餐具洗涤剂属于调配型产品,近年来在国内发展十分迅速。目前市面上的餐具洗涤剂琳琅满目,有去污力超强的、有浓缩型的及强杀菌力的等等。随着人们环保意识的逐步增强,餐具洗涤剂未来的发展方向将是以环保绿色型为主流。除了有强去污力、对人体无害、杀菌消毒、温和高泡的功能外,还应容易降解、不污染环境。餐具洗涤剂的有效成分主要是表面活性剂,传统餐具洗涤剂主要以化学合成表面活性剂( 如 LAS、AS、AES、SAS 等 )为原料。但它们大多不易降解或无法降解,对环境造成污染。因此,开发环保型餐具洗涤剂顺应了时代的潮流,尤其是在欧洲、美国和日本,环保餐具洗涤剂的使用已相当普遍。但在国内,环保型餐具洗涤剂的发展比较缓慢,特别是功能性洗洁精就更加少了。
