Abstract

The invention relates to a method for transmitting packet data in a cellular system. The number of time slots in a TDMA frame dedicated for packet transmission varies according to transmission needs and each logical channel consisting of corresponding time slots in consecutive TDMA frames is independent of the other logical channels. A data packet is encoded in an information channel frame consisting of N-1 information bursts, and between the frames there can be an acknowledge/retransmission request burst (ARQ) reporting that a received frame was error-free or requesting retransmission. Thus, the information channel consists of repeated sequences of N bursts.

Description

In the radio telephone tdma system, send the system of grouped data
The present invention relates to have transmission of packet data based on the flexible variable Rate predetermined access of TDMA cellular system.
Typically, cellular system provides active data and voice service based on circuit-switched technology.Whether but in circuit switching, the use of transfer resource is not optimal, because transmission link is held during the whole connection, with irrelevant in transmission information at given instant.Transfer resource is shared by many other users, therefore is that user's holding circuit exchange connection need not to waste other user's transfer resource. In fact also a shortcoming in circuit switching with pulse train form data services.Use the packet switched information transmission can improve channel utilization and make its optimization.
There have been some researchs to give prominence to, have been used for optimizing use pulse series data traffic channel at research packet radio equipment. In old system, do not utilize time division multiple access (TDMA).After deliberation the research topic of upgrading, promptly based on the packet radio network of time-division, each use can be scheduled to a plurality of time slots, in other words, can use the high data rate transfer data.
The following third generation cellular system that is called as universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS) must be able to be realized circuit switching and two kinds of functions of transmitted in packets, as Integrated Service Digital Network transmission and asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) transmission. The key factor is a kind of air interface, and its utilizes advanced and multiple access technology to be used for that interface aloft is multiplexing effectively to be supported and from the channel of all kinds business of radio path. The requirement of the air interface that is provided with by the UMTS system has been described in article " following universal mobile telecommunications system based on predetermined multiple access scheme ", this article author is J.M.Deville, be published in-15 days on the 13rd December in 1993, on meeting publication No.387.IEE1993 " moves and personal communication ".Only be effectively on logic channel and can support various bit rate the time, multiple access technology must utilize the ineffectivity of information resources by the assignment physical channel, when needing with box lunch, the time slot of a frame is assigned and is used for logic channel.
In order to satisfy these and other requirement, a kind of multiple access control method has been proposed, be called the predetermined multiple access (PRMA++) of grouping, it relates to the part of the third generation cellular system suggestion of packet voice and transfer of data.PRMA++ can be used to packet switching and two kinds of multiple access controls of circuit-switched transfer. The PRMA++ method concentrates on a time slot that uses in the transmitting grouped data. This mechanism provides a kind of effective multi-slot/multi-user environment for the system that has a large amount of time slots in its tdma frame.
PRMA++ uses the time division multiple access TDMA in the wireless channel. This makes the possible shared wireless transmission resources of user.Referring now to Fig. 1, this system is then described.A tdma frame is divided into a plurality of time slots, is loaded with and chnnel coding relevant data and signalings such as detection in the pulse train that sends in this frame. At uplink direction, i.e. from the mobile radio station to the network (base station) has two types time slot: predetermined time slot, or R time slot, and this time slot only is used for the channel request pulse train; With the information time slot, or the I time slot, only be used to send signal pulse series. In the channel request pulse train, mobile radio station uses a kind of so-called air interlace channel identifier, comprises the network address of mobile radio station, according to carve needs recognition logic channel that uses and one or more time slots of asking a frame at that.In the down link direction, promptly from network (base station) to mobile radio station, two types time slot is also arranged: be used to the I time slot of the information that sends and A time slot or confirm time slot. When mobile radio station request access network, the base station is come authorization request by address and the I timeslot number that sends the request station with the A time slot. From then on after, the I time slot is preserved for mobile radio station.
PRMA++ timeslot number N available in a tdma frame is a system configuration parameter. Then, in uplink channel, a predetermined time slot (R time slot) and N-1 information time slot (I time slot) are arranged in a tdma frame.By send a channel request in the R time slot, all mobile radio stations begin transmission, and if some mobile radio stations use identical R time slot to send request, collision may appear. In downlink channel, in tdma frame,, also be useful on Quick Paging time slot (FP time slot) and the message transmission time slot of notice mobile radio station about the input transfer of data except the I time slot being arranged and being used to confirm the above-mentioned A time slot of the channel predetermined request that the R time slot sends.
