Specifically, the end portions of the second side beam 12 and the third side beam 13 are welded with reference plates, and the reference plates are provided with mounting reference holes 20 which are used as reference holes of the whole welding tool and are also used as reference holes of the frame 1 and each tool unit 2. When the welding tool is installed specifically, the laser tracking adjustment technology is adopted through the installation reference hole 20, so that each tool unit 2 is located at a theoretical position, and the accuracy of the welding tool is improved.
The welding tool for the vehicle body framework is also provided with the reserved interfaces, because the width of different tool units 2 is generally different due to different products, time is saved for replacing the tool units 2 in time and for adding new vehicle types, and the reserved mounting row holes are reserved on the mounting plate of the frame 1, so that the tool is convenient to select.

the tool unit comprises a bottom plate, a positioning mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the positioning mechanism and the clamping mechanism are fixed on the bottom plate;
the fastening assembly comprises a fixing stud, a first nut and a second nut;
the bottom plate is provided with a first mounting hole, and the frame is provided with a second mounting hole;
the fixing stud penetrates through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, one end, close to the bottom plate, of the fixing stud is in threaded connection with the first nut, and one end, close to the frame, of the fixing stud is in threaded connection with the second nut;
the fixing stud comprises a first fixing part in threaded connection with the first nut and a second fixing part in threaded connection with the second nut, and the diameter of the first fixing part is larger than that of the second fixing part;
the frame comprises a first side beam, a second side beam, a third side beam, a fourth side beam and a mounting beam fixedly connected with the bottom plate, wherein the ends of the first side beam, the second side beam, the third side beam and the fourth side beam are sequentially and fixedly connected to enclose a square frame; two ends of the mounting beam are respectively fixedly connected with the square frame;
the frame still includes the sloping roof beam, the both ends of sloping roof beam respectively with square frame fixed connection, and will square frame is divided into and is subtracted heavy region and be equipped with the installation region of installation roof beam.
2. The welding tool for the vehicle body framework according to claim 1, wherein a first gasket and a second gasket are sleeved on the fixing stud, the first gasket is located between the first nut and the bottom plate, and the second gasket is located between the second nut and the frame.
3. The welding tool for the vehicle body framework according to claim 1, wherein a weight reduction groove is formed in the bottom plate.
4. The vehicle body framework welding tool according to claim 1, wherein the first side beam and the third side beam are respectively provided with a transportation hanging ring.
5. The vehicle body framework welding tool according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of the transportation hanging rings are arranged on the first side beam, and are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the first side beam;
the third side beam is provided with a plurality of transportation hanging rings, and the transportation hanging rings are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the third side beam.
6. The vehicle body framework welding tool according to claim 1, wherein a connection part of the second side beam and the third side beam is provided with an installation reference hole.
