When the distance between the adjacent condensation plates 11 needs to be reduced, the control valve is opened, so that the second air bag 32 blows air outwards, the limiting block 311 is separated from the extrusion of the air, the limiting block 311 moves towards the side close to each other, the condensation plates 11 are pushed to slide up and down along the support columns 3, and the distance between the condensation plates 11 is controlled; when the reasonable position of drink storage is reached, the air storage tank 313 blows air into the second air bag 32, the limiting block 311 is pushed by air to move to one side away from each other, the limiting block 311 is matched with the groove on the strut 3, and the limiting block 311 clamps the groove on the strut 3, so that the condensation plate 11 is fixed at the position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the front portion of the frame 1 is provided with an inductor 15. In the distribution trolley distribution process, when the distribution trolley senses that a person passes in front, the sensor 15 senses that a signal of the person passes through the sensor and transmits the signal to the computer controller, the computer controller activates the control valve on the distribution trolley, and the control valve controls the distribution trolley to suddenly stop, so that the distribution trolley is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the distribution trolley is prolonged.
In one embodiment of the present invention, an anti-slip layer 21 is provided on the outer ring of the wheel 2. The computer controller controls the first shaft 12 to rotate, and in the rotation of the first shaft 12, the rotating rod 61 stirs the fixed disc 62 to rotate, so that the wheels 2 rotate, and the movement of the catering trolley is controlled; when the rotating rod 61 moves to the highest point of the fixed disk 62, the rotating rod 61 is pressed by the fixed disk 62 and compressed towards the first shaft 12 side, the rotating rod 61 crosses the highest point to reach the lowest point, and at the moment, due to the spring action of the rotating rod 61, the rotating rod 61 is reset towards the side far away from the first shaft 12; the rotation amplitude of the rotation rod 61 in the fixed disc 62 is consistent through the mutual matching between the rotation rod 61 and the fixed disc 62, so that the running speed of the catering trolley is consistent.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating rod 61 is provided with a buffer unit 7; the buffer unit 7 is used for relieving the pressure applied to the rotating rod 61, and the buffer unit 7 comprises a moving rod 71 and a second sliding block 72; one end of the moving rod 71 is hinged to the rotating rod 61, and the other end of the moving rod 71 is fixedly connected to the second sliding block 72; a second groove 122 is formed in the first shaft 12; the second groove 122 is positioned at two sides of the first groove 121; the second slider 72 slides on the second slot 122. When the rotating rod 61 rotates to toggle the fixed disk 62, two sides of the rotating rod 61 are squeezed by the first shaft 12, so that the rotating rod 61 is damaged; according to the invention, by arranging the buffer unit 7, when the fixed disc 62 is rotated by the rotating rod 61, the buffer unit 7 buffers the extrusion force of the first shaft 12 to the rotating rod 61, so that the rotating rod 61 is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the rotating rod 61 is prolonged.
When the rotating rod 61 moves to the side far away from the first shaft 12, the rotating rod 61 pulls the second sliding through the moving rod 71, and the second sliding block 72 slides in the second groove 122; when the rotating rod 61 moves towards the side close to the first shaft 12, the rotating rod 61 extrudes the second sliding block 72 through the moving rod 71, the second sliding block 72 slides in the second groove 122, and the force applied to the rotating rod 61 is relieved through the sliding of the second sliding block 72, so that the service life of the rotating rod 61 is prolonged.
When the beverage storage device works, the first control unit 4 is adjusted according to the storage area of beverages, the control valve is opened, the second air bag 32 is enabled to blow air outwards, the limiting block 311 is separated from the extrusion of air, the limiting block 311 moves towards one side close to each other, the condensing plate 11 is pushed to slide up and down along the support column 3, and therefore the distance between the condensing plates 11 is controlled; when the reasonable position for storing drinks is reached, the air storage tank 313 blows air into the second air bag 32, the limiting block 311 is pushed by the air to move to the side far away from each other, the limiting block 311 clamps the groove on the strut 3, and therefore the condensation plate 11 is fixed at the position; at the moment, the beverage is placed in the placing box 13, the liquid ammonia is introduced into the first hollow chamber 111 through the first hose 51, the liquid ammonia in the first hollow chamber 111 acts on the beverage in the placing box 13 through the condensing plate 11, and the beverage is frozen, so that the freshness of the beverage is improved; meanwhile, in the process of beverage cooling, the liquid ammonia in the first hollow chamber 111 is pumped out through the second hose 52, and the liquid ammonia in the first hollow chamber 111 maintains the same temperature through the mutual matching of the first hose 51 and the second hose 52, so that the freezing effect of the condensing unit 5 on the beverage is improved, and the freshness of the beverage is further improved; the electric push rod 41 controls the placing box 13 to move in the vertical direction by pushing the electric push rod 41, and the distance between the drink and the condensing plate 11 is controlled to uniformly freeze the drink, so that the refrigerating effect of the drink is improved; meanwhile, when the placing box 13 moves downwards, the placing box 13 extrudes the first air bag 14, and cold air is blown out from the first air bag 14 to act on the drink, so that the cold storage efficiency of the drink is improved; in the distribution of the catering trolley, the rotating rod 61 and the fixed disk 62 are matched with each other, so that the movement speed of the catering trolley is consistent, the beverage is prevented from being poured due to the tipping of the beverage, and the safety of the beverage is improved.
