrane bed is an efficient sewage anaerobic treatment technology, and has the advantages of quick start, difficult sludge loss, selection of fillers with different materials, and the like. The aeration biological filter is also an efficient sewage aerobic treatment process, and has the greatest advantages of integrating biological oxidation and suspended solid interception functions, and saving a secondary sedimentation tank. The sewage treatment reaction time in the anaerobic treatment process is longer, and a large-area treatment tank is needed, so that the problem that the system floor area of the sewage tank adopting the treatment process reaches the treatment capacity but is lower occurs; the disadvantage of the aerobic treatment process is that the requirement on the suspended solids concentration SS of the inlet water is high, the head loss is high, and periodic back flushing is required. In addition, the COD level of the sewage in the two processes is easy to generate larger fluctuation, so that the process and the result of sewage treatment become uncontrollable.
Most of sewage treatment systems in use in the longitudinal observation stage adopt anaerobic-aerobic secondary biochemical technology. Obviously, the sewage treatment system adopting the process has the defects of both an anaerobic treatment process and an aerobic treatment process. The building floor area is large, the treatment capacity is low, and various medicaments are required to be added to the sewage for adjustment under the condition of high pretreatment requirements on the sewage, so that the treatment period is prolonged, the running cost is increased, and the sludge production amount is increased.
Therefore, how to adopt the two processes and overcome the defects at the same time, how to improve the treatment efficiency of the system, reduce the operation cost, save the floor area of the building, and make the sewage treatment process more stable and controllable become a technical problem which is generally needed to be solved in the industry.
In addition, in the sewage treatment process in the prior art, nanobubbles and the application of ozone water are also used. It is well known in the industry that bursting of nano bubbles can break molecular chemical bonds of organic matters such as greasy dirt and the like, so as to realize the degradation effect. And the smaller the bubbles the more pronounced the effect. In addition, the nano bubbles have remarkable effect on removing colloid in sewage. Ozone is used as a substance with strong oxidability, and can effectively degrade organic matters in sewage through advanced oxidation reaction.
However, nanobubbles with smaller diameters are difficult to generate due to technical limitations; ozone gas is difficult to be directly used for sewage treatment, ozone water is difficult to prepare, and the effective time is short (the ozone concentration in water is 6.25 x 10 -3 mg/L, and the half-life period is 5-30 minutes). The two methods are difficult to apply in the sewage treatment field in a large scale.
How to better apply the two technologies in sewage treatment, develop the characteristics of the technologies and innovate the existing sewage treatment process and system, and become the focus of general attention in the field.

Preferably, the inner wall surfaces of the ozone reaction kettle and the super nano bubble tank are coated with anti-corrosion and anti-adhesion coatings.
Preferably, the relationship among the super nano bubble tank, the ozone reaction kettle and the filtering device can be as follows:
A. the super nano bubble generator, the ozone reaction kettle and the filtering device are integrated, and simultaneously, the treatment and the filtration of the greasy dirt and the organic pollutants of the sewage are carried out;
B. the super nano bubble generator is integrated with the ozone reaction kettle, and is used for simultaneously treating sewage residual greasy dirt and organic pollutants, and then filtering by a filtering device.
C. The ozone reaction kettle and the filtering device are integrated, the sewage is firstly subjected to the action of super nano bubbles to remove greasy dirt, and then the sewage organic pollutants are treated and filtered.
D. The three are independent, according to the process sequence, the sewage is firstly subjected to super nano bubble degreasing, then enters an ozone reaction kettle to treat organic pollutants by utilizing high-concentration circulating ozone water, and finally enters a filtering device to be filtered.
The principle of the invention is as follows:
(1) The invention adopts the super nano bubbles and the ozone water to treat sewage simultaneously, thereby achieving the treatment effect which is difficult to achieve by using the super nano bubbles and the ozone water singly. The super nano bubbles promote the hydroxyl generation when the ozone water reacts with the sewage, promote the degradation of the ozone water on the organic pollutants of the sewage, and achieve the treatment effect which is difficult to achieve by singly using the ozone water; in addition, the super nano bubbles have better treatment effect on nitrogen, phosphorus and COD in sewage. The two are simply overlapped to realize the effect which cannot be achieved by using the two alone (super nano bubbles are generally used in the pretreatment stage of sewage, and ozone water is generally used for advanced sewage treatment alone).
