referring to fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, an efficient spraying device for medical disinfectant includes a box 1, a swing mechanism and a spraying mechanism; the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a roller 2, the roller 2 is provided with a locking device, and the right side of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a push rod, so that the box body is convenient to move, spray and fix; the swinging mechanism comprises a swinging rod 7 and a sprayer, the top of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 4, the section of the supporting plate 4 is L-shaped, an accommodating cavity is formed by the supporting plate 4 and the upper end face of the box body 1, the front and back symmetrical swinging rods 7 are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the left end of the swinging rod 7 is fixedly connected with the sprayer, the right end of the swinging rod 7 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 6, and the rotating shaft 6 is rotatably connected with the supporting plate 4 and the upper end face of the box body 1; the rotating shaft 6 is fixedly connected with a semicircular gear 8, the semicircular gear 8 is meshed with a rack plate 9, and the front end face and the rear end face of the rack plate 9 are provided with clamping teeth; the right side of the rack plate 9 is fixedly connected with a movable frame 10, the upper end of the movable frame 10 is embedded in the support plate 4, the support plate 4 is provided with a transverse sliding groove, the lower end of the movable frame 10 is embedded in an upper top plate of the box body 1, and the upper top plate of the box body 1 is provided with a transverse sliding groove; the left end of the movable frame 10 is fixedly connected with a sliding block, the sliding block is embedded in an upper top plate of the box body 1, and the upper top plate of the box body 1 is provided with a sliding groove matched with the sliding block; the movable frame 10 is an annular frame, a fixed column 11 is nested in the movable frame 10, the fixed column 11 is connected with the inner wall of the movable frame 10 in a sliding mode, the fixed column 11 is fixedly connected with a first eccentric wheel 12, the first eccentric wheel 12 is rotatably connected with a fixed plate 14 through a first driven shaft 13, and the fixed plate 14 is vertically and fixedly connected with the box body 1; the first driven shaft 13 is connected with a rotating shaft 16 through a first transmission belt 15, the rotating shaft 16 is rotatably connected with the fixing plate 14, the rotating shaft 16 is connected with a driving motor 18 through a coupler 17, and the driving motor 18 is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the box body 1 in a bolt fixing mode; the driving motor 18 is electrically connected with a motor switch 19 and a storage battery 20, the motor switch 19 is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the supporting plate 4, and the storage battery 20 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body 1; the driving motor 18 is started through the motor switch 19, the driving motor 18 drives the first eccentric wheel 12 to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the fixed column 11 performs circular motion, the movable frame 19 and the rack plate 9 are driven to transversely reciprocate, the oscillating rod 7 swings in a reciprocating mode, the disinfectant spraying range is enlarged, and disinfectant spraying efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the spraying mechanism includes a nozzle 5 and a piston cylinder 25, the nozzle 5 is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe 23 through a branch pipe 21 and a three-way valve 22, the branch pipe 21 is a rubber hose, the liquid outlet pipe 23 is communicated with the piston cylinder 25, a first one-way valve 24 is arranged at the communication position of the liquid outlet pipe 23 and the piston cylinder 25, and the first one-way valve 24 prevents liquid medicine from flowing back to the piston cylinder 25; the lower end of the piston cylinder 25 is communicated with a liquid storage tank 28 through a liquid pumping pipe 26, a second one-way valve 27 is arranged at the communication position of the liquid pumping pipe 26 and the piston cylinder 25, the second one-way valve 27 prevents liquid medicine from flowing back to the liquid storage tank 28, the liquid storage tank 28 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body 1, and disinfectant is filled in the liquid storage tank 28; nested piston disc 29 in the piston section of thick bamboo 25, piston disc 29 is connected with piston rod 30, piston rod 30 articulates there is the connecting rod 31, connecting rod 31 articulates there is second eccentric wheel 32, second eccentric wheel 32 passes through second driven shaft 33 and is connected with the inner wall rotation of box 1, second driven shaft 33 passes through second driving belt 34 and is connected with pivot 16, pivot 16 passes through second driving belt 34 and drives second driven shaft 33 and second eccentric wheel 32 rotation, second eccentric wheel 32 passes through connecting rod 31 and drives piston rod 30 and piston disc 29 horizontal reciprocating motion, piston section of thick bamboo 25 extracts the antiseptic solution in the liquid reserve tank 28 and carries to shower nozzle 5 blowout through drain pipe 23 and branch pipe 21 through liquid suction pipe 26.

Claims (7)
1. A medical disinfectant high-efficiency spraying device comprises a box body (1), a swinging mechanism and a spraying mechanism; the device is characterized in that rollers (2) are arranged at the bottom of the box body (1), and a push rod (3) is fixedly connected to the right side of the box body (1); the swinging mechanism comprises a swinging rod (7) and a spray head (5), the top of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with a supporting plate (4), an accommodating cavity is formed between the supporting plate (4) and the upper end face of the box body (1), the accommodating cavity is internally provided with the swinging rod (7) which is symmetrical in the front and back direction, the spray head (5) is fixedly connected to the left end of the swinging rod (7), and the rotating shaft (6) is fixedly connected to the right end of the swinging rod (7); the rotary shaft (6) is fixedly connected with a semicircular gear (8), the semicircular gear (8) is meshed with a rack plate (9), and the front end face and the rear end face of the rack plate (9) are provided with clamping teeth; a movable frame (10) is fixedly connected to the right side of the rack plate (9); the movable frame (10) is an annular frame, a fixed column (11) is nested in the movable frame (10), the fixed column (11) is fixedly connected with a first eccentric wheel (12), and the first eccentric wheel (12) is rotatably connected with a fixed plate (14) through a first driven shaft (13); the first driven shaft (13) is connected with a rotating shaft (16) through a first transmission belt (15), the rotating shaft (16) is rotatably connected with the fixed plate (14), and the rotating shaft (16) is connected with a driving motor (18) through a coupler (17); the driving motor (18) is electrically connected with a motor switch (19) and a storage battery (20), and the motor switch (19) is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the supporting plate (4); the spraying mechanism comprises a spray head (5) and a piston cylinder (25), the spray head (5) is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe (23) through a branch pipe (21) and a three-way valve (22), the branch pipe (21) is a rubber hose, the liquid outlet pipe (23) is communicated with the piston cylinder (25), and a first one-way valve (24) is arranged at the communication position of the liquid outlet pipe (23) and the piston cylinder (25); the lower end of the piston cylinder (25) is communicated with a liquid storage tank (28) through a liquid pumping pipe (26), a second one-way valve (27) is arranged at the communication position of the liquid pumping pipe (26) and the piston cylinder (25), the liquid storage tank (28) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body (1), and disinfectant is filled in the liquid storage tank (28); a piston disc (29) is nested in the piston cylinder (25), the piston disc (29) is connected with a piston rod (30), the piston rod (30) is hinged with a connecting rod (31), the connecting rod (31) is hinged with a second eccentric wheel (32), the second eccentric wheel (32) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the box body (1) through a second driven shaft (33), and the second driven shaft (33) is connected with the rotating shaft (16) through a second transmission belt (34).

The efficient spraying device for medical disinfectant according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of the movable frame (10) is nested in the support plate (4), the support plate (4) is provided with a transverse sliding groove, the lower end of the movable frame (10) is nested in the upper top plate of the box body (1), and the upper top plate of the box body (1) is provided with a transverse sliding groove.
