[0004] 本改造方法结合球团生产的工艺流程和烟气循环过程,将脱销系统布置在脱硫装 置前,在高温区域实现先脱销后脱硫,分区域、分温度综合治理球团烟气。在满足国家大气 污染物排放标准的情况下,即可降低脱销系统的配置能力,又可以节约投资和运行费用。
[0005] 本发明的脱硫系统和脱销系统分别布置在球团生产线的烟气低温和高温区域,实 现分区域、分温度综合治理烟气;具体工艺步骤及控制的技术参数如下:

具体实施方式
[00M]治金行业球团生产线氮氧化物产生主要在回转窑中,为充分利用回转窑中烟气的 余热,将链篦机预热段的高温烟气通过1#耐热风机4引到链篦机干燥段,用于干燥原材料。 有的球团生产线还将环冷机的高温烟气引到链篦机干燥段,用于干燥原材料。冷却下来的 烟气温降较大,烟气温度较低,烟气循环量也较大,如采用常规处理方法先脱硫后脱销的 话,势必造成需要增设调温调质措施,造成能源的浪费,带来系统运行不稳定和催化剂成本 的大幅增加。本改造方法结合球团生产流程和烟气循环特性,在烟气高温区域先脱销,在低 温区域再脱硫,实现先脱销后脱硫。
[0015] 本发明首先需要确定耐热风机的烟气温度,计算耐热风的烟气量和氮氧化物含 量;其次选定合适的催化剂和脱销装置;最后根据选定的脱销装置进行系统的设计和匹配。 脱硫系统配置按照环保标准要求进行常规的选配。具体步骤如下:
[0016] 1、烟气高温区域设置脱销装置;在耐热风管路1上,多管除尘器2和W耐热风机4之 间设置第一脱销装置3;在环冷机和链篦机之间的2#耐热风机12前设第一置脱销装置3, [0017] 2、在主引风管路5,静电除尘器6和主引风机8之间设置脱硫装置7。
[0018]以上设施建设完成、单体试车和无符合试车没有问题后,可以进行运行调试,在满 足生产需要的条件下,通过自动控制技术实现脱硫脱销治理岛的运行,满足设计要求。具体 工艺步骤及控制的技术参数如下:
[0019] 1、在烟气高温段布置第一脱销装置3,实现先脱销后脱硫;
[0020] 2、在多管除尘器2和1#耐热风机4之间设置第一脱销装置3,实现烟气高温段脱销; [0021] 3、在环冷机和链篦机之间的2#耐热风机12前设置第一脱销装置3,实现烟气高温 段脱销;
[0022] 4、脱销后的烟气在链篦机千燥段通过主引风机8抽出后,进入电除尘器6和脱硫装 置7除尘脱硫后,净化后的烟气通过烟囱9排入大气。
