An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the dust cart with dust collection function provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises a cart body 10 and a dust collection device, wherein a front handle of the cart body 10 drives a front wheel to rotate, the front wheel has only one wheel, the dust collection device further comprises a dust collection chamber is arranged on one side of the dust collection mop 20 along the forward direction of the dust cart, a bottom wall of the dust collection chamber has a dust collection hole 53 for collecting dust on the floor, and the bottom wall is close to the floor for collecting dust from the floor;
the dust suction device comprises an operating rod 30, a roller 31, a driving wheel 32, a dust suction gear 50 and fan blades 51, wherein the middle part of the operating rod 30 is hinged on the vehicle body 10, the roller 31 is rotatably arranged at one end, close to the ground, of the operating rod 30, the driving wheel 32 is coaxially arranged on the roller 31, and the dust suction gear 50 and the fan blades 51 are meshed with the driving wheel 32;
the middle part of the operating rod 30 is hinged on the vehicle body 10, when the upper end is manually moved, the operating rod 30 rotates along a hinged point, the operating rod 30 is used for driving the roller 31 to rotate along the hinged point on the vehicle body 10 as a center so as to realize the meshing and the separation of the driving wheel 32 and the dust absorption gear 50, when the operating rod 30 is moved, the operating rod rotates around the hinged point, the lower end also rotates around the hinged point so as to drive the roller 31 to move along a fixed arc, and the roller 31 at least can contact the ground so as to drive the roller 31 to rotate by means of the friction force between the roller 31 and the ground when the dust removal vehicle moves;
the dust suction gear 50 is rotatably arranged on the dust suction cavity through a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft extends into the dust suction cavity and is connected to the fan blades 51, and the first rotating shaft is used for sucking air to the outer side of the dust suction cavity so as to generate negative pressure in the dust suction cavity.
When the dust collector is used and dust needs to be collected, the operating rod 30 is moved to enable the roller 31 to contact the ground, friction force between the roller 31 and the ground can drive the roller 31 to rotate, so that the driving wheel 32 is driven to rotate, the driving wheel 32 can drive the dust collection gear 50 to rotate, the dust collection gear 50 further drives the fan blades 51 to rotate to generate air flow, and a filter screen 52 is arranged in the dust collection cavity and on one side, away from the dust collection gear 50, of the fan blades 51 to prevent dust from being brought out by the air flow. An airflow hole may be formed in the sidewall 11 of the suction chamber to allow the airflow in the suction chamber to flow out to generate a negative pressure in the suction chamber, so that dust is sucked from the suction hole 53.
When dust collection is not needed, the operating rod 30 is only required to be moved reversely to separate the roller 31 from the ground, at this time, the roller 31 loses friction force and cannot rotate, and the fan blades 51 cannot rotate, so that the dust collection device can be in a non-dust collection state. In order to prevent the dust-collecting gear 50 from being separated from the driving wheel 32 during the separation of the roller 31 from the floor surface, the teeth of the driving wheel 32 and the teeth of the dust-collecting gear 50 may not be properly engaged when the wheel is again in the dust-collecting state, and thus the wheel and the wheel are not completely separated during the separation. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body 10 is provided with a stopper 15 for limiting the rotation amplitude of the operating lever 30, so that the driving wheel 32 and the dust collection gear 50 are not completely separated, and the situation that the driving wheel cannot be effectively engaged in the reverse operation is avoided.
In order to facilitate cleaning, a dust cleaning baffle 54 is arranged on the side wall of the dust suction cavity, one end of the dust cleaning baffle is hinged on the dust suction cavity, and the other end of the dust cleaning baffle is clamped on the dust suction cavity.
When mopping, the mop can not be effectively mopped and cleaned under the condition of dry mop, therefore, the cleaning mop 20 comprises a mop body 21, the mop body 21 comprises a dust absorption cavity and a water tank, and bristles are arranged at the lower part of the position of the water tank, and the cleaning mop also comprises a water adding device, wherein the water adding device comprises a coupling wheel 33 meshed with the driving wheel 32, a first bevel gear 34 coaxially arranged on the coupling wheel 33, a second bevel gear 35 matched with the first bevel gear 34, a driving connecting rod 36 with one end connected to the second bevel gear 35, a water adding gear 37 arranged at the other end of the driving connecting rod 36 and an inner baffle;
the linkage wheel 33 is rotatably arranged on the mop body 21 through a second rotating shaft;
the cleaning mop 20 is provided with a water tank which is positioned at the rear side of the dust suction cavity along the moving direction of the dust cart, and the bottom wall of the water tank is provided with a first drainage hole 211 for containing water flow;
the inner baffle is movably arranged in the water tank and comprises a bottom plate 222, a driving rack 221 meshed with the water adding gear 37 and a connecting plate 22 connected between the bottom plate 222 and the driving rack 221, a second drain hole 223 matched with the first drain hole 211 is formed in the bottom plate 222, when the bottom plate 222 moves, the first drain hole 211 can be opened and closed, and when the first drain hole 211 and the second drain hole 223 are overlapped, water can flow out of the water tank to enter bristles, so that mopping is realized.
The cleaning mop 20 is provided with a support block on which the driving link 36 is rotatably provided.
As shown in figures 3 and 4, when in use, the operating rod 30 is moved synchronously with the dust collector, the roller 31 is contacted with the ground, the driving wheel 32 is driven to rotate under the action of friction force, the driving wheel 32 drives the linkage wheel 33 to rotate, the linkage wheel 33 drives the first bevel gear 34 to rotate through the first rotating shaft, the first bevel gear 34 is meshed with the second bevel gear 35 to drive the water adding gear 37 to rotate through the driving connecting rod 36, the water adding gear 37 is a part of gear, namely, part of gear has part of tooth form, the rest part of gear is smooth surface, the driving rack 221 is intermittently driven to rotate in the rotating process, when part of the tooth form is meshed with the driving rack 221, the driving rack 221 is driven to move, when the tooth form is separated from the driving rack 221, because the smooth surface facing the driving rack 221 at this time does not influence the driving rack 221, because the driving rack 221 can generate return motion under the action of the return, finally, the water adding gear 37 drives the driving rack 221 to reciprocate, and the connecting plate 22 drives the bottom plate 222 to move on the bottom wall of the water tank so as to realize the transformation between the superposition and the dislocation of the first drain hole 211 and the second drain hole 223, so that the intermittent outflow of water flow is controlled, and the water flow is prevented from flowing all the time to cause overlarge water flow.
When water is not needed to be added, the water adding can be stopped only by reversely moving the operating rod 30 to separate the roller 31 from the ground. When the water adding gear 37 is kept to be disengaged from the driving rack 221, the first drain hole 211 and the second drain hole 223 may be arranged in a staggered manner.
As shown in fig. 3-5, a slide slot may be formed in the side wall 11 of the tank, and the return spring 38 may be disposed in the slide slot.
Similar to the working principle of the dust collector, the driving wheel 32 cannot be completely separated from the interlocking wheel 33 under the action of the limiting block 15.
