本发明公开了一种高密封性球阀,涉及球阀技术领域,包括阀座,阀座包括左阀座和右阀座,所述左阀座和右阀座相邻一端的外侧壁套设有阀体,所述左阀座和右阀座均与阀体固定连接,所述左阀座上开设有进口通道,所述右阀座上开设有出口通道,所述左阀座和右阀座之间设有球体,所述球体内设有用于与进口通道和出口通道连通的通道;左阀座和右阀座靠近球体一端的内侧设有球体座,所述球体座与球体之间设有球填料;球体上端连接有驱动机构。本发明的球阀,结构简单紧凑,密封可靠,维修方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及球阀技术领域,特别是涉及一种高密封性球阀。
背景技术
球阀,根据标准GB/T21465-2008《阀门术语》 对球阀的定义为:启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转 运动的阀门。亦可用于流体的调节与控制,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。但是目前的球阀在使用时,由于与阀座之间存在间隙,在多次转动球体时,会导致管道内的介质嵌设在间隙中,长期会导致球阀锈蚀,影响切换球阀功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是目前的球阀在使用时,会导致管道内的介质嵌设在球体与阀座的间隙中,导致球阀锈蚀。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种高密封性球阀,包括阀座,阀座包括左阀座和右阀座,所述左阀座和右阀座相邻一端的外侧壁套设有阀体,所述左阀座和右阀座均与阀体固定连接,所述左阀座上开设有进口通道,所述右阀座上开设有出口通道,所述左阀座和右阀座之间设有球体,所述球体内设有用于与进口通道和出口通道连通的通道;
所述左阀座和右阀座靠近球体一端的内侧设有球体座,所述球体座与球体之间设有球填料;
所述球体上端连接有驱动机构。
技术效果:本发明设置的驱动机构用于驱使球体转动,从而改变球体上通道的方向,在球体上的通道用于连通进口通道和出口通道,当转动球体,使通道连通进口通道和出口通道,则管道中的介质可以流通,反之,则无法流通,设置的阀体将左阀座和右阀座连接在一起,并形成放置球体的空间,设置的球体座用于稳固球体,使得球体稳定的位于左阀座和右阀座之间,设置的球填料用于密闭球体和左阀座与右阀座之间的间隙,使得左阀座和右阀座与球面之间常在闭合状态,左阀座和右阀座内的介质无法进入球体与左阀座和右阀座之间,不易被介质冲蚀,防止球体锈蚀,易于操作和维修,适用于水、溶剂、酸和天然气等一般工作介质,提高球阀的使用寿命。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:所述驱动机构包括与球体上端连接的阀杆,所述阀杆与阀体转动连接,且所述阀杆远离球体的一端延伸至阀体外,所述阀杆远离球体的一端通过六角螺母设置有手柄。
进一步的,所述阀座靠近阀杆的一端的外侧设有填料压板,在所述填料压板下端的阀座内设有第一填料,所述阀杆靠近球体的一端设有挡板,在所述挡板上端的阀座内设置有第二填料;
前所述的一种高密封性球阀,所述球体上端开设有方槽,所述阀杆下端与方槽适配,并嵌设在所述方槽内。
前所述的一种高密封性球阀,所述阀体朝向手柄的一侧设有定位销,当所述手柄与定位销抵触时,所述通道与进口通道和出口通道平行。
前所述的一种高密封性球阀,所述阀体靠近左阀座和右阀座一端的内侧开设有凹槽,所述凹槽内填充有密封垫片,且所述密封垫片与凹槽过盈配合。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中设置的第一填料和第二填料用于密闭阀杆与阀座之间的间隙,防止管道内的介质经由阀座与阀杆之间的间隙泄露,设置的密封垫片可以进一步的防止管道内的介质经由左阀座和右阀座之间泄露,使得球阀结构简单紧凑,密封可靠;
(2)本发明中的球体转动采用手柄,手柄通过六角螺母连接阀杆,它只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能转动球体,改变球体上通道的方向,操作简单,且维修方便。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种高稳定性球阀,如图1所示,包括阀座,阀座包括左阀座401和右阀座402,左阀座401和右阀座402相邻一端的外侧壁套设有阀体2,左阀座401和右阀座402均与阀体2固定连接,左阀座401上开设有进口通道4011,右阀座402上开设有出口通道4022,左阀座401和右阀座402之间设有球体1,球体1内设有通道14,通道14用于与进口通道4011和出口通道4022连通,以使管道的介质流通。
