Abstract
本发明公开了一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,包括净化器壳体、过滤器、栅格架、包裹网、活性炭层、紫外线杀菌灯和导流通道,所述净化器壳体底部前侧安装有风机罩壳一和风机罩壳二,风机罩壳一和风机罩壳二内部均安装有风扇,所述风机罩壳一前侧设有空气入口一,风机罩壳一顶部设有进气通道一;本发明采用双风机对称安装,增加该空气净化器的吸风能力,提高其净化效率,并且在其内部采用蛇形导流通道并安装有过滤器和滤芯以及紫外线杀菌灯,延长空气净化路径的同时,特对其进行过滤、净化以及杀菌处理,使得出气口排出洁净空气,提高对办公室内空气的净化效果,超波款设计,不占用较大空间,便于安放。

技术领域
本发明涉及办公设备技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇;空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。尤其是现有的办公室内空气流通效果差,需要对办公室内的空气进行净化,保证人们长期工作的健康。
现有的空气净化器具有较为苛刻的存放条件,体积太大,尤其是厚度太大都不适合办公室内放置,与此同时,目前的空气净化器都为单风机驱动,吸力小,单位时间内净化的空气量有限,导致其在办公室内的净化效果并不明显,而且空气净化器的放置一般情况下需要保持正放,其内部的空气净化路径有限,直进直出的净化通道导致净化路径过短,无法保证空气的充分净化,并且其过滤、净化以及杀菌效果有限,无法满足办公室内的安装使用。
因此,鉴于所述空气净化器的不足,有必要设计一种新的空气净化器以解决现有空气净化器进气不足以及净化效果差的问题,在缩小厚度的情况下,更方便安装。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,包括净化器壳体、过滤器、栅格架、包裹网、活性炭层、紫外线杀菌灯和导流通道,所述净化器壳体底部前侧安装有风机罩壳一和风机罩壳二,风机罩壳一和风机罩壳二内部均安装有风扇,所述风机罩壳一前侧设有空气入口一,风机罩壳一顶部设有进气通道一,所述风机罩壳二前侧设有空气入口二,风机罩壳二顶部设有进气通道二;所述过滤器上部的净化器壳体内安装有导流板一,导流板一上方的的净化器壳体内安装有导流板二,导流板一和导流板二之间安装有净化滤芯框架,净化滤芯框架内自前至后依次设置有栅格架、包裹网、活性炭层、包裹网和栅格架,净化器壳体内部形成蛇形的导流通道;所述导流板二顶部的净化器壳体内设为杀菌腔,杀菌腔内安装有紫外线杀菌灯,所述杀菌腔后侧与导流通道连通,杀菌腔前侧的净化器壳体上开设有若干出气口。
进一步,所述风机罩壳一和风机罩壳二对称安装,进气通道二和进气通道一上端穿过连通分隔板与过滤器连通,过滤器为过滤网。
进一步,所述导流板一前侧设有预留口,导流板二后侧设有预留口。
进一步,所述净化器壳体的外壁设置有触摸显示屏,触摸显示屏电性连接控制电路板,控制电路板安装在净化器壳体内部,净化器壳体与风扇连接,所述紫外线杀菌灯连接控制电路板。
进一步,所述净化器壳体内于风扇底部外壁上设置有空气检测模块,空气检测模块电性连接触摸显示屏。
进一步,所述栅格架为净化滤芯框架加尼龙网制成,所述包裹网为负离子过滤网,负离子过滤网设置为蜂窝状,负离子过滤网采用远红外负离子球、除甲醛、活性炭颗粒及催化分子球吸附剂材料合成。
进一步,所述空气入口一和空气入口二处设置有保护网,出气口、处设有防尘网。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用双风机对称安装,增加该空气净化器的吸风能力,提高其净化效率,并且在其内部采用蛇形导流通道并安装有过滤器和滤芯以及紫外线杀菌灯,延长空气净化路径的同时,特对其进行过滤、净化以及杀菌处理,使得出气口排出洁净空气,提高对办公室内空气的净化效果,超波款设计,不占用较大空间,便于安放。