(2) The ozone water for treating sewage is derived from sewage and acts on the sewage (the ozone water is prepared from the sewage and is not available under the prior art). The existing method is that firstly, an ozonizer is used for preparing ozone, the ozone is directly connected into sewage to be treated, or the ozonizer is used for preparing ozone water from clear water and then the ozone water is added into the sewage to be treated; however, the process for preparing ozone in the prior art has high risk, high corresponding facility cost and very low efficiency. Compared with the existing method, the method is more convenient, safer and more economical.
Compared with the prior art, the process has the following advantages:
1. can reduce and stabilize the COD value of sewage. In the process, high-concentration ozone water is adopted to carry out advanced chemical reaction on organic matters in sewage, and the stability of COD value can be maintained on the basis of reducing the COD value of the sewage.
2. The process does not need to add other chemical agents in the whole process, thereby greatly reducing the sludge production. In the traditional sewage treatment process, chemical agents such as caustic soda, polyaluminum and the like are added in the coagulation and air floatation process, and finally the agents become and increase the yield of sludge. The method does not need to additionally add the medicaments in the sewage treatment process, and the sludge produced by the process is small in quantity, so that the sludge production of the whole process is effectively controlled; meanwhile, the pollutants in the wastewater are subjected to strong oxidation treatment through the operation of an advanced oxidation system, so that organic pollutants are fully oxidized into carbon dioxide (CO 2) and water (H 2 O), and meanwhile, part of pollutants which are indissolvable in water are separated out of a water body through waste residues; thereby reducing the addition amount of chemical agents or not adding chemical agents and reducing the output of sludge.
3. Compared with the traditional sewage treatment process, the process has strong sewage treatment capability and short sewage treatment time consumption, and can replace a biochemical system which takes time and takes materials. The main process of the traditional sewage treatment technology is to degrade organic pollutants by utilizing anaerobic-aerobic biochemical reaction. The metabolism speed of the microorganism and the metabolism of the microorganism are easily influenced by the external environment, so that the sewage treatment capacity is limited and the treatment speed is low, and the sewage treatment system has the limited treatment capacity and the long treatment process. The process adopts super nano bubbles and high-concentration ozone water to degrade organic matters, so that the degradation efficiency is high, the efficiency is not influenced by water quality conditions, and the superiority of the process in the aspects of treatment capacity and time consumption is ensured.
4. The process has strong combinability with other sewage treatment processes, and the equipment and the corresponding treatment capacity applying the process have strong expansibility, and can be conveniently combined with various sewage treatment equipment as a module. In addition, the process equipment is suitable for treating various sewage, and can achieve the treatment effect by increasing the number of ozone generating heads or prolonging the treatment time aiming at the sewage with different water quality conditions.
5. The system structure applying the technology has flexibility, is suitable for various space and environmental conditions, has low design requirement on the system, has the advantage of saving land space, and is an efficient and low-cost sewage treatment technology.
6. In addition, the super nano bubbles adopted in the process are made of conductive nano diamond materials by using bubble generation planes, so that the super nano bubbles with the diameter smaller than 1 mu m can be prepared, and the super nano bubbles can break molecular chemical bonds and further decompose the molecular chemical bonds into other substances by utilizing the huge destructive power generated by bubble bursting in the process of separating greasy dirt and colloidal pollutants. Can efficiently remove greasy dirt, colloid pollutant and other organic pollutant in sewage without adding other reagents. The use amount of reagents for removing greasy dirt and colloid is reduced, so that the production amount of sludge in the process is greatly reduced, sewage with better water quality condition is provided for the subsequent treatment process, and the treatment effect of the system is ensured.
7. Can replace biochemical systems and has the advantage of stabilizing sewage COD. Microorganisms in the traditional biochemical system have certain requirements on the stability of COD, and under the condition of unstable COD, the ecological system has the risk of breakdown. The sewage treatment effect produced by the method can reach or even exceed that of a biochemical system. In addition, the stable system of the system is improved, and the continuous sewage treatment capability of the system is easier to maintain.
