Background
The manufacturing industry is an industry for converting available resources and energy into industrial products or living consumer products which can be used or utilized by people through a manufacturing process, and relates to a large number of industries of national economy, such as machinery, electronics, light industry, chemical industry, food, military industry, aerospace and the like, and plays a significant role in global economy. The mechanical manufacturing industry is the core of the manufacturing industry in China, masters national economic life lines, has the most huge industrial system in social and economic activities, and solves a large number of employment problems for the society. With the rapid development of high and new technologies and the advent of the network economy era, the outer ring faced by the manufacturing industry has changed fundamentally. The economic globalization causes manufacturing enterprises to break through the limits of regions and national boundaries, optimize and allocate manufacturing resources and sell products in the world range, and form the globalized market; the consumer can not meet the standard product, and the client puts forward higher requirements on the cost, quality and production period of the product; globalization of the market, individuation and diversification of Customer requirements are prominent day by day, so that a manufacturing enterprise continuously needs to develop new products in the production process, and the concept of 'evaporating for Customer' service gradually becomes the development target of the enterprise; with the rising of resource price and the worsening of global environment, the sustainable development requirement of the manufacturing industry is increasing, and the manufacturing industry must develop towards the aspects of no pollution of product life cycle, low resource consumption, recyclability, reusability and the like.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a remote control method and a remote control system of a numerical control machine tool with enhanced flexibility, which can overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a remote control method of a numerical control machine tool with enhanced flexibility, which is performed by a mobile control terminal, the remote control method of a numerical control machine tool with enhanced flexibility comprising the steps of: sending a first control information transmission resource request message to a numerical control machine control center; receiving a control information transmission resource response message, wherein the control information transmission resource response message is sent by the numerical control machine control center in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message; starting a first timer in the mobile control terminal in response to receiving the control information transmission resource response message; judging whether a system message broadcasted by a numerical control machine control center is received before a first timer is overtime, wherein the system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on a system message request message included in a control information transmission resource request message; if the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the first timer is overtime, resetting the first timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; and judging whether the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the first timer is overtime again.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for remotely controlling a numerically controlled machine tool with enhanced flexibility further comprises the steps of: when receiving a system message broadcast by a numerical control machine control center before a first timer is overtime, if the mobile control terminal needs to update the system message, sending a second control information transmission resource request message to the numerical control machine control center again, wherein the second control information transmission resource request message comprises a system message updating request; starting a second timer; judging whether an updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, wherein the updating system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on an updating system message request included in the second control information transmission resource request message; if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the second timer is overtime, resetting the second timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; judging whether the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime again; and if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, sending an updating response message to the numerical control machine control center.
In a preferred embodiment, the system message at least comprises: the type of the numerical control machine, the numerical control machine setting parameter limit and the timing information of the numerical control machine control center.
The invention also provides a remote control method of the numerical control machine tool with enhanced flexibility, which is executed by the control center of the numerical control machine tool, and comprises the following steps: receiving a first control information transmission resource request message sent by a mobile control terminal; in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message, sending a control information transmission resource response message; broadcasting the system message in response to the system message request message included in the control information transmission resource request message; if the retransmission request sent by the mobile control terminal is not received within the preset time, judging whether the system information needs to be updated or not; if the system information needs to be updated, broadcasting the updated system information; starting a third timer in the control center of the numerical control machine; judging whether an updating response message sent by the mobile control terminal is received before the third timer is overtime; and if the update response message sent by the mobile control terminal is judged not to be received before the third timer is overtime, the update system message is broadcasted again.
In a preferred embodiment, the system message at least comprises: the type of the numerical control machine, the numerical control machine setting parameter limit and the timing information of the numerical control machine control center.
The invention also provides a numerically-controlled machine tool remote control system with enhanced flexibility, which comprises: a plurality of mobile control terminals; the numerical control machine control center is in communication connection with the plurality of mobile control terminals and controls a plurality of numerical control machines; wherein the mobile control terminal is configured to: sending a first control information transmission resource request message to a numerical control machine control center; receiving a control information transmission resource response message, wherein the control information transmission resource response message is sent by the numerical control machine control center in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message; starting a first timer in the mobile control terminal in response to receiving the control information transmission resource response message; judging whether a system message broadcasted by a numerical control machine control center is received before a first timer is overtime, wherein the system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on a system message request message included in a control information transmission resource request message; if the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the first timer is overtime, resetting the first timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; and judging whether the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the first timer is overtime again.