球体1上端连接有驱动机构,驱动机构包括与球体1上端连接的阀杆9,球体1上端开设有方槽13,阀杆9下端与方槽13适配,并嵌设在方槽13内,阀杆9与阀体2转动连接,且阀杆9远离球体1的一端延伸至阀体2外,阀杆9远离球体1的一端通过六角螺母 5设置有手柄51,转动手柄51时,可驱动与阀杆9连接的球体1转动,从而控制通道14是否与进口通道4011和出口通道4022连通。
阀体2朝向手柄51的一侧设有定位销7,当手柄51与定位销7抵触时,通道14与进口通道4011和出口通道4022平行,用于精确控制通道14与进口通道4011和出口通道4022的连通角度。
阀座靠近阀杆9的一端的外侧设有填料压板8,在填料压板8下端的阀座内设有第一填料601,阀杆9靠近球体1的一端设有挡板91,在挡板91上端的阀座内设置有第二填料602左阀座401和右阀座402靠近球体1一端的内侧设有球体座11,球体座11与球体1之间设有球填料12。
阀体2靠近左阀座401和右阀座402一端的内侧开设有凹槽31,凹槽31内填充有密封垫片3,且密封垫片3与凹槽31过盈配合。
具体实施说明如下:
当需要连通管道时,转动手柄51,驱动阀杆9随之转动,使得球体1同时转动,连通通道14与进口通道4011和出口通道4022,使得管道内的介质流通,由于设置球填料12,可以在球体1和左阀座401以及右阀座402之间进行密封,防止介质进入到球体1与阀座之间,设置的第一填料601和第二填料602可以在阀杆9和阀体2之间进行密封,防止介质泄露,同时设置的密封垫片3可以密封阀座和阀体2之间的间隙,进一步防止泄露,本发明的球阀,结构简单紧凑,密封可靠,维修方便。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种高密封性球阀,包括阀座,其特征在于:所述阀座包括左阀座(401)和右阀座(402),所述左阀座(401)和右阀座(402)相邻一端的外侧壁套设有阀体(2),所述左阀座(401)和右阀座(402)均与阀体(2)固定连接,所述左阀座(401)上开设有进口通道(4011),所述右阀座(402)上开设有出口通道(4022),所述左阀座(401)和右阀座(402)之间设有球体(1),所述球体(1)内设有用于与进口通道(4011)和出口通道(4022)连通的通道(14);
所述左阀座(401)和右阀座(402)靠近球体(1)一端的内侧设有球体座(11),所述球体座(11)与球体(1)之间设有球填料(12);
所述球体(1)上端连接有驱动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性球阀,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括与球体(1)上端连接的阀杆(9),所述阀杆(9)与阀体(2)转动连接,且所述阀杆(9)远离球体(1)的一端延伸至阀体(2)外,所述阀杆(9)远离球体(1)的一端通过六角螺母( 5)设置有手柄(51)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高密封性球阀,其特征在于:所述阀座靠近阀杆(9)的一端的外侧设有填料压板(8),在所述填料压板(8)下端的阀座内设有第一填料(601),所述阀杆(9)靠近球体(1)的一端设有挡板(91),在所述挡板(91)上端的阀座内设置有第二填料(602)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高密封性球阀,其特征在于:所述球体(1)上端开设有方槽(13),所述阀杆(9)下端与方槽(13)适配,并嵌设在所述方槽(13)内。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种高密封性球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)朝向手柄(51)的一侧设有定位销(7),当所述手柄(51)与定位销(7)抵触时,所述通道(14)与进口通道(4011)和出口通道(4022)平行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)靠近左阀座(401)和右阀座(402)一端的内侧开设有凹槽(31),所述凹槽(31)内填充有密封垫片(3),且所述密封垫片(3)与凹槽(31)过盈配合。