By on the uplink channel in the R time slot channel request, mobile radio station starts a connection, the R time slot is used for this purpose by all mobile radio stations of mesh. The base station confirms that with the down link in the A time slot pulse train confirms channel request. If request sends in the R time slot, if or recognize by the base station collision arranged on channel, it is " sky " mark of transmission in the confirmation pulse train of corresponding A time slot just, this mobile radio station is known after a while its channel request more then. The channel request that sends in the R time slot is received no problemly, but under the situation that does not have empty slot to be used to transmit, mobile radio station will be apprised of the relevant situation that confirms time slot at next down link. The access of will lining up of this mobile radio station is till finding idle time slot.
The R time slot comprises a string sequence, the address of mobile radio station, solicited message timeslot number and circuit conversion mark. This mark tell this predetermined for grouping the duration or the longer time whether effective, this channel is scheduled, up to provide an order discharge predetermined till.Confirmation pulse train in the A time slot comprises mobile radio station request channel and specifies the address that is used for traffic channel. This mobile radio station confirmation of receipt pulse train is provided with Receiver And Transmitter then to predetermined channel. As long as the traffic carrying capacity at this channel begins and has data or speech to send it just to continue. In packet data transmission, the pulse train number or the packet count in this case that send after a channel request can be fixed.
The grouping of Quick Paging time slot (FP time slot) notice mobile radio station about input used in the base station.Mobile radio station intercept quick paging channel and the message of all inputs of decoding with find it the sign indicating number. The Quick Paging time slot comprises the I time slot table of distributing to this mobile radio station. The Quick Paging of mobile radio station confirms that time slot (FP confirmation) sends a confirmation and confirms the paging calling.
Therefore, the feature of the UMTS system of proposition is to be that invalid up link and down link are connected that time and do not distribute physical channel at given instant, and this prevents from unnecessarily to use resource.Use identical these channels of method always scheduled, and be connected circuit switching or grouping and connect irrelevant. The distribution that a shortcoming of this known system is a channel is not dynamic, and therefore is not easy to change the channel that gives over to the grouping use.Predetermined, paging and confirmation time slot are some time slots, and prior art systems does not plant oneself in the variation of these time slots. In addition, when setting up transmission channel, known system does not have to consider especially the symmetry of transmitted in packets and asymmetric. Therefore, the shortcoming of this system is not really flexible.Really, it is good that system has a large amount of time slots, but many variable slots are arranged, for example one or two, this system is not easy to constitute.
According to the present invention, a kind of time division multiple access (TDMA) radio telephone system that is used to send grouped data is provided, comprising:
A base station and a mobile radio station,
At least one logic channel that comprises a plurality of tdma slots, be used for the block data communication between this base station and this mobile radio station, each TDMA of at least one logic channel appears in the continuous actual tdma frame, comprise the control channel (C) of a plurality of control time slots and the information channel (I) that comprises a plurality of information time slots thereby make this at least one logic channel have one, wherein respectively control time slot and separate for the continuous information time slot that appears in the continuous actual tdma frame temporarily.
This has advantage is that each logic channel and any other channel that is predefined for packet data transmission is independently. Therefore, be convenient to according to the user can with the network of number of Packet Data Channel change. Therefore, as required, network is dynamically to the packet data transmission allocated channel.Like this, only predetermined those channels that need as packet data transmission.
In a preferred embodiment, control channel (C) comprises and is used to indicate errorless sign indicating number to receive that confirmations of data/pulse train (ARQ) is asked in transmission again.Like this, if do not have received correct code data or this data can not reconstruct, but these data of request repeat.
Best, logic channel is a downlink logical channel that sends to mobile radio station from the base station, and control channel (C) can send packet paging (PP) data, is used to notify the grouped data of mobile radio station input.
Randomly, control channel (C) can send a grouping insertion authority PAG signal, is used to confirm the channel predetermined request that sends from mobile radio station. Therefore, this control channel can play a part predetermined request confirmation channel.
The present invention proposes a kind of system flexibly, the time slot that gives over to grouped data in this system can change as required.
Describe the multi-slot notion according to channel independence below, all actual wireless channels are the same and are one or more channels, maximum number nearly, can be exclusively used in grouping and use.Middle access control (MAC) algorithm of the upper layer of physical layer is the timeslot number that is independent of use.So the operator only uses a small amount of time slot in the tdma frame freely to send the packet data transmission business, and, use all time slots of tdma frame to improve service along with the increase of needs. If this application examples is GSM or DCS1800 or distortion that some are such in this way, a frame comprises 8 time slots and might from 1 to 8 time slot be exclusively used in grouped data and uses.Even this network support multi-slot transmission, mobile radio station is still and at random only uses a time slot. So, in addition simple mobile radio station also can use the Packet data service that provides by network.
