Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合肥料搅拌机,包括搅拌罐、搅拌组件、转动驱动装置和至少一个翻抛组件;所述翻抛组件包括主动斜齿轮、从动斜齿轮、翻抛轴、翻抛滚筒和支撑杆,所述主动斜齿轮同轴固定安装于所述转轴下端,所述从动斜齿轮与所述主动斜齿轮啮合配合,所述支撑杆固定设置于所述罐体内,所述翻抛轴一端可转动的安装于所述罐体上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮同轴固定连接,所述翻抛轴与所述支撑杆可转动连接,所述翻抛滚筒同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴上;由于在罐体内设置有翻抛组件,对堆积在罐体下部的肥料颗粒进行翻抛,使搅拌更充分更均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合肥生产领域,具体涉及一种复合肥料搅拌机。
背景技术
肥料是提供一种或一种以上植物必需的矿质元素,改善土壤性质、提高土壤肥力水平的一类物质,是农业生产的物质基础之一。在有机肥料的制作过程中,肥料的搅拌均匀是一项必不可少的工序,它直接影响肥料的质量稳定性。传统的搅拌方法是采用单螺旋立式搅拌机。此种方式肥料颗粒容易堆积在肥料的底部,这一部分肥料在搅拌过程中经常搅拌不到,导致肥料颗粒的搅拌不均匀不彻底。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种复合肥料搅拌机,解决了以上所述的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的方案如下:一种复合肥料搅拌机,包括搅拌罐、搅拌组件、转动驱动装置和至少一个翻抛组件;所述搅拌罐包括罐体和盖体,所述罐体为中空圆筒状且上端开口,所述盖体可拆卸的盖设于所述罐体上端开口处;所述搅拌组件包括转轴和搅拌杆,所述转轴竖直设置于所述搅拌罐中,所述搅拌杆倾斜安装于所述转轴上,所述搅拌杆远离所述转轴的一端设置有抵接部,所述抵接部抵接于所述罐体内侧壁;所述转动驱动装置与所述转轴驱动连接,以驱动所述搅拌杆沿所述转轴转动;所述翻抛组件包括主动斜齿轮、从动斜齿轮、翻抛轴、翻抛滚筒和支撑杆,所述主动斜齿轮同轴固定安装于所述转轴下端,所述从动斜齿轮与所述主动斜齿轮啮合配合,所述支撑杆固定设置于所述罐体内,所述翻抛轴一端可转动的安装于所述罐体上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮同轴固定连接,所述翻抛轴与所述支撑杆可转动连接,所述翻抛滚筒同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴上。
本发明的有益效果是:在罐体内设置有翻抛组件,由于从动斜齿轮与所述主动斜齿轮啮合配合,所述翻抛轴一端可转动的安装于所述罐体上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮同轴固定连接,所述翻抛滚筒同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴上,在转轴转动过程中,主动斜齿轮随之转动,带动从动斜齿轮转动进而驱动所述翻抛轴旋转,所述翻抛滚筒即可对堆积在罐体下部的肥料颗粒进行翻抛,使搅拌更充分更均匀。

以下结合附图1-3对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。在下列段落中参照附图以举例方式更具体地描述本发明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种复合肥料搅拌机,包括搅拌罐1、搅拌组件2、转动驱动装置3和至少一个翻抛组件4。
所述搅拌罐1包括罐体11和盖体12,所述罐体11为中空圆筒状且上端开口,所述盖体12可拆卸的盖设于所述罐体11上端开口处。
所述搅拌组件2包括转轴21和搅拌杆22,所述转轴21竖直设置于所述搅拌罐1中,所述搅拌杆22倾斜安装于所述转轴21上,所述搅拌杆22远离所述转轴21的一端设置有抵接部,所述抵接部抵接于所述罐体内侧壁。
由于在搅拌杆的一端设置有抵接于所述罐体内侧壁抵接部,保证了在搅拌过程中罐体边缘的复合肥料颗粒被搅拌到。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,翻抛组件的个数为两个且对称设置于所述转轴21两侧,其中,每一所述翻抛组件4包括主动斜齿轮41、从动斜齿轮42、翻抛轴43、翻抛滚筒44和支撑杆45,所述主动斜齿轮41同轴固定安装于所述转轴21下端,所述从动斜齿轮42与所述主动斜齿轮41啮合配合,所述支撑杆45固定设置于所述罐体11内,所述翻抛轴43一端可转动的安装于所述罐体11上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮42同轴固定连接,所述翻抛轴43与所述支撑杆45可转动连接,所述翻抛滚筒44同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴43上。