In a preferred embodiment, the mobile control terminal is configured to: when receiving a system message broadcast by a numerical control machine control center before a first timer is overtime, if the mobile control terminal needs to update the system message, sending a second control information transmission resource request message to the numerical control machine control center again, wherein the second control information transmission resource request message comprises a system message updating request; starting a second timer; judging whether an updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, wherein the updating system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on an updating system message request included in the second control information transmission resource request message; if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the second timer is overtime, resetting the second timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; judging whether the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime again; and if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, sending an updating response message to the numerical control machine control center.

The invention provides a numerical control machine tool remote control system with enhanced flexibility, which is characterized in that: the numerically-controlled machine tool remote control system with enhanced flexibility comprises: a plurality of mobile control terminals; the numerical control machine control center is in communication connection with the plurality of mobile control terminals and controls a plurality of numerical control machines; wherein the numerical control machine control center is configured to: receiving a first control information transmission resource request message sent by a mobile control terminal; in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message, sending a control information transmission resource response message; broadcasting the system message in response to the system message request message included in the control information transmission resource request message; if the retransmission request sent by the mobile control terminal is not received within the preset time, judging whether the system information needs to be updated or not; if the system information needs to be updated, broadcasting the updated system information; starting a third timer in the control center of the numerical control machine; judging whether an updating response message sent by the mobile control terminal is received before the third timer is overtime; and if the update response message sent by the mobile control terminal is judged not to be received before the third timer is overtime, the update system message is broadcasted again.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: although the numerical control machine tool is a mature processing technology, the mode of controlling the numerical control machine tool at present mainly adopts a PC machine and a wired communication mode, and the control method has the advantages of stable and mature technology, large system floor area, no mobile operation function, low system integration level and difficult upgrading and updating. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, a machine tool control system based on wireless communication needs to be provided, and although the wireless communication machine tool control system has many advantages, no solution is provided in the prior art for how to implement signaling, resource allocation, timing and other problems of a mobile terminal and a control center. The invention provides a method for coordinating signaling, resource allocation and timing of a mobile terminal and a control center in order to realize a machine tool control system based on wireless communication.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a remote control method of a numerical control machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the numerical control machine tool remote control method comprises the following steps:
step 101: sending a first control information transmission resource request message to a numerical control machine control center;
step 102: receiving a control information transmission resource response message, wherein the control information transmission resource response message is sent by the numerical control machine control center in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message;
step 103: starting a first timer in the mobile control terminal in response to receiving the control information transmission resource response message;
step 104: judging whether a system message broadcasted by a numerical control machine control center is received before a first timer is overtime, wherein the system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on a system message request message included in a control information transmission resource request message;
step 105: if the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the first timer is overtime, resetting the first timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; and
step 106: and judging whether the system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the first timer is overtime again.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for remotely controlling a numerically controlled machine tool with enhanced flexibility further comprises the steps of: when receiving a system message broadcast by a numerical control machine control center before a first timer is overtime, if the mobile control terminal needs to update the system message, sending a second control information transmission resource request message to the numerical control machine control center again, wherein the second control information transmission resource request message comprises a system message updating request; starting a second timer; judging whether an updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, wherein the updating system message is broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center based on an updating system message request included in the second control information transmission resource request message; if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is not received before the second timer is overtime, resetting the second timer and sending a retransmission request to the numerical control machine control center; judging whether the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime again; and if the updating system message broadcasted by the numerical control machine control center is received before the second timer is overtime, sending an updating response message to the numerical control machine control center.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a remote control method of a numerical control machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the numerical control machine tool remote control method comprises the following steps:
step 201: receiving a first control information transmission resource request message sent by a mobile control terminal;
step 202: in response to receiving the first control information transmission resource request message, sending a control information transmission resource response message;
step 203: broadcasting the system message in response to the system message request message included in the control information transmission resource request message;
step 204: if the retransmission request sent by the mobile control terminal is not received within the preset time, judging whether the system information needs to be updated or not;
step 205: if the system information needs to be updated, broadcasting the updated system information;
step 206: starting a third timer in the control center of the numerical control machine;
step 207: judging whether an updating response message sent by the mobile control terminal is received before the third timer is overtime; and
step 208: and if the update response message sent by the mobile control terminal is judged not to be received before the timeout of the third timer, the update system message is broadcasted again.

FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a system according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in the drawings, the numerically controlled machine tool remote control system with enhanced flexibility includes: a plurality of mobile control terminals (201a-201 x); and a NC machine control center 203, wherein the NC machine control center is in communication connection with the plurality of mobile control terminals, and the NC machine control center controls a plurality of NC machines (202a-202 x).