参见图1-3,一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,包括净化器壳体1、过滤器10、栅格架12、包裹网13、活性炭层14、紫外线杀菌灯17和导流通道20,所述净化器壳体1底部前侧安装有风机罩壳一2和风机罩壳二6,风机罩壳一2和风机罩壳二6对称安装,风机罩壳一2和风机罩壳二6内部均安装有风扇3,所述风机罩壳一2前侧设有空气入口一4,风机罩壳一2顶部设有进气通道一5,进气通道一5上端穿过连通分隔板9与过滤器10连通,所述风机罩壳二6前侧设有空气入口二7,风机罩壳二6顶部设有进气通道二8,进气通道二8上端穿过连通分隔板9与过滤器10连通,所述过滤器10为过滤网。
所述过滤器10上部的净化器壳体1内安装有导流板一15,导流板一15前侧设有预留口,导流板一15上方的的净化器壳体1内安装有导流板二16,导流板二16后侧设有预留口,导流板一15和导流板二16之间安装有净化滤芯框架11,净化滤芯框架11内自前至后依次设置有栅格架12、包裹网13、活性炭层14、包裹网13和栅格架12,净化器壳体1内部形成蛇形的导流通道20。
所述导流板二16顶部的净化器壳体1内设为杀菌腔19,杀菌腔19内安装有紫外线杀菌灯17,所述杀菌腔19后侧与导流通道20连通,杀菌腔19前侧的净化器壳体1上开设有若干出气口18。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述净化器壳体1的外壁设置有触摸显示屏,触摸显示屏电性连接控制电路板,控制电路板安装在净化器壳体1内部,净化器壳体1与风扇3连接,所述紫外线杀菌灯17连接控制电路板。
优选的,在本实施例中,净化器壳体1内于风扇3底部外壁上设置有空气检测模块,空气检测模块电性连接触摸显示屏。
优选的,在本实施例中,栅格架12为净化滤芯框架11加尼龙网制成,所述包裹网13为负离子过滤网,负离子过滤网设置为蜂窝状,负离子过滤网采用远红外负离子球、除甲醛、活性炭颗粒及催化分子球吸附剂材料合成。
优选的,在本实施例中,空气入口一4和空气入口二7处设置有保护网,出气口18、处设有防尘网。

1.一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,包括净化器壳体(1)、过滤器(10)、栅格架(12)、包裹网(13)、活性炭层(14)、紫外线杀菌灯(17)和导流通道(20),其特征在于,所述净化器壳体(1)底部前侧安装有风机罩壳一(2)和风机罩壳二(6),风机罩壳一(2)和风机罩壳二(6)内部均安装有风扇(3),所述风机罩壳一(2)前侧设有空气入口一(4),风机罩壳一(2)顶部设有进气通道一(5),所述风机罩壳二(6)前侧设有空气入口二(7),风机罩壳二(6)顶部设有进气通道二(8);所述过滤器(10)上部的净化器壳体(1)内安装有导流板一(15),导流板一(15)上方的的净化器壳体(1)内安装有导流板二(16),导流板一(15)和导流板二(16)之间安装有净化滤芯框架(11),净化滤芯框架(11)内自前至后依次设置有栅格架(12)、包裹网(13)、活性炭层(14)、包裹网(13)和栅格架(12),净化器壳体(1)内部形成蛇形的导流通道(20);所述导流板二(16)顶部的净化器壳体(1)内设为杀菌腔(19),杀菌腔(19)内安装有紫外线杀菌灯(17),所述杀菌腔(19)后侧与导流通道(20)连通,杀菌腔(19)前侧的净化器壳体(1)上开设有若干出气口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述风机罩壳一(2)和风机罩壳二(6)对称安装,进气通道二(8)和进气通道一(5)上端穿过连通分隔板(9)与过滤器(10)连通,过滤器(10)为过滤网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述导流板一(15)前侧设有预留口,导流板二(16)后侧设有预留口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化器壳体(1)的外壁设置有触摸显示屏,触摸显示屏电性连接控制电路板,控制电路板安装在净化器壳体(1)内部,净化器壳体(1)与风扇(3)连接,所述紫外线杀菌灯(17)连接控制电路板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化器壳体(1)内于风扇(3)底部外壁上设置有空气检测模块,空气检测模块电性连接触摸显示屏。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述栅格架(12)为净化滤芯框架(11)加尼龙网制成,所述包裹网(13)为负离子过滤网,负离子过滤网设置为蜂窝状,负离子过滤网采用远红外负离子球、除甲醛、活性炭颗粒及催化分子球吸附剂材料合成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种办公用超薄型双风机空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气入口一(4)和空气入口二(7)处设置有保护网,出气口(18)、处设有防尘网。
