Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent home shoe cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent home shoe cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a cabinet body 1 and two cabinet doors 2, wherein each cabinet door 2 is positioned on two opposite sides of the cabinet body 1, the cabinet doors 2 are hinged with the cabinet body 1 through a connecting piece 3, the cabinet doors 2 can rotate along the side edge of the cabinet body 1 by taking the connecting piece 3 as a center, and the two cabinet doors 2 and the cabinet body 1 form a closed space for storing various shoes.
Because the shoe cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention is an intelligent home shoe cabinet, various shoes stored in the cabinet body 1 can be sterilized and deodorized. Therefore, the shoe chest is required to have a sealing property. Meanwhile, in order to prevent moisture and dust in the outside air from entering the cabinet 1, the shoes stored in the cabinet 1 are not polluted. Therefore, in this embodiment, the joint between the cabinet door 2 and the cabinet body 1 is provided with a sealing strip, which is used for preventing moisture and dust in the outside air from entering the interior of the cabinet body 1.
The intelligent home shoe cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention can store a large number of shoes at the same time so as to improve the space utilization rate of the shoe cabinet. For this reason, a plurality of shoe rack assemblies 4 are required to be arranged in the cabinet body 1, each shoe rack assembly 4 is arranged in the inner cavity of the cabinet body 1 from top to bottom, and each shoe rack assembly 4 is respectively connected with the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the cabinet body 1 through corresponding rotating shafts 5; adjacent two shafts 5 are parallel to each other.
The shoe rack assembly 4 can rotate in the cabinet body 1 by taking the rotating shaft 5 as the axis, and in order to prevent the mutual interference of the adjacent two shoe rack assemblies 4 during rotation, the distance between the adjacent two rotating shafts 5 is required to be larger than the width of the shoe rack assembly 4.
The shoe rack assembly 4 comprises at least two shoe racks which are symmetrically fixed on the rotating shaft 5; the two shoe holders are opposite to each other and are similar to back-to-back arrangement. Of course, in order to further improve the utilization rate of the shoe cabinet, the shoe rack assembly 4 may include three shoe racks or four shoe racks, and in the case of multiple shoe racks, each shoe rack needs to be uniformly distributed along the rotating shaft 5, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, the shoe rack includes a shoe base 41, a shoe top plate 42, and a support plate 43; the sole placing base 41 and the supporting plate 43 are mutually perpendicular, and the sole placing base 41 is used for placing shoes and plays a supporting role. The shoe top plate 42 is located between the shoe bottom seat 41 and the support plate 43, and the shoe top plate 42 is connected with the support plate 43 at an angle so that a shoe cavity 44 for placing shoes is formed between the shoe top plate 42 and the shoe bottom seat 41.
In order to distinguish each pair of shoes, the shoes of the user can be placed in the shoe placement cavity 44, and in this embodiment, the partition 401 may be used to separate, that is, a plurality of partition 401 are disposed in the shoe placement frame, and each partition 401 is fixedly connected with the shoe placement base 41 and the shoe placement top plate 42 respectively, so as to separate the shoe placement cavity 44 into a plurality of shoe placement cavities, and each pair of shoes is placed in an independent shoe placement cavity.
Because the intelligent home shoe cabinet provided by the embodiment can sterilize and remove peculiar smell, in order to make sterilizing and removing peculiar smell effect better, the partial structure of the shoe placing rack for placing shoes adopts a net structure, so that the shoes on the shoe rack can be sterilized and removing peculiar smell in an omnibearing way.
Therefore, without affecting structural stability, the side edges of the shoe top plate 42 and the support plate 43 are connected by the connection net 46, the top ends of the shoe top plate 42 and the support plate 43 are connected by the bending portion 47, and the accommodating cavity 45 is formed among the shoe top plate 42, the support plate 43 and the bending portion 47, and the accommodating cavity 45 is of a semi-closed structure.
As shown in fig. 3, a controller 11 connected with a power supply is arranged on the inner side of the top of the cabinet body 1, the controller 11 realizes the automatic control function of the shoe cabinet, and the controller 11 is connected with an external power supply to automatically control each part in the shoe cabinet to execute corresponding operation. An ozone release instrument is arranged in the accommodating cavity 45 and is connected with the controller 11, and the ozone release instrument is used for releasing ozone so as to remove bacteria and peculiar smell in the cabinet body 1.
When the cabinet door 2 is in a closed state, the controller 11 controls the ozone releaser to start releasing ozone, and the odor molecules are decomposed by utilizing the ozone under the closed condition. Because the ozone has excellent peculiar smell removal performance, organic or inorganic substances with odor and other odors can be quickly decomposed by virtue of the strong oxidation performance, the organic or inorganic substances are oxidized and decomposed by utilizing the ozone, the product has no peculiar smell, and meanwhile, the condition that the external environment is influenced by the overflow of the peculiar smell from the cabinet body 1 is also ensured. The embodiment utilizes ozone to remove bacteria and peculiar smell brought by shoes placed in the cabinet body 1 so as to disinfect the shoes.
The front surface of the cabinet 1 is provided with a control panel 12, and the control panel 12 is provided with an opening button 121, a rotating button 122 and a closing button 123, and the opening button 121, the rotating button 122 and the closing button 123 are respectively connected with the controller 11.