Compared with the prior art, the device has the following advantages:
1. According to the technical scheme, the super nano bubble generator is adopted to generate super nano bubbles, the super nano bubbles are matched with the ozone generating head to electrolyze ozone water, so that the sewage solution is efficiently degraded, organic pollutants in the sewage solution are degraded into carbon dioxide (CO 2), water (H 2 O) and waste residues which are difficult to dissolve in water, and the waste residues are uniformly collected by the waste residue collector under the action of dead weight. The super nano bubble circulating ozone sewage treatment device of the technical scheme of the invention can be used as a module for combination or independent application in the related fields of sewage treatment and environmental protection in practical application, and specifically, the sewage with different water quality under different conditions can be purified by using ozone water with different concentrations. Meanwhile, the super nano bubbles can be effectively combined with the filtering device, so that the sewage is treated by the super nano bubbles, and the phenomenon that organic pollutant impurities in the sewage are adhered to the surface of the filtering device to influence the filtering effect can be prevented.
2. The super nano bubble circulating ozone device of the technical scheme of the invention can be used as one of the modules of a sewage treatment system, and has the advantages of realizing unmanned management, automatically treating sewage with different water quality conditions and the like.
3. The super nano bubble circulating ozone device provided by the technical scheme of the invention is used as a module of a sewage treatment system, and the technical problems of overlarge occupied area, higher running cost, long sewage treatment residence time and the like of sewage treatment equipment in the prior art are effectively solved.
4. The device is provided with the reflux baffle plate in the waste residue collector, the waste residue is gathered by controlling the distance between the reflux baffle plate 17 and the inner wall of the waste residue collector, and the waste residue is not recoiled back to the ozone reaction kettle along with water flow in the process of stirring sewage; the disadvantage of the waste residue flowing back to the ozone reaction kettle is that: react with ozone to influence the sewage treatment effect; impact and collision precision filtration membrane damages the filtration membrane and adheres to the filtration pore to affect the filtration effect, and the reflux baffle plate provided by the invention well solves the problems.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in figure 1, the process and the device for treating the sewage by using the super nano bubbles and circulating ozone comprise a pretreatment device (a grating, an oil separation tank and the like), a water collecting well, a super nano bubble tank, an ozone reaction kettle, filtering equipment and a sedimentation tank which are sequentially arranged along the sewage treatment direction. The super nano bubble circulating ozone sewage treatment process is suitable for the requirements of sewage treatment of various sewage and sewage with different treatment capacities. And the sewage pH value is adjusted by using an adjusting agent or a pH value adjuster (an electrolytic hydrogen peroxide device under a specific environment) in the water collecting well. The bubble generation surface of the super nano bubble generator is a conductive nano diamond film. The circulating ozone in the ozone reaction kettle is derived from sewage in the reaction kettle, and returns to the reaction kettle after passing through the ozone generating head.
As shown in fig. 1, the main steps of the invention for treating sewage are as follows:
S1, sewage enters a water collecting well after pretreatment, and hydrogen peroxide or an acid/alkali blending agent is added to adjust the pH value of the sewage, so that the pH value of the sewage in the water collecting well meets the requirement of subsequent sewage treatment.
S2, after the pH value of the sewage is regulated, the sewage enters a super nano bubble tank, molecular chemical bonds of organic matters such as oil stains in the sewage are broken through the upward floating bursting process of the super nano bubbles continuously generated at the bottom of the tank, and residual grease and partial organic matters in the sewage are further removed.
S3, the sewage enters a reaction kettle in which high-concentration ozone water is continuously generated and circulated, and organic matters in the sewage are degraded under the continuous strong oxidation action of the ozone water until the content of the organic pollutants reaches an ideal value.
S4, sewage is discharged after reaching standards after advanced oxidation treatment, filtration, precipitation and pH value adjustment, and filtrate generated by filtration flows back to a water collecting well to be subjected to subsequent treatment along with sewage.
Further, the reagent for adjusting the pH value in the water collecting well is preferably hydrogen peroxide, and other acid/alkali reagents and other reagents can be selected for adjustment according to specific conditions.
Further, the main treatment process in the super nano bubble circulating ozone sewage treatment process is that the super nano bubbles remove compounds such as residual greasy dirt and colloid, and continuous oxidation explanation is carried out on organic matters in sewage continuously by utilizing high-concentration circulating ozone until COD reaches a certain range. In addition, other treatment processes can be added to the front end, middle end or tail end of the two treatment processes according to specific situations or treatment requirements. If the anaerobic and aerobic biochemical treatment device is added before the high-concentration circulating ozone treatment process, the content of organic pollutants in the sewage is further reduced, and the effluent can reach the reclaimed water recycling standard and the like.
