As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a dish washer including a body 100, a door 200, and a door locking assembly 300, and in particular, the door 200 is rotatably coupled to the body 100, and the door locking assembly 300 is disposed between the door 200 and the body 100 for locking the door 200 in a closed position.
By providing the door locking assembly 300 in the dishwasher, locking of the door 200 in a closed state is achieved, and reliability of the door 200 for closing the opening of the machine body 100 is ensured.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the dishwasher is only used as an embodiment, and meanwhile, the dishwasher may be replaced by a household appliance such as an electric steamer and an electric oven, which has a door body 200 and a machine body 100 with an opening, and the whole technical scheme will not be described later, but only by way of example.
In the following description, the specific structure and operation of the door lock assembly 300 will be described in detail.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in particular, the door locking assembly 300 includes a latch 320 elastically and telescopically disposed on the body 100, a switching element 340 mounted on the body 100, and a recess 220 disposed on the door 200 to accommodate the latch 320, wherein the switching element 340 is connected to a controller of a household appliance, and a contact 341 of the switching element 340 can be triggered when the latch 320 is retracted.
The locking principle and working process of the door locking assembly 300 are as follows: in the normal extended state of the latch 320, it is separated from the contact 341 of the switching element 340, and at this time, the door body 200 is in an opened state; when the door body 200 is closed, under the action of the driving force when the door body 200 is closed, the driving bolt 320 is driven to retract towards the machine body 100, in the process, the contact 341 of the switching element 340 is triggered, and then the switching element 340 feeds back a door closing signal to the controller of the household appliance, and the controller recognizes that the door body 200 is closed; meanwhile, during the continuous movement of the door body 200 in the direction of closing the opening, the retracted latch 320 is ejected a certain distance to be snapped into the groove 220 on the door body 200, thereby limiting the door body 200 and locking the door body 200 in the closed position.
The door locking assembly 300 realizes the triggering of the switch element 340 by arranging the lock tongue 320 and the switch element 340 which are integrated together and utilizing the telescopic movement of the lock tongue 320 in the process of opening and closing the door, and realizes the limitation of the opening and closing state of the door 200 by the signal feedback of the switch element 340. Moreover, by using the locking tongue 320 to lock in the groove 220, the door body 200 is locked in the closed state, and the reliability of the open closure is ensured.
The modularized door locking assembly 300 has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture and assembly, and not only well improves the defects of complicated manufacturing and assembly processes and high cost existing in the past because of the separation of the lock tongue 320 structure and the locking structure, but also can directly disassemble, maintain or replace the door locking assembly 300 when the household appliance products such as a dish washer, an electric oven, an electric steam box, a microwave oven, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine and the like have abnormal situations such as locking failure of the door 200, thereby greatly reducing the later maintenance cost.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3 to 8, in this embodiment, the door locking assembly 300 may further include an elastic member and a housing 310 for mounting the lock tongue 320, and specifically, the housing 310 includes a first wall and a second wall that are oppositely disposed, where the first wall is provided with an opening for extending the lock tongue 320, and a buckle 321 is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the lock tongue 320. One end of the elastic member is abutted against the lock tongue 320, and the other end is abutted against the second wall. When the elastic member drives the latch 320 to extend out of the opening, the buckle 321 abuts against the inner surface of the first wall, so as to prevent the latch 320 from extending continuously.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 5, when the door body 200 is closed, the door body 200 drives the lock tongue 320 to retract, and the lock tongue 320 is snapped into the groove 220 on the door body 200, so as to lock the door body 200 in the closed position; when the door body 200 is opened, the lock tongue 320 is gradually separated from the groove 220, and when the lock tongue 320 and the groove are completely separated, the lock tongue 320 is ejected downwards under the action of the elastic piece, and the buckle 321 of the lock tongue is abutted with the inner surface of the first wall, so that the limit of the lock tongue 320 is realized, and the lock tongue 320 is prevented from being separated from the shell 310.
With reference to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the number of the latches 321 may be two, and specifically, the two latches 321 are disposed opposite to each other. Such an arrangement ensures the reliability of the latch bolt 320 in limiting the latch bolt, thereby ensuring the operational reliability of the door lock assembly 300 of the present embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 5, in the present embodiment, a slot 312 is disposed between the first wall and the second wall of the housing 310 and surrounding the opening, and specifically, the slot 312 extends from the inner surface of the first wall toward the second wall to form a channel capable of accommodating movement of the buckle 321.
In this embodiment, the switching element 340 may be a micro switch. By means of the arrangement, the sensing of the opening and closing state of the door body 200 can be known through the stroke change of the micro switch, and the door is simple in structure and reliable in sensing.
With continued reference to fig. 2, 6, 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the latch 320 is further provided with a jack 322, where the contact 341 of the switch element 340 is disposed towards the jack 322, so that the jack 322 can trigger the contact 341 in the process of retracting the latch 320.
Through set up ejector pin 322 in the side direction of spring bolt 320 to utilize the displacement of ejector pin 322 to realize the triggering of contact 341 state, reduced the casing 310 in the flexible ascending structural dimension of spring bolt 320, make the structure of this embodiment door body locking subassembly 300 compacter, the space occupies less.
With continued reference to fig. 2, 6, 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the latch tongue 320 may be an arc-shaped rod, and specifically, the arc-shaped rod is bent towards one side of the latch tongue 320, and the triggering direction of the contact 341 is perpendicular to the telescopic direction of the latch tongue 320. Wherein the arcuate convex surface of the arcuate lever forms a driving surface for the trigger contact 341.