By more than one carrier-specific can be set up jumbo mesh in packet wireless business.Algorithm is with irrelevant by the timeslot number of operator's special use.The operator can begin by a time slot, when the packet radio user increases, improves professional nearly 8 time slots.
Naturally, carrier number can also increase, and this just means a plurality of independently carrier waves of use.

Figure 16 represents the variation of control time slot in the tdma frame.
" frame " meaning of here describing be logic channel continuous time slot, have the discontinuous tdma frame of their time slot, unless special description for example is 8 in gsm system.
Referring to Fig. 2 and 3.Fig. 3 is illustrated in the down link seen from the base station in the 8 time slot tdma systems and the frame of up link.Fig. 2 and 3 structure for example can make up with the GSM51 multiframe if desired. In a frame of the tdma frame of this mesh, this base station only is to send control data C, and all time slots of 4 frames subsequently comprise it may being the information I of grouped data.In this case, the information frame number of every unit time reduces, and the result also reduces information rate.
Correspondingly, when base station (uplink direction) when mesh receives, a tdma frame only comprises and is used to receive the request that is sent by mobile radio station, the control time slot C that confirms etc.Following 4TDMA frame only comprises the time slot that is used to the information that receives.Let us is considered this situation from the viewpoint of a mobile radio station now.The base station sends a control or information to one mobile radio station in the identical time slot of each tdma frame, the time slot that sends to a mobile radio station like this is the time slot with dotted arrows a mark. Therefore, the time slot C of mobile radio station receives a control impuls string, receives information I then in four successive pulse groups, if that mobile radio station has information. This sequence is called a frame in this manual. As long as there is the information of some receptions just to receive these frames.Correspondingly, the base station receives the continuous time slot with dotted arrows b mark from a mobile radio station. The sequence that is made of control time slot C and 4 continuous information time slot I is called a frame in this specification.
Fig. 2 represents (special use) frame structure. As above illustrated, uplink frame is made of the time slot with dotted arrows b (among Fig. 3) mark, and correspondingly, descending chain circuit frame is made of the time slot with dotted arrows a mark.
The description here comprises the situation of using 4 pulse trains, and as mentioned above, but the I frame may be longer or shorter.4 pulse train I frames only are a kind of selection schemes, might use the tdma frame of another length (for example, 8 pulse trains). This is an optimization problem; Frame is long more, and access delay is long more, and the block length minimum. Therefore, the length of the frame in the physical layer is system parameters.
When 4 pulse train frames of coding physical layer, might use with in known gsm system on Dedicated Control Channel (SDCCH) independently identical coding. This yard has the frame length of 4 pulse trains, or 456 bits.(228 bit groups are by 184 bit user data, and 40 bit parity bits and 4 tail bits are formed, and are 456 bits by convolutional encoding). To be 4,4 interleave depth compare with 19 during circuit switched data shifts interleave depth, reduced transmission delay and made block length reduce to minimum. On the other hand, some other sign indicating numbers can be used for coded frame as Reed one Suo Luomen (Reed-solomon).
Let us is considered physical layer now, and referring to Fig. 2, this figure answers conversion as follows, if the base station at receiving block data, receives appears in the grey I time slot. This base station sends a confirmation at down link ARQ time slot. Therefore, constitute the connection of a grey time slot.Correspondingly, when the base station when sending grouped data, connect and constitute by white time slot.
In layer 1 (physical layer), when the layer above physical layer is transferred to, in control time slot C, use automatic re-send request may (ARQ) so that reduce the frame error rate. But the use of ARQ is chosen wantonly, and does not need utilization also to be not included in the system, and a Frame is made up of 4 pulse trains, and these 4 pulse trains have the error correction coding and it is carried out the frame inspection. In this example, be to be used to control purpose at down link and per the 5th pulse train of up link both direction.Certainly the frequency of control impuls string can increase the power consumption of optimization efficiency and mobile radio station from per the 5th pulse train of suggestion. In the down link direction, the control impuls string comprises re-send request may ARQ, sends as normal burst. At uplink direction, ARQ sends in having the similar access pulse train of long string sequence. Then, comprise random number the data division of this pulse train will not resemble usually, but those bits will be replaced with the ARQ bit. Therefore, a small part of only access type control impuls string (suggestion is 12 bits here) is used as re-send request may ARQ.Do not know that the mobile radio station of timing advance then can send the ARQ pulse train accurately. At uplink direction, the control impuls string only comprises the ARQ bit.
