本发明公开了一种泡沫塑料切料机，包括工作台、机架、导杆、气缸、刀座和刀片，所述机架固定于工作台上，导杆插接于机架上，且导杆的底端与刀座固定连接，刀片固定连接在刀座上，气缸固定于机架上，且气缸的输出轴与刀座固定连接。本发明结构简单，便于制造，泡沫塑料切割过程中的泡沫颗粒被抽吸至工作台内，便于清理，使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种泡沫塑料切料机。
背景技术：
泡沫塑料切割过程中会产生很多小的泡沫颗粒，泡沫颗粒难于清理，有点风就会飞起，很难清理，因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种泡沫塑料切料机。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种泡沫塑料切料机，包括工作台、机架、导杆、气缸、刀座和刀片，所述机架固定于工作台上，导杆插接于机架上，且导杆的底端与刀座固定连接，刀片固定连接在刀座上，气缸固定于机架上，且气缸的输出轴与刀座固定连接；
所述工作台的截面为U形状结构，工作台由钢板焊接而成，且工作台的内部为中空结构，在工作台两侧边的内壁上设有吸料口，在工作台两侧边的外壁上设有卸料口，并在工作台两侧边的外壁上铰接有挡门，挡门将卸料口封闭；在工作台的底面上设有抽风口，在抽风口上连接有抽风管道，抽风管道与工作台的内腔相贯通，在抽风管道上连接有抽风机。
进一步地，所述工作台的内腔中设有两个过滤网，两过滤网对称置于抽风口的两侧。
进一步地，所述工作台的后端壁上设有挡板。
本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明结构简单，便于制造，泡沫塑料切割过程中的泡沫颗粒被抽吸至工作台内，便于清理，使用效果好。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示，本发明一种泡沫塑料切料机，包括工作台1、机架2、导杆3、气缸4、刀座5和刀片6，机架2固定于工作台1上，导杆3插接于机架2上，且导杆3的底端与刀座5固定连接，刀片6固定连接在刀座5上，气缸4固定于机架2上，且气缸4的输出轴与刀座5固定连接。
本发明中的工作台1的截面为U形状结构，工作台1由钢板焊接而成，且工作台1的内部为中空结构。在工作台1两侧边的内壁上设有吸料口11，在工作台1两侧边的外壁上设有卸料口12，并在工作台1两侧边的外壁上铰接有挡门13，挡门13将卸料口12封闭。在工作台1的底面上设有抽风口，在抽风口上连接有抽风管道14，抽风管道14与工作台1的内腔相贯通，在抽风管道14上连接有抽风机。
为避免杂质进入抽风机内，在工作台1的内腔中设有两个过滤网15，两过滤网15对称置于抽风口的两侧。
在工作台1的后端壁上设有挡板16，该挡板16可以有效的将泡沫塑料颗粒物挡在工作台1上。
使用时，将泡沫塑料置于工作台1上，刀片6切割泡沫塑料时，泡沫塑料颗粒物被抽风机抽至工作台1的内腔中。在清除工作台1内腔中的的颗粒物时，打开挡门13即可。

1.一种泡沫塑料切料机，其特征在于：包括工作台(1)、机架(2)、导杆(3)、气缸(4)、刀座(5)和刀片(6)，所述机架(2)固定于工作台(1)上，导杆(3)插接于机架(2)上，且导杆(3)的底端与刀座(5)固定连接，刀片(6)固定连接在刀座(5)上，气缸(4)固定于机架(2)上，且气缸(4)的输出轴与刀座(5)固定连接；
所述工作台(1)的截面为U形状结构，工作台(1)由钢板焊接而成，且工作台(1)的内部为中空结构，在工作台(1)两侧边的内壁上设有吸料口(11)，在工作台(1)两侧边的外壁上设有卸料口(12)，并在工作台(1)两侧边的外壁上铰接有挡门(13)，挡门(13)将卸料口(12)封闭；在工作台(1)的底面上设有抽风口，在抽风口上连接有抽风管道(14)，抽风管道(14)与工作台(1)的内腔相贯通，在抽风管道(14)上连接有抽风机。
