本发明涉及电池设备技术领域,尤其是一种石墨烯散热电池,包括外壳,外壳内设有极组,外壳内部设有隔板,外壳和隔板内部均设有石墨烯粉,外壳上端设有正极金属端盖,外壳下端设有负极金属端盖。本发明的一种石墨烯散热电池,外壳内腔中设有多块隔板,隔板之间放置极组,外壳壳体内部和隔板板体内部均开设有用于放置石墨烯粉的放置槽,将极组放在隔板之间,再将石墨烯粉放在放置槽内,再用正极金属端盖和负极金属端盖将外壳和隔板的放置槽封闭,该石墨烯散热电池结构简单,组装便捷,同时散热效果好,快速导出极组产生的热量,进而延长了电池的使用寿命。

本发明涉及电池设备技术领域,尤其是一种石墨烯散热电池。
背景技术
现今使用的电池,由于电池内的材料原因,内阻较大,且在进行供电的过程中,其极组内部自身发热较为严重,温度过高则很容易损伤电池,进而降低了电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电池散热慢的不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯散热电池,外壳内腔中设有多块隔板,隔板之间放置极组,外壳壳体内部和隔板板体内部均开设有用于放置石墨烯粉的放置槽,将极组放在隔板之间,再将石墨烯粉放在放置槽内,再用正极金属端盖和负极金属端盖将外壳和隔板的放置槽封闭。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种石墨烯散热电池,包括外壳,所述外壳内设有隔片,所述外壳壳体内部设有放置槽,所述隔片片体内部设有放置槽,所述隔片之间设有极组,所述放置槽内设有石墨烯粉,所述外壳一端设有正极金属端盖,所述外壳另一端设有负极金属端盖。
进一步的,包括外壳和隔片上的放置槽开口均朝一个方向。
进一步的,包括极组、正极金属端盖和负极金属端盖通过导线连接。
进一步的,包括外壳和隔片均为中空的圆柱体。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种石墨烯散热电池,外壳内腔中设有多块隔板,隔板之间放置极组,外壳壳体内部和隔板板体内部均开设有用于放置石墨烯粉的放置槽,将极组放在隔板之间,再将石墨烯粉放在放置槽内,再用正极金属端盖和负极金属端盖将外壳和隔板的放置槽封闭,该石墨烯散热电池结构简单,组装便捷,同时散热效果好,快速导出极组产生的热量,进而延长了电池的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种石墨烯散热电池,包括外壳1,所述外壳1内设有隔片2,所述外壳1壳体内部设有放置槽3,所述隔片2片体内部设有放置槽3,所述隔片2之间设有极组4,所述放置槽3内设有石墨烯粉5,所述外壳1一端设有正极金属端盖6,所述外壳1另一端设有负极金属端盖7。
结合图1-5所示,外壳1和隔片2上的放置槽3开口均朝一个方向。极组、正极金属端盖6和负极金属端盖7通过导线连接。外壳1和隔片2均为中空的圆柱体。放置槽3设置在外壳1和隔片2本体内,开口处用于填塞石墨烯粉5。外壳1内设有隔片2有至少两个,隔片直径逐渐减少,因为外壳1和隔片2是中空圆柱外型,所以隔片2与隔片2的直径逐渐减少,便于产生间隔用来防止极组4。
具体实施例一:负极金属端盖7通过螺丝固定外壳1和隔板2,负极金属端盖7在下,外壳1和隔板2通过螺丝固定在负极金属端盖7上方,然后往外壳1和隔片2上的放置槽内放入石墨烯粉5,往隔片2之间的间隙放置极组4,极组4底部通过信号线连接,极组4上端通过信号线连接正极金属端盖6,然后正极金属端盖6通过螺丝固定在外壳和隔片上端,同时正极金属端盖内侧盖在放置槽开口处,起到闭合放置槽防止石墨烯粉溢出的作用。

1.一种石墨烯散热电池,包括外壳(1),其特征是,所述外壳(1)内设有隔片(2),所述外壳(1)壳体内部设有放置槽(3),所述隔片(2)片体内部设有放置槽(3),所述隔片(2)之间设有极组(4),所述放置槽(3)内设有石墨烯粉(5),所述外壳(1)一端设有正极金属端盖(6),所述外壳(1)另一端设有负极金属端盖(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯散热电池,其特征是,所述外壳(1)和隔片(2)上的放置槽(3)开口均朝一个方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯散热电池,其特征是,所述极组、正极金属端盖(6)和负极金属端盖(7)通过导线连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯散热电池,其特征是,所述外壳(1)和隔片(2)均为中空的圆柱体。