Sent 4 pulse train frames, emittor/receiver will be intercepted the confirmation of frame. The frame of mistake will be retransmitted immediately, and if this frame be correctly to be received, transmission continues. When request was retransmitted automatically, frame can be numbered, so that represent correct frame.ARQ confirms to have identical frame number, and this number will selectively be confirmed.Even may have the field of coding dividually by each pulse train, this field is numbered.
The prime information bit rate is about 19.7kbps on the TCH/F channel of this configuration having.By using whole 8 tdma slots, former bit rate is about 158kbps for a mobile radio station (ms).Automatically re-send request may is used on the radio path, promptly is used between mobile radio station MS and the base station BTS.
Above we have discussed the physical layer of system according to the invention.Secondly we will have a look at the key-course MAC (multiple access access control or middle access control) above the physical layer. This key-course is used to shift Advanced Control message.Still referring to Fig. 3, the MAC algorithm is at the top of layer 1, and promptly per the 5th pulse train is used to control purpose.Asymmetric and use up link and downlink channel independently. The asymmetric use of physical channel makes it can optimize effective use channel.Usually always send data with pulse train with short interval in a direction. In another short interim data may be in the opposite direction. This realizes by separating channel allocation.Mean that independently up link and down link direction can be scheduled to independently of each other. This method also can symmetry be used. Therefore up link and downlink channel are scheduled in pairs.
The Advanced Control message that transmits in downlink control timeslot C is packet paging PP and grouping insertion authority PAG.In up link, there is not special Advanced Control time slot, but sending grouping in any idle I time slot, mobile radio station inserts the channel of (PRA) pulse train at random to request. In physical layer, uplink direction has special control time slot, and it is used as ARQ.
Then let us is considered the control time slot in the MAC layer.Packet paging PP and grouping insertion authority PAG can both be combined in the pulse train of control time slot C the two, and perhaps paging can send in the control time slot C that separates with request. In identical control impuls string, have packet paging P and grouping insertion authority PAG is an optimal cases, if a pulse train in cellular system can with bit number be enough, this is possible. The control impuls string is encoded independently, does not promptly use staggered.
Referring now to Fig. 4, first kind of technical scheme is described, i.e. the structure of combination confirmation and paging pulse train. In other words the state of the base station monitoring channel of managing radio resources, monitors which channel is idle, and which channel is scheduled. In each down link control impuls string, send the part of the sign indicating number bitmap (bitmap) of idle uplink channel as this pulse train. In Fig. 4 just in time in the beginning of pulse train. This yard bitmap shows the idle channel that can insert the form transmission packet channel request of pulse train in that moment to mobile radio station. The packet paging, grouping insertion authority and the automatic re-send request may ARQ that in the control impuls string, also comprise physical layer. The packet paging PP of pulse train partly is used to notify mobile radio station about the input packet data transmission. This paging is included in also that identification TMPI, temporary logical link identification TLLI are moved in interim grouping among the GSM GRPS and by the explanation of the predetermined channel of network, the termination transfer of data that is used to move. The third part of control impuls string, grouping insertion authority PAG comprise a random number that is used to distinguish various requests, are used to connect the sign indicating number bitmap and the timing advance TA of predetermined channel. The decline of this pulse train comprises ARQ, is used to confirm the message of layer 1.
If in the bit contents of the PP of application combination in the known GSM cellular system and PAG burst field may be shown in the exemplary table of Fig. 5.PP and PAG will take 55 bits and ARQ together and take 12 bits, therefore constitute 67 bits altogether in this pulse train. The pulse train of combination can be used in any application system, and the information bit in this pulse train is enough, and promptly information bit is the number that is equal to or higher than in gsm system.
Another technical scheme that Fig. 6 and 8 expressions are used to shift paging and confirm pulse train. These pulse trains and PP and PAG in its pulse train of oneself controlling send discretely.PP and the shared downlink control channel of PAG time slot. For example, these time slots are alternately sent.Be used for paging PP and be used to confirm PAG every a control time slot C every a time slot C.Mobile radio station will be distinguished paging and confirmation by the stealing bit of checking pulse train. As stealing bit and the PAG time slot will be with " 0 ", vice versa, by accident, if do not have packet paging to enter this mesh in that moment, might need to send a grouping insertion authority PAG and replace packet paging PP with " 1 " for the P time slot.Inform mobile radio station by steal PP time slot as PAG and with stealing bit, just can realize this point.
