Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,包括:A层,为含氟树脂层或有机硅树脂层,所述A层的厚度为3‑50um;B层,为PC层,所述PC层包括PC和紫外吸收剂,所述PC质量份数98‑100份,紫外吸收剂质量份数0.1~2份;所述A层覆盖于所述B层至少一面,由此所述涂覆膜具有A‑B两层结构或者A‑B‑A三层结构。本发明的耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,A层、B层和改性层通过涂覆或者淋膜技术实现结合。该涂覆膜具有超强的耐候性能,能够满足反光膜长达10年的耐候需求,可广泛应用于反光膜技术领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及反光膜技术领域,具体是设计一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜。
背景技术
反光膜是一种广泛应用于交通设施中的产品,当今的反光膜产品的基材主要使用PVC或亚克力材质,虽然聚碳酸酯基材具有更好的反光效率,但是受限于聚碳酸酯薄膜耐候性差的原因,现今市场上只有少量的聚碳酸酯反光膜产品,这些聚碳酸酯反光膜表面都需要覆盖一层亚克力进行保护(其耐候也不会超过5年)。因此为提高反光膜的耐候年限,急需一种高耐候性的聚碳酸酯薄膜,以满足反光膜领域应用的需求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种高耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,该涂覆膜具有超强的耐候性能,能够满足反光膜长达10年的耐候需求。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,包括:
A层,为含氟树脂层或有机硅树脂层,所述A层的厚度为3-50um;
B层,为PC层,所述PC层包括PC和紫外吸收剂,所述PC质量份数98-100份,紫外吸收剂0.1~2份;
所述A层覆盖于所述B层至少一面,由此所述涂覆膜具有A-B两层结构或者A-B-A三层结构。
优选的:所述含氟树脂层是醚型FEVE共聚氟碳涂料、聚四氟乙烯树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯树脂中的一种。
优选的:所述有机硅树脂层是聚甲基硅树脂、聚乙基硅树脂、聚甲基苯基有机硅树脂、聚乙基苯基有机硅树脂中的一种或多种。
优选的:所述紫外吸收剂为二苯甲酮类或苯并三唑类。
优选的:所述A层和B层采用涂覆或者淋膜形式相结合。
优选的:所述PC层至少一面设有改性层;所述改性层由改性剂对PC层表面进行改性处理得到;所述改性剂为氨烃基硅烷偶联剂、含季氨烃基硅烷偶联剂、甲基丙烯酰氧烯烃硅烷偶联剂,烯烃基硅烷偶联剂、环氧烃基硅烷偶联剂中的一种;所述改性层厚度为0.01~5um。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,A层、B层和改性层通过涂覆或者淋膜技术实现结合。该涂覆膜具有超强的耐候性能,能够满足反光膜长达10年的耐候需求,可广泛应用于反光膜技术领域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
如图1所示为本发明所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,包括:A层1为含氟树脂层,A层1的厚度为26um;B层,为PC层,PC层包括PC和紫外吸收剂,所述PC质量份数98份,紫外吸收剂2份;A层1覆盖于B层2两面,由此涂覆膜具有者A-B-A三层结构;含氟树脂层优选为醚型FEVE共聚氟碳涂料;紫外吸收剂优选为二苯甲酮类。A层1和B层2采用涂覆或者淋膜形式相结合;PC层上在A层1和B层2相互结合的一面上设有改性层;改性层由改性剂对PC层表面进行改性处理得到;改性剂优选为氨烃基硅烷偶联剂;改性层厚度为4um。
实施例2:
如图2所示,A层1为有机硅树脂层,A层1厚度为24um,B层2,为PC层,PC层包括PC和紫外吸收剂,PC质量份数98份,紫外吸收剂2份;A层1覆盖于B层2一面,由此涂覆膜具有A-B两层结构;有机硅树脂层优选为聚甲基硅树脂;紫外吸收剂优选为苯并三唑类。A层1和B层2采用涂覆或者淋膜形式相结合;PC层的亮面均设有改性层;改性层由改性剂对PC层表面进行改性处理得到;改性剂优选为氨烃基硅烷偶联剂;改性层厚度为5um。
本发明的耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,A层、B层和改性层通过涂覆或者淋膜技术实现结合。该涂覆膜具有超强的耐候性能,能够满足反光膜长达10年的耐候需求,可广泛应用于反光膜技术领域。

Claims (6)
1.一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,包括:
A层,为含氟树脂层或有机硅树脂层,所述A层的厚度为3-50um;
B层,为PC层,所述PC层包括PC和紫外吸收剂,所述PC质量份数98-100份,紫外吸收剂质量份数0.1~2份;
所述A层覆盖于所述B层至少一面,由此所述涂覆膜具有A-B两层结构或者A-B-A三层结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,其特征在于:所述含氟树脂层是醚型FEVE共聚氟碳涂料、聚四氟乙烯树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯树脂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂层是聚甲基硅树脂、聚乙基硅树脂、聚甲基苯基有机硅树脂、聚乙基苯基有机硅树脂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,其特征在于:所述紫外吸收剂为二苯甲酮类或苯并三唑类。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,其特征在于:所述A层和B层采用涂覆或者淋膜形式相结合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性聚碳酸酯涂覆膜,其特征在于:所述PC层至少一面设有改性层;所述改性层由改性剂对PC层表面进行改性处理得到;所述改性剂为氨烃基硅烷偶联剂、含季氨烃基硅烷偶联剂、甲基丙烯酰氧烯烃硅烷偶联剂,烯烃基硅烷偶联剂、环氧烃基硅烷偶联剂中的一种;所述改性层厚度为0.01~5um。
