step seven: and seventhly, carrying out fire burning treatment on the front surface of the natural stone plate (2) bonded on the combined cutting plate by using a flame ejector, forming a fire burning surface on the front surface of the natural stone plate (2) to obtain the single-side fire burning surface composite stone plate, wherein the fire burning treatment on the front surface of the natural stone plate (2) bonded on the combined cutting plate by using the flame ejector in the seventh step further comprises the following steps:
step 1: preparing a supporting column (4), wherein the shape and the size of the cross section of the supporting column (4) are matched with the shape and the size of the inner cavity of the honeycomb mesh of the metal honeycomb plate (1);
step 2: providing a cooling vessel (5), said cooling vessel (5) having a port with a size larger than the combined cutting board form factor;
and step 3: vertically placing the supporting columns (4) in the step 1 into the cooling container (5) in the step 2, horizontally placing the combined cutting board on the supporting columns (4), partially accommodating the supporting columns (4) into honeycomb holes of the metal honeycomb boards (1) on the combined cutting board, and putting a proper amount of water into the cooling container (5) to submerge the water below the back surface of the natural stone slab (2).

A method of manufacturing a composite stone panel with a single fired face as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: in the seventh step, the technological parameters of the flame ejector for carrying out the firing treatment on the front surface of the natural stone slab (2) are as follows: the flame temperature is 2000-2500 ℃, and the flame jet speed is 400-1000 m/s.

A method of manufacturing a composite stone panel with a single fired face as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the single-side fire-burned composite stone plate further comprises the step five of bonding the natural stone plate (2), the glass fiber cloth (3) and the metal honeycomb plate (1) into a stone composite plate, and before the stone composite plate is cut into two combined cutting plates in the step six, milling each side face of the stone composite plate by using a milling machine, and removing peripheral materials of the stone composite plate to enable the stone composite plate to have a regular outline.

A method of manufacturing a composite stone panel with a single fired face as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the milling process parameters of each side surface of the stone composition board by using the milling machine are as follows: the rotating speed of the main shaft is 220r/min, and the feeding amount is 2 mm/r.

The method of manufacturing a composite stone panel with a single fired face as claimed in claim 4, wherein: in the second step, the technological parameters for grinding the reverse side of the natural stone slab (2) are as follows: the CBN grinding wheel is arranged on the grinding machine, the diameter of the grinding wheel is phi 100mm, the linear velocity of the grinding wheel is 26m/s, and the feed rate is 20 mm/min.

A method of manufacturing a composite stone panel with a single fired face as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: in the first step, the technological parameters for grinding the front and back surfaces of the metal honeycomb plate (1) are as follows: a diamond grinding wheel is arranged on the grinding machine, the diameter of the grinding wheel is phi 100mm, the linear speed of the grinding wheel is 22m/s, and the feed rate is 10 mm/min.
