本发明公开了一种纳米铂‑银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂‑银共掺杂粉(5~25份)、纳米铈‑铝共掺杂氧化锌粉(5~25份)、丙烯酸树脂(10~25份)、硅丙树脂(10~25份)、水(10~30份)和助剂(5~25份),搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。本发明制备工艺简单,纳米铂‑银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃储能传热效率高,抗老化能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性涂料领域,尤其涉及一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前太阳能的利用主要是利用太阳能辐射通过层压入太阳能电池,通过光线透过率产生电能。热伏玻璃是一种透光率高的新材料科技产品,通过把太阳光辐射阻隔在玻璃上面,这样太阳能辐射形成的能量转化为热能,热能传导到特种金属线上,通过逆变的形式进入蓄电池中形成电能。
本发明旨在提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法。
一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉5~25份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉5~25份、丙烯酸树脂10~25份、硅丙树脂10~25份、水10~30份和助剂5~25份,搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
通过铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌将太阳光阻隔在玻璃上面,太阳光辐射产生的能量转化为热能积攒在合成物中,热能通过铂-银共掺杂粉传导到特种金属线上,通过逆变的形式进入蓄电池中形成电能。
本发明合成物对玻璃具有良好的附着力,铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌对太阳光有较强的阻挡能力,使玻璃积攒较多太阳光辐射产生的热能,热能经传热性能良好的铂-银共掺杂粉传递,传递效率高;另外,本发明合成物由于本身具有较强的储能传热能力,长期在太阳光照射下性质稳定,抗老化能力强。
优选的,步骤S3夹胶材料采用PVB或EVA。
PVB与EVB对玻璃以及本发明合成物具有较强的粘合能力,制得的热伏玻璃结构稳定。
优选的,步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜中进行。
自干或烘干后的合成物与玻璃的附着力最强。
优选的,步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。
优选的,所述助剂包括分散剂、附着力促进剂、消泡剂中的至少一种。
分散剂有助于合成物中各组分的分散,尤其是纳米铂-银共掺杂粉和纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉的分散,从而加强热伏玻璃整体的储能传热性能。
附着力促进剂有助于提高合成物与玻璃、胶层的附着力,提高热伏玻璃的结构稳定性。
消泡剂消除合成物中的气泡,防止合成物自干或烘干之后存在气泡,避免热伏玻璃的储能传热性能受影响。
本发明纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃应用于建筑物窗户。

本实施例提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉5份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉5份、丙烯酸树脂10份、硅丙树脂10份、水10和分散剂5份,搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
步骤S3夹胶材料采用PVB。
步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜进行。
步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。

本实施例提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉25份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉25份、丙烯酸树脂25份、硅丙树脂25份、水30份和附着力促进剂25份,搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
步骤S3夹胶材料采用EVA。
步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜进行。
步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。

本实施例提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉15份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉15份、丙烯酸树脂17份、硅丙树脂18份、水20份和消泡剂15份,搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃进行自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
步骤S3夹胶材料采用EVA。
步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜中进行。
步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉15份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉15份、丙烯酸树脂17份、硅丙树脂18份、水20份、消泡剂15份、分散剂5份和附着力促进剂5份,搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
步骤S3夹胶材料采用EVA。
步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜温中进行。
步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。

1.一种纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入以下重量份数的纳米铂-银共掺杂粉5~25份、纳米铈-铝共掺杂氧化锌粉5~25份、丙烯酸树脂10~25份、硅丙树脂10~25份、水10~30份和助剂5~25份搅拌后得到液体状的合成物;
S2、将S1得到的合成物淋涂到玻璃表面自干或烘干;
S3、将步骤S2自干或烘干后的玻璃在压力反应釜中进行夹胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3夹胶材料采用PVB或EVA。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3夹胶时在压力反应釜中进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中玻璃进行自干或烘干。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂包括分散剂、附着力促进剂、消泡剂中的至少一种。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项权利要求所述制备方法制成的纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃的应用,其特征在于,所述纳米铂-银共掺杂夹胶热伏玻璃应用于建筑物窗户。