在罐体内设置有翻抛组件,由于从动斜齿轮与所述主动斜齿轮啮合配合,所述翻抛轴一端可转动的安装于所述罐体上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮同轴固定连接,所述翻抛滚筒同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴上,在转轴转动过程中,主动斜齿轮随之转动,带动从动斜齿轮转动进而驱动所述翻抛轴旋转,所述翻抛滚筒即可对堆积在罐体下部的肥料颗粒进行翻抛,以便于搅拌杆进行搅拌,使搅拌更充分更均匀。
优选的,如图3所示,所述支撑杆45包括杆体451和支撑轴承452,所述杆体451一端与所述罐体11内壁固定连接,另一端与所述支撑轴承452外周面固定连接,所述支撑轴承452的内侧壁与所述转轴21外周面固定连接。
更优选的,所述抵接部包括安装套23和滚动球24,如图2所示,所述安装套23固定安装于所述搅拌杆22的一端且内设有安装腔23a,所述安装腔23a远离所述搅拌杆22的一端设有开口23b,所述滚动球24设置于所述安装腔23a中且一部分包容于所述安装腔23a内部,另一部分从所述安装腔23a的开口中突出所述安装腔23a且与所述罐体11内侧壁抵接,所述安装腔23a的开口处设有软质密封圈25,所述软质密封圈25的外周壁与所述安装套23固定连接,内周壁与所述滚动球24接触。
由于在所述搅拌杆远离所述转轴的一端设置有安装套和滚动球,滚动球突出安装腔的部分与罐体内侧壁抵接,当转轴在转动驱动装置的驱动下旋转时,滚动球抵接罐体内壁在内壁上滚动,可以对靠近内壁上的肥料颗粒进行搅拌,同时球体的滚动可以避免搅拌杆与罐体内壁刮擦破坏罐体,在安装腔的开口处设有软质密封圈,可以防止肥料颗粒从安装缝隙处掉入安装腔内阻碍滚动球的滚动。
更优选的,如图2所示,所述软质密封圈25包括内嵌部251和外露部252,所述内嵌部251从所述滚动球24和所述安装套23之间的安装间隙处沿所述滚动球24外周面向所述安装腔23a内部延伸,所述内嵌部251外周面与所述安装套23密封连接且内周面与所述滚动球24抵接配合;所述外露部252位于所述安装套23的开口外边缘,并沿所述滚动球24外周面延伸,所述外露部252的内周面与所述滚动球240外周面搭接。
内嵌部将安装套与滚动球的安装缝隙密封,同时外露部将开口外部和滚动球隔离开,彻底杜绝了肥料颗粒掉入安装腔内的风险。
优选的,所述转动驱动装置3与所述转轴21驱动连接,以驱动所述搅拌杆22沿所述转轴21转动;优选的,所述转动驱动装置为驱动电机,所述驱动电机安装于所述盖体12上且输出轴与所述转轴21同轴固定连接,本实施例中的固定连接优选为焊接。

Claims (6)
1.一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,包括:
搅拌罐,所述搅拌罐包括罐体和盖体,所述罐体为中空圆筒状且上端开口,所述盖体可拆卸的盖设于所述罐体上端开口处;
搅拌组件,所述搅拌组件包括转轴和搅拌杆,所述转轴竖直设置于所述搅拌罐中,所述搅拌杆倾斜安装于所述转轴上,所述搅拌杆远离所述转轴的一端设置有抵接部,所述抵接部抵接于所述罐体内侧壁;
转动驱动装置,所述转动驱动装置与所述转轴驱动连接,以驱动所述搅拌杆沿所述转轴转动;
至少一组翻抛组件,所述翻抛组件包括主动斜齿轮、从动斜齿轮、翻抛轴、翻抛滚筒和支撑杆,所述主动斜齿轮同轴固定安装于所述转轴下端,所述从动斜齿轮与所述主动斜齿轮啮合配合,所述支撑杆固定设置于所述罐体内,所述翻抛轴一端可转动的安装于所述罐体上,另一端与所述从动斜齿轮同轴固定连接,所述翻抛轴与所述支撑杆可转动连接,所述翻抛滚筒同轴固定套设于所述翻抛轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述抵接部包括安装套和滚动球,所述安装套固定安装于所述搅拌杆的一端且内设有安装腔,所述安装腔远离所述搅拌杆的一端设有开口,所述滚动球设置于所述安装腔中且一部分包容于所述安装腔内部,另一部分从所述安装腔的开口中突出所述安装腔且与所述罐体内侧壁抵接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述安装腔的开口处设有环形密封圈,所述环形密封圈的外周壁与所述安装套固定连接,内周壁与所述活动球接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述翻抛组件的个数为两个且对称设置于所述转轴两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括杆体和支撑轴承,所述杆体一端与所述罐体内壁固定连接,另一端与所述支撑轴承外周面固定连接,所述支撑轴承的内侧壁与所述转轴外周面固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种复合肥料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述转动驱动装置为驱动电机,所述驱动电机安装于所述盖体上且输出轴与所述转轴同轴固定连接。
