The controller controls the motor 31 to start reverse rotation, so that the transmission structure 40 rotates reversely, the transmission structure 40 rotates to drive the sliding piece 51 to slide along a second direction opposite to the first direction, and the automatic goods pushing can be completed by repeating the above processes.
Compared with the prior art, the pushing device provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following advantages:
the motor, the gearbox and the belt pulley are arranged in the transmission case, so that the problem of electric leakage caused by water inflow of the motor is solved.
In addition, the invention can push 300 kg of products at a time and reach a speed of 3 meters per second.
Secondly, the pushing rod is driven to rotate between the first position and the retracting position respectively in the sliding process of the sliding piece by the aid of the abutting piece and the abutting piece, so that the automatic retracting and pushing functions are realized, and convenience is brought.

1. A pushing device is used for pushing goods and is characterized by comprising a transmission box, a driving structure, a transmission structure, a pushing structure, a propping piece and a propping piece;
the transmission case is provided with an accommodating space, the driving structure is arranged in the accommodating space and comprises a motor for driving the transmission structure to rotate, and the transmission structure is positioned in the accommodating space, sleeved on the driving structure and used for driving the pushing structure to slide;
the pushing structure is connected with the transmission structure and comprises a sliding piece, a pushing rod and a lock catch combination, the sliding piece is clamped on the transmission box in a sliding mode, the lock catch combination is installed on the sliding piece, the pushing rod is installed on the sliding piece and can rotate between a pushing position and a retracting position relative to the sliding piece, when the pushing rod is at the pushing position, the pushing rod is erected relative to the sliding piece and used for pushing goods, and the lock catch combination is clamped with the pushing rod; when the push rod is located at the retracting position, the push rod is flatly placed relative to the sliding piece, and the lock catch combination is separated from the push rod;
the propping piece is arranged on the transmission case and can drive the pushing rod to rotate from the retracting position to the pushing position when the sliding piece slides along a first direction;
the pressing piece is arranged on the transmission box and can drive the lock catch combination to be separated from the sliding rod when the sliding piece slides along the first direction, and the pressing piece are located at two opposite ends of the transmission box.
2. The pushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding member defines a sliding slot, and the pushing rod defines a stopper partially engaged in the sliding slot.
3. The pushing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the abutting member can drive the limiting member to rotate along the sliding groove when the sliding member slides in the first direction.
4. The pushing device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the abutting member is provided with an abutting surface, and the abutting surface can drive the limiting member to rotate along the sliding groove when the sliding member slides in the first direction.

The pushing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the abutting surface includes a first curved surface, a second curved surface and a third curved surface, the first curved surface is connected to the second curved surface, the second curved surface is connected to the third curved surface, an included angle at a connection between the first curved surface and the second curved surface is an obtuse angle, and an included angle at a connection between the second curved surface and the third curved surface is an obtuse angle.

The pushing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pushing rod is provided with a locking notch, and when the pushing rod is located at the pushing position, the locking buckle assembly is locked with the locking notch; when the push rod is located at the retracting position, the lock catch combination is separated from the clamping gap.

The pushing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the locking assembly includes a mounting block, a locking member and an elastic member, the mounting block is mounted on the sliding member, the locking member is clamped on the mounting block, the elastic member is sleeved on the locking member, and when the pushing rod is located at the pushing position, the locking member can slide under the action of the elastic member and is clamped into the clamping notch.

The pushing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the latch assembly further comprises a mating member, the mating member is mounted on the latch member, and the pressing member comprises a pressing surface capable of driving the latch member to slide out of the engagement notch by driving the mating member when the sliding rod slides in the first direction.

The pushing device as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the pushing rod includes a rod body, a first rotating arm and a second rotating arm, the rod body is rotatably mounted on the sliding rod, the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the rod body, the limiting member is disposed on the first rotating arm, and the second rotating arm is provided with the engaging notch.
10. The pushing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the rod body includes a cross bar and two support bars, the cross bar connects the two support bars, and the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm are respectively formed by extending from the two support bars.