The opening button 121 is used for controlling the shoe cabinet to enter an intelligent working state, namely, the ozone releaser in the cabinet body 1 starts to release ozone so as to sterilize and deodorize the shoes; the closing button 123 is used for controlling the shoe cabinet to enter a normal state, namely stopping the ozone releasing instrument from releasing ozone, and the shoe cabinet only has the common function of placing shoes at the moment; the rotating button 122 is used for controlling the rotation of the rotating shaft 5, when the cabinet door 2 is opened by a user, if the shoes to be taken are not on the front shoe placing rack, at this time, the rotating button 122 is used for controlling the rotating shaft 5 to rotate, so that the shoe placing rack on the other surface is rotated to the front of the user, and the user can conveniently take the shoes.
Because the entrance end of the shoe cavity 44 is an opening, when the rotating shaft 5 rotates, the opening faces downwards, and shoes are easy to fall out of the shoe cavity 44. Therefore, in order to prevent this, in the present embodiment, a shielding net 48 and a driving device are provided in the bending portion 47, and the driving device is connected to the controller 11 for driving the shielding net 48 to slide out from the bending portion 47, and one end of the shielding net 48 is connected to one end of the sole seat 41, so that the shoe cavity 44 is sealed.
The outer surface of the bending portion 47 is provided with a touch sensor connected to the controller 11. When a user places a shoe in the shoe placing cavity 44, the user touches the touch sensor by hand, the touch sensor senses a signal and sends the signal to the controller 11, the controller 11 generates a control instruction to send the driving device after processing, and the driving device drives the shielding net 48 in the bending part 47 to slide out, so that the shoe placing cavity 44 is sealed, and the shoe is prevented from falling. When the shoe needs to be taken out to open the shielding net 48, the touch sensor needs to be touched again, the detected signal is sent to the controller 11, and the processed generated control instruction is sent to the driving device, so that the driving device reverses to pull back the shielding net 48, the inlet end of the shoe placement cavity 44 is exposed, and the shoe can be conveniently taken.
In order to make the shielding effect of the shielding net 48 better and firmer, in this embodiment, a limiting block 49 is provided at one end of the sole seat 41, and a limiting gap is provided on the limiting block 49 along the length direction of the rotating shaft 5, and the limiting gap is used for inserting one end of the shielding net 48.
After the shielding net 48 slides out from the bending part 47, the movable end is inserted into the limiting gap of the limiting block 49, so that the stability of the shielding net 48 is improved, and the overweight shoes are prevented from falling out along the shielding net 48 and the connecting port of the sole seat 41.
The shielding net 48 adopts a net structure, so that ozone released by the ozone releasing instrument can be better contacted with shoes, and the sterilization and odor removal effects are improved.
In order to prevent ozone leakage and the influence of ozone entering the room, it is necessary to stop releasing ozone at the moment when the cabinet door 2 is opened, and therefore, in this embodiment, a pressure sensor is provided in the connector 3 and is connected to the controller 11.
When the cabinet door 2 is closed, the data detected by the pressure sensor is a stable value, and when the cabinet door 2 is opened at one moment, the detection value of the pressure sensor changes, if the value exceeds a preset threshold value, the cabinet door 2 is opened, the pressure sensor sends a signal to the controller 11, a control instruction is generated after the signal is processed by the controller 11 and is sent to the ozone releaser, and the ozone releaser is controlled to stop releasing ozone. When the cabinet door 2 is closed again, the pressure sensor detects a value again, when the value is equal to a pre-stored threshold value, the current cabinet door 2 is in a closed state, a signal is sent to the controller 11, a control instruction is generated after the signal is processed by the controller 11 and is sent to the ozone releasing instrument, and the ozone releasing instrument is controlled to start releasing ozone.
Because the shoes placed in the shoe chest may be shoes worn in rainy days, which are relatively wet, or in order to prevent the shoes from mildewing when placed in the closed space for a long time, in this embodiment, a hot air circulation system 13 is disposed on the inner side of the top of the chest body 1, the hot air circulation system 13 is connected with the controller 11, and the hot air circulation system 13 is used for providing hot air to dry the shoes in the chest body 1.
The working principle of the hot air circulation system 13 is the same as that of the ozone releaser, and the hot air circulation system is controlled by the controller 11 to work, and is closed when the cabinet door 2 is opened and is opened when the cabinet door 2 is closed.
When the user needs to go out or go home at night and does not turn on the lamps in the room, in order to facilitate taking out or placing shoes, a plurality of illumination lamps 14 are arranged on the inner side of the top of the cabinet body 1, the illumination lamps 14 are uniformly distributed on the top of the cabinet body 1, and the illumination lamps 14 are connected with the controller 11.
The on and off of the illumination lamp 14 is controlled by a button, that is, an illumination lamp switch button 124 is provided on the control panel 12, and the illumination lamp switch button 124 is connected with the controller 11 for controlling the on and off of the illumination lamp 14.
Pressing the lamp switch button 124 controls the lamp 14 to be turned on through the controller 11, and pressing the lamp switch button again controls the lamp to be turned off, thereby facilitating the use.

Meanwhile, the controller 11 controls the ozone releaser to start and stop releasing ozone so as to remove bacteria and peculiar smell in the cabinet body 1 more flexibly; the partial structure of the shoe rack for placing shoes adopts a net structure, so that the shoes on the shoe rack can be sterilized and deodorized in an omnibearing manner.
