Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the nylon pipe quick-insertion structure provided by the invention comprises a sub-pipe 110, a main pipe 120 and a locking unit 130, wherein one end of the sub-pipe 110 is positioned in the main pipe 120, and the locking unit 130 is positioned between the main pipe 120 and the sub-pipe 110.
The circumference sidewall in the middle of the sub-pipe 110 is provided with a convex locking ring 111 and a limiting ring 114, the locking unit 130 can be locked with the locking ring 111 in a matching manner, and the limiting ring 114 is used for limiting the depth of the sub-pipe 110 extending into the main pipe 120 and closing the end opening of the main pipe 120.
The two ends of the end opening of the main pipe 120 along the radial direction are respectively provided with a groove 121, and the extending direction of the grooves 121 is parallel to the central axis of the main pipe 120. The bottom of the recess 121 is provided with an opening 122. The locking unit 130 is located within the end opening of the parent tube 120 and at least partially at the recess 121 and the opening 122.
The locking unit 130 includes a locking piece 113 and an unlocking piece 112.
Referring to fig. 3, the unlocking member 112 includes a receiving portion and an operating portion 1124 disposed at two sides of the receiving portion. The accommodating part is provided with a round big head end 1121 and a round small head end 1122, and openings are arranged in the middle of the big head end 1121 and the small head end 1122 and used for the sub-pipe 110 to pass through; a circumferential opening 1123 is provided in an outer side wall of the accommodating portion facing the operation portion 1124. The end of the operating part 1124 is provided with a protruding clamping block 1125 towards the side of the small end 1122, and the side of the end of the operating part 1124 far away from the small end 1122 is provided with an anti-slip pattern 1126, so that the user can press the operating part by hand.
A positioning projection 1127 is also provided on the outside of the large head end 1121.
Referring to fig. 4, the locking member 113 includes an intermediate ring 1131, a locking block 1132 and an abutting portion 1134 connected to each other and the intermediate ring 1131. Wherein the locking latch 1132 extends toward a first side of the intermediate ring 1131 and the abutment 1134 extends toward a second side of the intermediate ring 1131. The number of locking blocks 1132 and the number of abutting parts 1134 are two. The inner sides of the tail ends of the two locking clamping blocks 1132 are oppositely provided with protruding blocks 1133 in a protruding mode. The outer side of the bump 1133 is a bevel. An abutment groove 1135 is provided on the intermediate ring 1131 at a position inside the abutment portion 1134.
Referring to fig. 5, the locking block 1132 of the locking member 113 extends into the accommodating portion from the circumferential opening 1123 of the unlocking member 112, and the block 1125 of the unlocking member 112 is movably abutted against the outer sidewall of the abutting portion 1134 of the locking member 113.
Referring to fig. 6, an abutment block 123 extending toward the end opening is provided at a position where the groove 121 of the main pipe 120 communicates with the opening 122, and a positioning groove 124 is further provided at the end of the main pipe 120. The positioning projection 1127 cooperates with the positioning groove 124 to position the locking unit 130 and the parent tube 120.
When the locking unit 130 is located in the main tube 120, the unlocking piece 112 is located in the groove 121, the tip of the operating portion 1124 is located in the opening 122, and the abutment block 123 is located in the abutment groove 1135.
Referring to fig. 7, the protrusion 1133 of the locking latch 1132 abuts against a side of the locking ring 111 away from the abutment 123.
The whole body of the locking latch 1132 and the abutting portion 1134 uses the contact point of the abutting block 123 and the abutting groove 1135 as a rotation fulcrum. When the clamping block 1125 presses the abutting portion 1134 downward, the abutting portion 1134 rotates downward, and the locking clamping block 1132 rotates upward, so that the protruding block 1133 is separated from the locking ring 111, and the sub-pipe 110 can be pulled out from the main pipe 120.
When the sub-pipe 110 is inserted into the main pipe 120, the locking ring 111 abuts against the inclined surface outside the protruding block 1133, the sub-pipe 110 is continuously inserted, the locking ring 111 overcomes the resistance of the protruding block 1133, the protruding block 1133 abuts against the side surface, away from the abutting block 123, of the locking ring 111, and therefore the locking piece 113 locks the sub-pipe 110.
