Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to a motor home and a lifting type carriage thereof.
Background
Most motor home vehicles are limited in height and generally employ a jack-up type carriage. Namely, in the running state, the top cover is lowered to the top lowering state, so that the whole carriage is reduced in height and good in trafficability. And in the parking state, the top cover is lifted to the lifting state, so that the carriage has a larger space.
Currently, in most lift-top caravans, a hinge plate structure is used to support the roof in a front-to-back transverse support. When the top cover is lifted, the front, the back, the left, the right and the periphery of the top cover are all windward surfaces, and the transverse support hinge plate structure can only play a good transverse support role, so that the windward stress problem of the left and the right surfaces of the caravan can be solved. But the top cover is lack of support longitudinally, and the problem of windward stress on the front surface and the rear surface cannot be solved. Therefore, stability after the top cover is lifted up is insufficient.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a motor home and a jack-up car 100. Wherein the caravan includes a lift-top car 100. In addition, in order to realize the basic functions of the motor home, the motor home also needs to comprise a chassis, a driving system, a head, wheels and other parts.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the overhead traveling car 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a car body 110, a plate 120 and a door 130.
The carriage 110 is generally a sheet metal structure and has high mechanical strength, wherein the carriage 110 includes a side wall 111 and a top cover 113. The side wall 111 is annular, and the top cover 113 is covered on one end of the side wall 111, so that a cavity structure can be formed around the side wall 111. The main body of the box 110 is generally cubic, so the side wall 111 is also generally square and ring-shaped.
The top cover 113 is liftable and has a lifting state and a lowering state. Specifically, the top cover 113 and the side wall 111 may be connected by a lifting mechanism (not shown). The lifting mechanism can be a gas spring, a hydraulic rod and the like. In the raised state, the top cover 113 is suspended above the side wall 111, thereby effectively expanding the space in the compartment 110; in the lowered state, the top cover 113 covers the edge of the side wall 111, and the height of the carriage 110 is small.
Further, one end of the top cover 113 is connected to the side wall 111 by a hinge plate 115. Both ends of the hinge plate 115 are rotatably connected to the top cover 113 and the side wall 111, respectively, and when the top cover 113 is lifted, the hinge plate 115 is driven to rotate. Typically, the axis of rotation of the hinge plate 115 is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the car 110.
The sheet 120 may be a metal sheet, a wood sheet, or other composite sheet. The plate 120 may be flat or arc-shaped. At least two of the plates 120 are engaged with the side walls 111 to define a hollow structure (not shown). The hollow structure can be used as a specific working area such as a bathroom, a kitchen and the like of a motor home.
Further, the plate 120 has a multi-stage structure. Specifically, the plate 120 includes a bottom plate 121 and at least one rotating plate 123. The bottom plate 121 is rotatably connected to the rotation plate 123 and between the adjacent two rotation plates 123. The bottom plates 121 are fixed inside the carriage 110, and two adjacent bottom plates 121 can be fixedly connected through threaded fasteners. The rotating plate 123 may be turned over to be laminated with the bottom plate 121, turned over to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 121, and turned over to be in the same plane as the bottom plate 121.
Wherein the extending direction of the rotation axis of at least one plate 120 is different from the extending direction of the rotation axis of the hinge plate 115. The rotation axis of the plate 120 is the axis of rotation of the rotation plate 123 in the plate 120. The axis of rotation of the sheet 120 may be perpendicular to the axis of the hinge plate 115, or may be oblique.
In the present embodiment, the hinge is provided between the rotation plate 123 and the bottom plate 121, and between the adjacent two rotation plates 123. The hinge provides better support while allowing rotation, thereby facilitating the rotation of the rotation plate 123 to remain at a specific angle during rotation. It should be noted that the rotatable connection may also be realized by means of a spindle.
One of the plates 120 is provided with an access opening (not shown). Through the access opening, a driver can enter and exit the hollow structure. The door panel 130 may be the same shape and structure as the panel 120. Wherein, the door 130 is installed in the inlet and outlet for opening and closing the hollow structure. In particular, in the present embodiment, one side of the door panel 130 is mounted to an edge of the inlet and outlet by a hinge.
When the top cover 113 is in the raised state, the rotating plate 123 may be turned to abut against the inner surface of the top cover 113. The inner surface of the top cover 113 is a surface of the top cover 113 facing the inside of the compartment 110. At this time, the hollow structure forms a relatively airtight structure in cooperation with the plate 120, the sidewall 111 and the top cover 113. If the hollow structure is used as a bathroom of a motor home, light transmission and odor leakage can be effectively prevented. Thus, the toilet of the overhead traveling crane 100 has a good sealing performance.
Further, the end of the rotating plate 123 is detachably coupled to the end of the top cover 113 remote from the hinge plate 115.
Specifically, the end of the rotating plate 123 may be provided with a structure such as a buckle, a slot, a stud, etc., and the end of the top cover 113 away from the hinge plate 115 may be provided with a structure such as a matched buckle, a bump, a screw, etc. When the top cover 113 is in the lifted state, and the rotating plate 123 can be turned to abut against the inner surface of the top cover 113, the end of the rotating plate 123 can be connected with the top cover 113.