When the lock tongue 320 is retracted under the action of the door body 200, the lock tongue 320 moves upward as viewed in the figure, and the arc on the left side of the ejector rod 322 is contacted with the contact 341; during continued retraction of the latch 320, the arc on the right side of the jack 322 comes into contact with the contact 341 to apply a rightward force to the contact 341, thereby triggering the contact 341.
By the arrangement, the contact 341 is horizontally triggered in the vertical movement process of the lock tongue 320, so that the space occupation of the shell 310 in the vertical direction is further reduced, and the compactness of the door locking assembly 300 of the embodiment is ensured; moreover, the arc-shaped ejector rod 322 has higher triggering reliability, and avoids the induction failure caused by the fact that the contact 341 is not triggered in place to a certain extent.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the switching element 340 is connected to the housing 310. Specifically, the housing 310 is provided with a pressing piece 350, and the switching element 340 is connected to the pressing piece 350, so as to achieve a relative fixation between the switching element and the housing 310.
By arranging the pressing sheet 350, the limit of the switching element 340 is realized, the phenomenon that the switching element 340 is jacked up from the upper part and the periphery of the shell 310 in the triggering process of the contact 341 by the ejector rod 322 is avoided to a certain extent, the stability of the position of the switching element 340 is ensured, and the triggering reliability of the contact 341 is further ensured.
In this embodiment, a circumferential limiting structure for limiting the relative rotation of the latch 320 and the housing 310 may also be disposed between the two. By the arrangement, the rotation of the lock tongue 320 relative to the housing 310 in the retracting movement process is prevented, so that the ejector rod 322 can be always positioned on the path of the triggerable contact 341, the situation that the ejector rod 322 and the contact 341 are dislocated circumferentially due to the rotation of the lock tongue 320 is avoided to a certain extent, and the working reliability of the door locking assembly 300 of the embodiment is further improved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the shape of the opening may be rectangular, and correspondingly, the outer peripheral outline of the lock tongue 320 is adapted to the shape of the opening, so that the opening and the outer peripheral outline of the lock tongue 320 together form a circumferential limiting structure for limiting the lock tongue 320 and the housing 310 to rotate relatively.
The circumferential limiting structure is simple in form, convenient to process and manufacture and high in limiting reliability.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the circumferential limiting structure may be in the form of realizing circumferential limiting by using the rectangular hole, but not limited thereto, and may also be in other arrangement forms, such as: a sliding groove is formed in the outline edge of the opening, a sliding way extending along the extending and retracting direction of the locking bolt 320 is arranged on the peripheral surface of the locking bolt 320, and the sliding fit between the sliding way and the sliding groove is utilized to limit the rotation of the locking bolt 320 in the extending and retracting process. Therefore, the rotation limit between the lock tongue 320 and the housing 310 can be realized by the circumferential limit structure, so that the reliability of triggering the contact 341 by the ejector rod 322 can be ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 5, 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the elastic member may include a spring 330. The spring 330 can provide a reliable elastic force for the extension and retraction of the lock tongue 320, so that the lock tongue 320 can be reliably extended when not stressed, and the cost of the spring 330 is low, so that the setting cost of the door locking assembly 300 of the embodiment is reduced to a certain extent.
With continued reference to fig. 5 to 8, in the present embodiment, the latch bolt 320 is provided with a guide post 323 extending along the extending direction thereof, wherein the spring 330 is sleeved on the guide post 323.
The arrangement of the guide post 323 not only plays a certain limiting role on the spring 330 and avoids the adverse situation that the spring 330 slides out from between the shell 310 and the lock tongue 320 to a certain extent, but also plays a certain guiding role in the compression and bouncing process of the spring 330, so that the elastic force born by the lock tongue 320 can be always kept in a vertical or approximately vertical state, and the reliability of the extension and retraction process of the lock tongue 320 is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 6, specifically, the latch 320 is disposed around the guide post 323 and has a receiving cavity, and in a natural extended state, the spring 330 is partially disposed in the receiving cavity.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, a limiting block 311 may be further disposed on the housing 310. By arranging the limiting block 311, the positioning and limiting functions of the door locking assembly 300 in the assembly process of the machine body 100 are realized, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the rotation shaft between the door body 200 and the body 100 is located at the bottom of the dishwasher, that is, the bottom end of the door body 200 is rotatably connected to the body 100 by a hinge. The door lock assembly 300 is a group, and the door lock assembly 300 is disposed at a side opposite to the rotation axis of the body 100, that is: the door locking assembly 300 is disposed above the body 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, specifically, the housing 310 of the door locking assembly 300 is fixedly disposed on the machine body 100, a space is disposed in front of the machine body 100, and the lock tongue 320 extends downward into the space. The groove 220 is provided on the door liner 210. When the door body 200 is closed, the locking tongue 320 is snapped into the groove 220 on the door liner 210 to lock the position of the door body 200.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the door locking assembly 300 may be a group of the above-mentioned forms and disposed above the machine body 100, but not limited thereto, and other forms may be adopted, for example: the door locking assemblies 300 are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of door locking assemblies 300 are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the machine body 100; alternatively, the door locking assemblies 300 are provided in two groups, and the two groups of door locking assemblies 300 are simultaneously provided above the machine body 100. So long as the door body 200 of the dish washer can be locked in position after closing the opening by the number and the position of the door body locking assembly 300.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced with equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present invention.
