背景技术
到目前为止,国内外建筑工程中使用的泵送防冻剂都是以减水组合,再复合早强组分、防冻组分和引气组分配制而成。其中减水组分包括萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 ( 萘系高效减水剂 )、磺化三聚氰胺甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐 ;早期组分包括硫酸盐、碳酸盐、硝酸盐等,其中多数为钠盐 ;防冻组分中有亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氯盐、尿素和氨水等。氯盐会对钢筋锈蚀,影响建筑使用寿命 ;尿素、氨水等释放刺激性气味,影响生活质量,亚硝酸盐有致癌作用,并易导致混凝土碱骨料反应,返碱等不良现象,影响建筑使用及外观质量。

上述的一种混凝土专用高性能型防冻剂,按照重量份有以下原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠占0.45份、聚丙烯酰胺占0.25份、PET水解液占9.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.75份、亚硝酸钠占0.65份、甲酸钙占1.1份、对三聚氰胺占0.4份、有机醇胺占0.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚占0.35份、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯占0.35份、硫代硫酸钠占0.75份、三萜皂甙占1.25份、氨基磺酸钠占1.9份、偶氮二甲酰胺占0.55份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.75份、木质素磺酸钠占0.6份、烷基磺酸钠占0.95份、二异丙醇胺占0.55份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠占0.7份、聚羧酸保坍剂占0.6份、烷基糖苷占0.65份和六偏磷酸钠占0.6份。

1.一种混凝土专用高性能型防冻剂,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠占0.3-0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺占0.1-0.4份、PET水解液占7-12份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.5-1份、亚硝酸钠占0.4-0.9份、甲酸钙占0.7-1.5份、对三聚氰胺占0.2-0.6份、有机醇胺占0.3-0.7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚占0.2-0.5份、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯占0.1-0.6份、硫代硫酸钠占0.5-1份、三萜皂甙占0.5-2份、氨基磺酸钠占0.8-3份、偶氮二甲酰胺占0.3-0.8份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.6-0.9份、木质素磺酸钠占0.4-0.8份、烷基磺酸钠占0.7-1.2份、二异丙醇胺0.3-0.8份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠占0.4-1份、聚羧酸保坍剂占0.4-0.8份、烷基糖苷占0.4-0.9份和六偏磷酸钠占0.3-0.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土专用高性能型防冻剂,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠占0.3-0.5份、聚丙烯酰胺占0.1-0.3份、PET水解液占7-11份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.5-0.9份、亚硝酸钠占0.4-0.8份、甲酸钙占0.7-1.4份、对三聚氰胺占0.2-0.5份、有机醇胺占0.3-0.6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚占0.2-0.4份、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯占0.1-0.5份、硫代硫酸钠占0.5-0.9份、三萜皂甙占0.5-1.9份、氨基磺酸钠占0.8-2.9份、偶氮二甲酰胺占0.3-0.7份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.6-0.8份、木质素磺酸钠占0.4-0.7份、烷基磺酸钠占0.7-1.1份、二异丙醇胺占0.3-0.7份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠占0.4-0.9份、聚羧酸保坍剂占0.4-0.7份、烷基糖苷占0.4-0.8份和六偏磷酸钠占0.3-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土专用高性能型防冻剂,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠占0.4-0.5份、聚丙烯酰胺占0.2-0.3份、PET水解液占8-11份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.6-0.9份、亚硝酸钠占0.5-0.8份、甲酸钙占0.8-1.4份、对三聚氰胺占0.3-0.5份、有机醇胺占0.4-0.6份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚占0.3-0.4份、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯占0.2-0.5份、硫代硫酸钠占0.6-0.9份、三萜皂甙占0.6-1.9份、氨基磺酸钠占0.9-2.9份、偶氮二甲酰胺占0.4-0.7份、羧甲基纤维素钠占0.7-0.8份、木质素磺酸钠占0.5-0.7份、烷基磺酸钠占0.8-1.1份、二异丙醇胺占0.4-0.7份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠占0.5-0.9份、聚羧酸保坍剂占0.5-0.7份、烷基糖苷占0.5-0.8份和六偏磷酸钠占0.4-0.8份。