As shown in Figure 6, discrete packets paging burst structure at first comprises the sign indicating number bitmap of indication free time/predetermined channel. If tdma frame is 8 time slots, bitmap is made up of 8 successive bits.Next data are page fields, wherein first is that interim mobile identification TMPI and second portion is a yard bitmap, and its expression is the predetermined mobile radio station channel of packet data transmission by network, and mobile radio station must use the grouped data of reception, at last, there is a field to be used for automatic re-send request may. When this cellular network was the GSM network, Fig. 7 represented the example of page fields bit contents. If TMPI is GSM temporarily moved subscriber identification TMSI, this field comprises 60 bits. For example short TMPI is that 25 bits are just enough.
As shown in Figure 8, that the grouping insertion authority PAG pulse train of separation comprises expression is idle/the sign indicating number bitmap of predetermined channel.Next field is the confirmation field that is inserted at random by the grouping that mobile radio station sends. Here first is the random number that is included in this request that is sent by MS.Follow a sign indicating number bitmap then, it shows the channel that is intended for transmitting grouped data by network to mobile radio station. This mobile radio station will use these channels to send grouped data. The field that an automatic re-send request may is arranged at last. The random number that uses in request is the mobile radio station indication grouping insertion authority (conversion of PRA to PAG) that is used for to regulation.Mobile radio station in this mesh will be intercepted during this time slot and this random number will be told particular mobile station, and this confirms predetermined to it.For the probability (two mobile radio stations are selected identical random number) that reduces collision, may use or ask timeslot number or grouping to insert the priority or timeslot number (being called the time slot that mobile radio station is used to ask channel) the conduct identification of (PRA) time slot at random. These parameters are not shown among Fig. 8.
If application system is GSM, the table among Fig. 9 is illustrated in the bit contents of the control time slot that occurs among Fig. 8.The bit of expression request timeslot number and priority is chosen wantonly.
So far we mainly are the embodiment that has described system of the present invention from the viewpoint of base station.Let us is considered the transmission from the mobile radio station to the base station now.The predetermined of up link arranged in the base station. As mentioned above, this base station is known idle and predetermined channel and that information of transmission in each down link control impuls string. If frame is the tdma frame with 8 time slots, the sign indicating number bitmap is made of bit of each time slot in tdma frame 8 bits. With bit 1 mark predetermined channel with bit 0 label empty channel. If this network is not that 8 whole time slots are used for the transmitted in packets business, so only employed channel may be marked as empty. All the other channels are processed, because they are scheduled, promptly send bit 1.
Referring to Figure 10, the control impuls string that mobile station monitors sends in down link C time slot, this mobile radio station have data also will send it in its buffer.Supervision is continued, till the sign indicating number bitmap represents that a up link is labeled the free time.In case the discovery idle channel just sends the access pulse train (channel request) according to Figure 10 in the I of mark idle time slot.Be loaded with this pulse train that grouping inserts pulse train PRA at random and select in 41 randomly, for example, if the frame that uses is 4 pulse trains.Grouping inserts the access pulse train that PRA is similar to gsm system at random, for example, has long string sequence. The data division of this pulse train does not comprise random number usually, but those bits will be substituted by the PRA bit.Because long string sequence, mobile radio station are not known timing advance accurately, it can send the PRA pulse train no problemly. When may colliding with backoff algorithm of occurring during more than channel of a mobile radio station request in identical time slot handled. An access pulse train is included in random number, the indication mobile radio station beamed back by this base station in the confirmation pulse train and needs quantity, the four level priority of how many time slots and indicate at last whether time slot must be that continuous bit is formed. The requirement of continuous slot need be supported certain mobile grade. If in tdma frame two the grouping time slots be continuous, mobile radio station can be handled, if but these time slots away from, then can not handle.
Figure 11 represents the bit contents that field is possible. This pulse train is made up of 11 bits at least. As long as the base station receives one and inserts pulse train PRA, it just sends a grouping insertion authority PAG in down link control impuls string C.If before next one grouping insertion authority can send, receive a plurality of continuous access pulse trains, priority or select at random to be used to then to the mobile radio station allocated channel. If there are not many like that available time slot that requires, the base station can provide the so much time slot as the free time.