At this time, both ends of the top cover 113 are supported by the hinge plate 115 and the plate 120, respectively. Also, since the extension direction of the rotation axis of at least one of the plates 120 is different from the extension direction of the rotation axis of the hinge plate 115. Therefore, when the top cover is subjected to an external force, at least one of the plates 120 has a direction of rotation that is different from the direction of rotation that the hinge plate 115 has. Moreover, the sheet 120 and the hinge plate 115 may also be interrelated to limit the tendency of each other to rotate. Therefore, the hinge plate 115 cooperates with the plate 120 to support the top cover 113 from different directions, so that the stability of the top cover 113 is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, when the top cover 113 is to be switched to the lowering state, the end of the rotating plate 123 is separated from the top cover 113; the rotating plate 123 is turned inward or outward by 90 degrees or 180 degrees so that the plate 120 is folded and received in the compartment 110. Finally, the top cover 113 is lowered to abut the side wall 111. At this time, the height of the overhead traveling crane 100 is significantly reduced.
In this embodiment, the plates 120 are in a plate-like structure and two plates 120 are provided, and the bottom plates 121 of the two plates 120 are perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, the flat plate 120 occupies a smaller space, and the two perpendicular plates 120 can form a right-angle structure, so that the space layout in the carriage 110 is facilitated. Also, the two plates 120 of the right angle structure may be supported to each other, thereby improving the supporting strength of the top cover 113.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the carriage 110 is rectangular, and two plates 120 are disposed at corners of the side wall 111. At this time, the box 110 has a cubic shape, two adjacent sides of the sidewall 111 are vertical, and a corner is a joint between the two adjacent sides. Wherein, one side edge of the two plates 120 is vertically connected to two sides adjacent to the side wall 111, respectively. Thus, the hollow structure formed is also cube-shaped. The cube-shaped hollow structure facilitates placement within the compartment 110, thereby maximizing space savings within the compartment 110.
Further, in the present embodiment, the rotation axis of one of the plates 120 is parallel to the rotation axis of the hinge plate 115, and the rotation axis of the other plate 120 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the hinge plate 115.
At this time, one plate 120 may provide lateral support to one end of the top cover 113, and the other plate 120 may provide longitudinal support to one end of the top cover 113. Moreover, the two plates 120 may be involved in each other, thereby limiting the rotation of each other. Thus, the plate 120 can provide more stable support to the roof 113, and the stability of the overhead cabin 100 is further improved.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, more than two plates 120 may cooperate with the side wall 111 to form a hollow structure with a polygonal cross section. In addition, when the plate 120 may also have a circular arc shape, and a semi-cylindrical or quarter-cylindrical hollow structure may be formed by being fitted with the side wall 111.
In this embodiment, the carriage 110 further includes a flexible side wall 117, the flexible side wall 117 is annular and is disposed along the circumference of the top cover 113, and two ends of the flexible side wall 117 are respectively connected with the side wall 111 and the top cover 113.
In particular, the flexible side panels 117 may be curtains or plastic connectors of bellows construction. When the top cover 113 is switched between the raised and lowered top states, the flexible side wall 117 deforms accordingly, thereby ensuring that the compartment 110 remains closed regardless of the state of the top cover 113. On the other hand, the soft side wall 117 can further improve the tightness of the hollow structure.
In this embodiment, the plates 120 are of two-stage structure, and each plate 120 includes a rotating plate 123.
Therefore, only one rotation plate 123 is required to be operated when folding or unfolding the plate 120, so that the operation efficiency is higher. Furthermore, the two-stage structure is more stable than the three-stage or four-stage structure.
Further, in the present embodiment, the upper edge of the bottom plate 121 is flush with the upper edge of the side wall 111.
Accordingly, after the rotating plate 123 is turned over by 90 degrees, the plate 120 is prevented from partially protruding from the edge of the side wall 111, thereby facilitating the complete lowering of the top cover 113.
In this embodiment, the inlet and outlet extend from the bottom plate 121 to the rotating plate 123, the door plate 130 has a multi-stage structure, and includes a plurality of sub-plates 131 rotatably connected to each other, and the rotation axis of the sub-plates 131 overlaps with the rotation axis of the rotating plate 123.
Specifically, the inlet and outlet may be formed only on the bottom plate 121, and the door plate 130 is an integral plate structure. However, the limited length of the bottom plate 121 results in a low access height, which is inconvenient for the driver to get in and out.
Extending the access opening from the bottom plate 121 to the rotation plate 123 can effectively increase the height of the access opening, thereby facilitating access. Moreover, since the door panel 130 is also of a multi-stage structure, the rotation axis of the sub-panel 131 overlaps with the rotation axis of the rotation panel 123. Accordingly, the door panel 130 may be folded or unfolded along with the panel 120.
Further, in this embodiment, two adjacent sub-boards 131 are hinged by a hinge. In addition, two adjacent sub-boards 131 can be connected through a rotating shaft.
In the car as well as the jack-up carriage 100 thereof, in the jack-up state, the end of the rotating plate 123 can be detachably connected with the end of the top cover 113 away from the hinge plate 115. Accordingly, both ends of the top cover 113 are supported by the hinge plate 115 and the plate 120, respectively. Wherein the extending direction of the rotating shaft of at least one plate 120 is different from the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the hinge plate 110. That is, when the top cover 113 is subjected to an external force, at least one of the plates 120 has a direction of rotation tendency different from that of the hinge plate 115. Moreover, the sheet 120 and the hinge plate 115 may also be interrelated to limit the tendency of each other to rotate. The hinge plate 115 is matched with the plate 120, so that the top cover 115 can be supported from different directions, and the stability of the top cover 113 is effectively improved. Therefore, the car as a house and the jack-up car 100 thereof are excellent in stability.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
