Background
With the development of technology and the demand of the market, more and more automobiles are changed from drum brakes to butterfly brakes, and the butterfly brakes all adopt brake discs as brake pieces. In the prior art, a plurality of holes are punched on a brake disc for heat dissipation, a punching workpiece generally completes the whole punching process by punching through a drill bit for multiple times, the position of the brake disc needs to be manually adjusted for multiple times during the punching process to process other holes, and the punching process is complex and has low machining precision.

Furthermore, the stopper includes a limiting cylinder, the limiting cylinder is fixedly arranged on the side wall of one sliding track, the output end of the limiting cylinder penetrates through the sliding track from the side wall of the sliding track and is in slidable splicing fit with the other sliding track, and the output end of the limiting cylinder and the sliding plate are located on the same horizontal line.
Furthermore, a plurality of groups of pushing blocks used for pushing the sliding plates are arranged on the conveying belt, and each sliding block is arranged between the two groups of pushing blocks.
Furthermore, each hole puncher includes motor cabinet, rotating electrical machines, rotation axis and drill bit, the motor cabinet is fixed to be set up at the top of sliding plate, the rotating electrical machines is fixed to be set up in the motor cabinet, the rotatable setting of rotation axis is on the output of rotating electrical machines, the nonrotatable setting of drill bit is at the top of rotation axis.
Further, the holder includes centre gripping cylinder and a plurality of clamp splice, the fixed bottom that sets up at lift cylinder of centre gripping cylinder, clamp splice slidable sets up on the output of centre gripping cylinder.
Furthermore, the bottom of each clamping block is provided with a clamping block which protrudes outwards and is used for clamping a brake disc.
Furthermore, each sliding rail is provided with a sliding rail, two side walls of the sliding plate are provided with sliding grooves, and each sliding groove is connected with one sliding rail in a sliding manner.

The working principle is as follows: at first by the holder 4c grasp the brake disc, will drive sliding plate 2a and slide and fix in stopper 2d department on slip track 2f under the conveying of conveyer belt 2b, two hole puncher 3a are located the brake disc under this moment, open two hole puncher 3a, lift cylinder 4b drives holder 4c and moves down, can beat two corresponding holes on the brake disc, lift cylinder 4b is marching type revolving cylinder, will rotate certain angle for every completion a lifting motion, thereby can beat a circle of hole on the lift disc, accomplish the operation of punching of lift disc.
The limiting device 2d comprises a limiting cylinder 2e, the limiting cylinder 2e is fixedly arranged on the side wall of one sliding track 2f, the output end of the limiting cylinder 2e penetrates through the sliding track 2f from the side wall of the sliding track 2f and is in slidable insertion fit with the other sliding track 2f, the output end of the limiting cylinder 2e and the sliding plate 2a are located on the same horizontal line, the output end of the limiting cylinder 2e can be inserted into the two sliding guide rails and intercepts the sliding plate 2a, and the limiting cylinder 2e is fixed when sliding to the limiting cylinder 2 e.
The conveying belt 2b is provided with a plurality of groups of pushing blocks 2c used for pushing the sliding plate 2a, each sliding block is arranged between the two groups of pushing blocks 2c, the pushing blocks 2c on the conveying belt 2b can drive the sliding plate 2a to slide on the sliding rail 2f, and the output ends of the pushing blocks and the limiting air cylinder 2e can just clamp the sliding plate 2a, so that the sliding plate 2a does not slide any more.
Each puncher 3a comprises a motor base 3b, a rotating motor 3c, a rotating shaft 3d and a drill bit 3e, the motor base 3b is fixedly arranged at the top of the sliding plate 2a, the rotating motor 3c is fixedly arranged in the motor base 3b, the rotating shaft 3d is rotatably arranged at the output end of the rotating motor 3c, the drill bit 3e is non-rotatably arranged at the top of the rotating shaft 3d, the rotating motor 3c is opened, the rotating motor 3c drives the rotating shaft 3d and the drill bit 3e to rotate, the drill bit 3e can drill a through hole in a brake disc, and the rotating shaft 3d plays a role in supporting the drill bit 3e and preventing the drill bit 3e from drilling into the brake disc excessively.
The holder 4c includes centre gripping cylinder 4d and a plurality of clamp splice 4e, centre gripping cylinder 4d is fixed to be set up in the bottom of lift cylinder 4b, clamp splice 4e slidable sets up on the output of centre gripping cylinder 4d, and a plurality of clamp splice 4e on the centre gripping cylinder 4d can fix the brake disc centre gripping, is convenient for bore processing.
Every the bottom of clamp splice 4e is equipped with outside arch and is used for the fixture block 4f of joint brake disc, because of there is a plurality of grooves in the brake disc, the outside is not good centre gripping, therefore the fixture block 4f of clamp splice 4e bottom can the joint get into the brake disc in with the brake disc firmly centre gripping.
Each sliding rail 2f is provided with a sliding rail, the two side walls of the sliding plate 2a are provided with sliding grooves, each sliding groove is connected with one sliding rail in a sliding manner, and the sliding plate 2a can slide on the sliding rail 2f through the two sliding grooves.