When a mobile radio station received by confirmation PAG that the base station of channel request PRA is sent, it just began to send grouped data on predetermined channel, and this channel is by one or more time slots, nearly the time slot of maximum is formed.May send at least 128 eight hytes a scheduled period. It is common maximum packet X.25,128 84 eight hyte information sets that hyte equals six groups. This depends on the timeslot number of use with regard to meaning the maximum that sends data scheduled period, and has and must set limits value under the situation of transmission fault and require to retransmit. This limits value must be greater than 6, because 6 frames will be not enough to send all data under situation about retransmitting.
Figure 12 represents to be used for the signaling diagram of mobile originating grouping.A mobile radio station MS sends a channel request PRA who is confirmed by the base station in grouping insertion authority pulse train PAG.This mobile radio station sends grouped data in the time slot of a frame, and this base station confirms or send a re-send request may.Go on like this, up to all grouped datas all sent or overtime appearance till.
Figure 13 is illustrated in from the base station to the state transition diagram of the incident mobile radio station the grouping of network transmission period. When data buffer when being full, this mobile radio station becomes accepting state and receives information at the first control time slot from the base station from idle condition. It is consulted a yard bitmap and has a look at whether any idle channel is arranged, if do not have, checks the information in next control time slot.Proceed like this, till finding idle channel. After this, on idle channel, send a channel request, and if the base station affirmation, grouped data then on channel appointed, sent.If do not receive confirmation, this mobile radio station turns back to and receives control time slot and searching idle channel.
Figure 14 illustrates that network sends the situation of the grouped data of addressing to mobile radio station MS.The base station is by sending the transmission that packet paging PP starts down link in control time slot C.Packet paging comprises mobile radio station identification and predetermined time slot. These time slots begin at next tdma frame.MS one receives this packet paging, and it just begins to receive in the time slot of regulation.
Packet paging sends in each continuous slot of down link control sequence, and the notice mobile radio station is about the grouping of input. This just means that mobile radio station must intercept all packet paging channels, so that find out the grouping that whether has to it.Certainly this uses the energy of storing in the battery of mobile radio station. In order to optimize power loss, for example can be divided into different paging groups to mobile radio station according to temporary transient identification or IMSI.Mobile radio station must be intercepted a time slot in the tdma frame rather than all time slots then.Have 8 time slots, it is more actual only to intercept a time slot. The paging frequency still can reduce to support discontinuous reception DRX.But this has increased delay, so DRX should be a selectable mode for mobile radio station. The DRX electricity-saving function also can be by serially adding sign indicating number " input grouping " in pulse, with the paging burst blocks of in present gsm system, using altogether.Mobile radio station will tell it about the input transmitted in packets paging and this sign indicating number of interception standards so.Mobile radio station is with the information that begins to intercept packet paging channel PP and need from that channel reception then.Certainly, network need know that mobile radio station is at interception standards paging channel or packet paging channel.Mobile radio station sends this information with short administrative messag.
If the base station in the frame of some, confirms that it is reached a conclusion such as receive ARQ in 7 frames, this mobile radio station does not have received frame correctly. So with the repeated packets paging.
Figure 15 represents the mobile radio station state transition diagram of the situation that Figure 14 occurs.According to understanding this figure about the description of Figure 14 is easy, so need not to further specify, still, should be pointed out that most of time mobile radio stations are to receive the control impuls string and determining whether that packet data transmission arrives this mobile radio station.
The frame that uses in data link layer may be a variable-length.Maximum length can be selected, such as 128 eight hytes, as in rules X.25.Variable-length reduces the confirmation number of link layer, has therefore reduced predetermined number.
In the scope of the invention of the claim regulation that proposes below, may be implemented in a variety of ways this system. For example, control time slot need not to be shown in Figure 3, but they can move diagonally, as shown in figure 16.
In whenever detecing, control time slot C moves towards a time slot, like this, as shown in figure 16, produces the pattern at control time slot diagonal angle under up link and two kinds of situations of descending chain circuit frame. But dedicated frame is still formed situation as shown in Figure 3 by control time slot C and 4 information time slot I.
Scope disclosed by the invention comprises or is tangible or implicit disclosed, or consequent any novel characteristics or its combination of features, no matter whether it relates to the invention of claim qualification or set forth any or all problem of mitigation by the present invention. Therefore, the applicant points out, and can form the new claim of some features like this in the application's execution or during the further application that application is derived thus.
