Background
Shellfish culture in China plays an important role in aquaculture industry. At present, raft culture and bottom sowing culture are two main modes for culturing shallow sea shellfish in China, wherein most bottom sowing culture varieties are buried shellfish such as clams and Ruditapes philippinarum; the raft culture variety mainly comprises attached shellfish including mussels, scallops and the like, and certainly also comprises other varieties including arca inflata reeve, oysters, abalones and the like which are cultured by utilizing equipment such as a scallop cage and the like. The difficulty of bottom sowing culture of the attached shellfish is high mainly because of the limited culture area suitable for bottom sowing, the lack of bottom sowing culture technology, the difficulty in harvesting and the like. With the increasing importance of our country on the marine environment protection, the development of marine ranches is rapid, the traditional culture mode of many sea areas is changing to the resource-maintenance type culture mode, but good bottom-sowing culture equipment and method for the attached shellfish are always lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shallow sea attached shellfish culture device and a use method thereof, which provide technical support for the sea area culture of attached shellfish.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a shallow sea attached shellfish culture device comprises a base, a fixed rod, an auxiliary rod and an attached rope.
The base is a square flat plate with a concrete structure; stainless steel nuts are embedded at the positions of four corners and middle edges of the square flat plate; the fixed rods are made of stainless steel materials, the length of each fixed rod is 1.5-2.0m, and each device is provided with 8 fixed rods; screws are arranged at two ends of the fixed rod, and the lower end of the fixed rod can be screwed into the stainless steel nut; a first annular clamping groove is arranged at a position of the fixed rod, which is 25-30cm away from the lower end of the fixed rod, and an annular clamping groove is arranged upwards at intervals of 15-20cm and is welded on the fixed rod; the annular clamping grooves are stainless steel rings with the opening width of 2.5cm and the inner diameter of 3.5cm, the openings of the stainless steel rings are bent inwards by 0.5cm, the annular clamping grooves on each fixed rod are positioned on the same straight line, and the annular clamping grooves are positioned on the outer side of the whole device when the fixed rods are installed; the auxiliary rod is the stainless steel billet of both ends and middle trompil, and the material is the same with the dead lever, and trompil position and size can penetrate the upper end of dead lever completely, and dead lever upper end screw and corresponding nut collocation are in order to fix the auxiliary rod.
The adhering rope is generally made of polyethylene, the length of the adhering rope can be from the low end to all the annular clamping grooves on the winding device to the top end, the two ends of the adhering rope are knotted, one binding rope is arranged on the adhering rope every 20-25cm and used for fixing the shellfish seedling rope, the binding rope is also made of polyethylene, the diameter of the binding rope is 0.3-0.4cm, or shellfish is directly adhered to the adhering rope, and the binding rope is not arranged.

The invention also provides a using method of the device, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mounting the fixed rod and the auxiliary rod on the base;
(2) directly attaching the attached shellfish for propagation and culture to the attaching rope, or fixing the seedling rope of the attached shellfish to the attaching rope by using the binding rope;
(3) embedding one end of the attachment rope into the annular clamping groove from the stainless steel annular clamping groove at the bottom of the fixed rod and fixing, starting from the annular clamping groove at the bottom layer, firstly surrounding the annular clamping groove at the same level at the bottom part, gradually upwards until surrounding the last annular clamping groove at the top part, and knotting and fixing;
(4) and (4) transporting the whole surrounded aquaculture device to a target sea area by a ship, and directly throwing the aquaculture device to the seabed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention solves the technical difficulty of shallow sea aquaculture of attached shellfish, provides a shallow sea attached shellfish aquaculture device and a using method thereof, realizes bottom seeding aquaculture of the shallow sea attached shellfish, provides an artificial fishing reef, and provides technical support for building a resource-based marine ranch.
2. The invention can realize fixed-point and accurate putting, and the seedlings can not be washed away by ocean currents.
3. The method avoids the damage of bottom-sown shellfish to enemy organisms such as starfish and the like, and improves the survival rate and the utilization rate of sea areas.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical process of the invention, mussels are taken as an example for explanation.
A shallow sea attached shellfish culture device is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a base 1, a fixed rod 2, an auxiliary rod 3 and an attached rope 4.
The base is a square flat plate with a concrete structure; stainless steel nuts are embedded at the positions of four corners and middle edges of the square flat plate; the fixed rods are made of stainless steel materials, the length of each fixed rod is 2.0m, and 8 fixed rods are arranged in each device; screws are arranged at two ends of the fixed rod, and the lower end of the fixed rod can be screwed into the stainless steel nut; a first stainless steel ring-shaped clamping groove 5 is arranged at a position of the fixed rod, which is 20cm away from the lower end of the fixed rod, and a ring-shaped clamping groove 5 is arranged upwards at intervals of 20cm and is welded on the fixed rod; the annular clamping groove is a stainless steel ring with the opening width of 2.5cm and the inner diameter of 3.5cm, the opening of the stainless steel ring is bent inwards by 0.5cm, the thickness of the stainless steel ring is 8mm, the opening direction and the fixed rods form an angle of 30 degrees upwards in an inclined manner, the annular clamping groove on each fixed rod is positioned on the same straight line, and the annular clamping grooves are positioned on the outer side of the whole device when the fixed rods are installed; the auxiliary rod is the stainless steel billet of both ends and middle trompil, and the material is the same with the dead lever, and trompil position and size can penetrate the upper end of dead lever completely, and dead lever upper end screw and corresponding nut collocation are in order to fix the auxiliary rod.
The attached rope is generally made of polyethylene, the length of the attached rope can be from the low end to the top end of all stainless steel clamping grooves in the winding device, two ends of the attached rope are knotted, a binding rope 6 is arranged on the attached rope every 22cm, the binding rope is also made of polyethylene, and the diameter of the binding rope is 0.3 cm.
The square flat plate is a square with the side length of 1.8m and the thickness of 8 cm;
the stainless steel nuts are positioned at the positions 5cm away from the edges at the four corners and the middle points of the square flat plate; the diameter of the screw opening of the nut is 14 mm.
The diameter of the auxiliary rod is 10mm, and the two ends and the middle opening of the auxiliary rod are flattened for fixing.
The mussel is cultured by using the device, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mounting the fixed rod and the auxiliary rod on the base;
(2) directly attaching mussel seedlings (with the shell height of 0.5-1.0cm) for propagation and culture to the attaching ropes, or fixing the mussel attaching seedlings to the attaching ropes by using the binding ropes;
(3) embedding one end of the attachment rope into the annular clamping groove from the stainless steel annular clamping groove at the bottom of the fixed rod and fixing, surrounding the annular clamping groove with the bottom at the same level from the stainless steel annular clamping groove at the bottom layer, gradually upwards until the end is surrounded to the last annular clamping groove at the top, and knotting and fixing;
(4) and (4) transporting the whole surrounded aquaculture device to a target sea area by a ship, and directly throwing the aquaculture device to the seabed.
And (3) breeding results: after one-year cultivation, investigation shows that the survival rate of the mussels reaches more than 80%, the shell height is 3.0-5.0cm, and the cultivation effect is good;
because the culture device does not need maintenance and management after being put in, compared with other culture modes, the cost of sea area maintenance and management is reduced;
a large amount of attached organisms such as algae are attached to the culture device, a habitat is provided for other marine organisms, the biological diversity of the culture and proliferation sea area is increased, and the ecological benefit is remarkable.
