In the embodiment, the brewing part is designed in a manner that a horizontal brewing mode is tightly combined with lateral blanking, and capsules fall laterally and directly enter the brewing device, so that the working time can be effectively saved, the complexity of the mechanism is reduced, and the stability of the machine is improved.
After the capsule enters the capsule support, the motor drives the extraction head to move forward to drive the capsule to move forward continuously, then drives the upper part of the capsule support to move forward, the capsule support stops after entering the brewing position, the extraction head continuously presses and locks the capsule support forward, the bottom of the capsule product deforms in the locking process, the inner puncture needle punctures the bottom of the capsule product, meanwhile, the needle head at the top of the extraction head punctures the surface of the capsule product, high-pressure high-temperature water enters the interior of the capsule product through the needle head and is rapidly brewed into a beverage, the beverage flows out of the bottom of the capsule product, and the beverage enters the beverage cup along a conduit.
After the brewing is finished, the motor drives the extraction head to retreat and release the capsule support, the upper part of the capsule support retreats to the preset position through the reverse acting force of the spring, the waste capsule retreats to the preset position along with the capsule support, the bottom of the capsule support is opened, and the waste capsule falls to the recovery assembly.
In this embodiment, the recovery mechanism 3 includes a recovery casing 32, a water filter plate 33 disposed in the recovery casing 32, and a fourth power assembly 34 disposed on one side of the recovery tank 31, and the fourth power assembly 34 can drive the recovery tank 31 to rotate back and forth.
Preferably, a rotary fixing plate 311 is vertically disposed at one side of the recovery tank 31, the height of the rotary fixing plate 311 is the same as the width of the recovery tank 31, a plurality of water filtering holes 331 are disposed on the water filtering plate 33, and the inner diameter of each water filtering hole 331 is smaller than the outer diameter of the edge of the capsule.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the material storage and falling mechanism 1 of the invention drives the material storage shell 16 to rotate through the third power assembly 17, so as to rotate the material storage barrel 12 for discharging, and the buckle assembly 14 blocks the bottom of the discharge hole 13, thereby preventing capsule products from falling. When the material needs to be discharged, the second power assembly 15 works to push the first blocking plate 141 at the upper part of the buckle assembly 14 to the direction of the material storage cylinder, so that the material is just clamped between the first and second capsule products, and meanwhile, the second blocking plate 142 at the lower part moves to the opposite direction and does not block the material at the bottom of the discharge hole. At the moment, the first capsule falls off due to the opening of the bottom, and the second capsule is blocked and cannot fall off due to the entering of the upper part of the buckle. When the first capsule falls, the second power assembly 15 works to pull the first blocking plate 141 out in the opposite direction of the storage cylinder 12, the first blocking plate 141 is separated from the storage cylinder 12 and no longer blocks the second capsule, meanwhile, the second blocking plate 142 moves in the opposite direction and is stopped at the bottom of the discharge hole again, and at this time, the capsule in the storage cylinder 12 naturally falls down due to gravity and is blocked by the second blocking plate 142. The second capsule is changed into the first capsule, and the continuous discharging can be realized by sequentially reciprocating.
After the capsule enters the capsule holder 21, the first power assembly 23 drives the extraction head 22 to move forward to drive the capsule machine to move forward, then the capsule holder 21 is driven to move forward, the extraction head 22 continuously presses and locks the capsule holder 21 forward, the bottom of the capsule product deforms in the locking process, the inner puncture needle punctures the bottom of the capsule product, meanwhile, the needle 224 at the top of the extraction head 22 punctures the surface of the product, high-pressure high-temperature water enters the interior of the capsule product through the needle 224 and is rapidly brewed into a beverage, the beverage flows out of the bottom of the capsule product, and the beverage enters the beverage cup along the bottom conduit 29 at the bottom of the capsule holder 21.
After brewing, the first power assembly 23 drives the extraction head 22 to retreat and release the capsule holder 21, the upper part of the capsule holder 21 retreats to a preset position through the reverse acting force of the spring, the waste capsule retreats to the preset position along with the capsule holder 21, namely, the capsule outlet 261 is formed, the capsule holder 21 moves towards the moving groove 262, the bottom is opened, and the waste capsule falls down to the recovery mechanism 3.
The waste capsule product firstly falls into the recovery tank 31, the fourth power assembly 34 drives the recovery tank 31 to rotate, the waste capsule product is transferred into the recovery shell 32, and meanwhile, the sealing performance of the upper part of the recovery shell 32 is kept.
