Background
China is a big agricultural country and produces about 8 hundred million tons of straws every year. In recent years, straw reduction treatment has become a difficult problem. The traditional straw treatment mode is to burn the straws in the open air and directly return the straws to the field. The other treatment mode is resource utilization of methane, feed and the like generated by straw fermentation, but the treatment mode has the problems of difficult storage and transportation, low utilization rate, high treatment cost and the like.
The wheat straw is the toughness of the threshed straw after being rolled and flattened after the crop wheat is mature, is commonly called flower straw or wheat straw, is commonly stored in a stack in rural areas, is commonly called flower straw stack, and is called wheat root stack or wheat straw stack. The flower stalks are used extensively in rural areas in the past, are mainly used as muscle material in mud mixing, used for making adobes, mud-plastered wall surfaces, earth roofs and the like, can also be used as livestock bedding, packing fillers, paper making raw materials and the like, are cut by a chopper, and can also be used as storage feed for large-scale livestock.

1. according to the invention, the arrangement of the wheat straw stirring driving motor, the stirring shaft, the crushing blade and the stirring rod is beneficial to stirring and crushing the wheat straws to prepare the feed which is convenient to store, and the feed is used for feeding livestock animals and is beneficial to environment-friendly treatment of the wheat straws.
2. According to the wheat straw conveying device, the driven wheel, the wheat straw conveying belt, the conveying baffle, the driving wheel and the conveying motor are arranged, so that the wheat straws can be conveyed mechanically, manpower is saved, and the labor efficiency is improved.
3. In the invention, the arrangement of the dust storage chamber, the pull drawer and the handle is beneficial to conveniently cleaning collected dust, and the operation is simple and practical.
4. In the invention, the dust removal exhaust fan, the dust guide pipe and the dust hood are arranged, so that the dust generated in the process of crushing the wheat straws to prepare the feed can be collected, the diffusion of the dust can be prevented, and the environment-friendly effect can be realized.
5. According to the invention, the dust cover is arranged, so that the effects of shading sun and preventing dust are achieved, the safety of the conveying belt is protected, and the effect of preventing the wheat straws from flying with the wind can be achieved.
6. According to the invention, the arrangement of the telescopic rod and the supporting tube is beneficial to adjusting the angle of the dust cover, and the placing and conveying of different amounts of wheat straws are met.

According to the invention, the leaked material recovery plate, the recovery pipe and the wheat straw leaked material storage box are arranged, so that wheat straw which is carelessly leaked in the material conveying process can be recovered and collected, and the utilization rate of the wheat straw is improved.
