本发明涉及整形技术领域,特别涉及一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)及其制作方法,由线体和锯齿组成,线体和锯齿一体加工而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为25度,一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)的制作方法,线体和锯齿一体加工切割而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为0度至45度,优先采用25度夹角,提高了线性提拉效果,减小了变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及整形技术领域,特别涉及一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的缝合线,切割的锯齿角度都是45度,同时对生的双向锯齿结构长度是1:1的,从力学的角度看,45度锯齿角受力不均匀,会出现应力集中,进而使结构发生破坏,最终限制缝合线的提拉效果。
通过数值仿真系统,我们对45 度锯齿角的缝合线进行了数字建模、设置约束、施加荷载,数值计算,最终得出結果,在施加荷载以后,45 度缝合线发生了变形,且变形程度大,同时现在手术中的缝合线的固定端长度小于提拉端,缝合线植入皮肤之下后,提拉端无法有效提拉下垂的软组织及周边肌肉,而固定端不能为提拉段提供支持力。
发明内容
针对上述缝合线的不足,本发明的目的提供一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺),由线体和锯齿组成,要点在于线体和锯齿一体加工而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为25度。
本发明锯齿缝合线(带刺)的制作方法,线体和锯齿一体加工切割而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为0度至45度,优先采用25度夹角。
本发明的有益效果是:锯齿缝合线(带刺)植入组织后,相对滑动较小,提升了提拉效果,同时25度锯齿夹角的设计也提高了线性提拉效果,减小了变形。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)由线体1和锯齿2组成,线体1和锯齿2一体加工而成,线体1和锯齿2的夹角为25度;本发明锯齿缝合线(带刺)的制作方法,线体1和锯齿2一体加工切割而成,线体1和锯齿2的夹角为0度至45度,优先采用25度夹角;缝合线植入皮肤之下后,提拉端的作用是提拉下垂的软组织及周边肌肉,而固定端则为提拉端提供支持力,所以对于固定端,我们自然希望它相对滑动较小,以实现最大提拉效果,在拉力荷载相同且缝合线总长度固定的情况下,适当增加固定端的长度,能够使得固定端单位长度上受力减小,进而减小相对滑动,保证最佳提拉效果,在延长固定端长度之后,固定端锯齿尖端的相对滑动减少了约 40%;由此可知,缝合线的固定端长度必须长于提拉端。

1.一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺),由线体和锯齿组成,其特征在于线体和锯齿一体加工而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为25度。
2.一种用于埋线提拉的锯齿缝合线(带刺)的制作方法,其特征在于线体和锯齿一体加工切割而成,线体和锯齿的夹角为0度至45度,优先采用25度夹角。
