背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。随着现在社会生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的制作要求逐渐增加,使得面料本身具有的功能需求量越来愈多,传统的普通面料由于材料单一,因此只具备单一的功能,虽然材质轻便,但是耐磨性和抗拉扯性较差,此外保暖性较差,从而已经无法满足出行的人们,对于长期出差的人们而言,尤其需要保暖效果好且轻便面料制作的衣服。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出传统的普通面料由于材料单一,只具备单一的功能,耐磨性和抗拉扯性较差,保暖性较差的问题。

最里层设置有贴肤棉层,使得该面料与人体进行接触时,贴肤棉层减少了人体的不适感,从而提高该面料的使用的舒适度,同时利用贴肤棉层良好的吸汗性,使得该复合型面料在保暖的同时也能及时吸取汗液,保持了用户皮肤的干爽;
毛绒层是由鹅毛制成,鹅毛体积较轻,且保暖性较好,从而使得该面料具有良好的保温效果,同时毛绒层是胶涂在聚氨酯层的上方,利用聚氨酯层的粘着力有效的避免了毛绒层流失或跑绒的现象,同时该面料在清洗时,毛绒层也不会变形,提高了该面料保温性能的使用寿命;
此外该面料的最上方设置有防水层和牛津布层,牛津布层有良好的耐磨性能和抗风性,并且防水层进一步的阻挡水侵入面料的内部,提高了整体的防水性能。

工作原理:在制作该复合性面料时,首先将贴肤棉层2放在最下面,并且在上方粘贴有基层布3,使得两者热压成型之后,在基层布3的上方涂抹一层聚氨酯层4,之后将毛绒层5与聚氨酯层4贴合,基层布3上方的防滑区13提高了与聚氨酯层4之间的沾着力,再将防护布6粘贴在毛绒层5的上面,之后保温层7放置在防护布6的上方,并且防水层8放置在保温层7的上方,再次对其进行热压,将牛津布层9放置在防水层8的上方,并且限位凸块17与固定凹槽18刚好处于吻合的状态,此时利用缝纫线22对防水层8和牛津布层9进行缝制,并且缝纫线22在的上表面呈对称状设置有4道,直至缝制完毕之后,该面料制作完毕;
贴肤棉层2为最里层,牛津布层9为最外层,在该面料在风雨天进行使用时,牛津布层9对风进行阻挡,并且牛津布层9起到一定的防水效果,即使水侵入牛津布层9的内部,随后防水层8有效的将水进行阻挡,避免水进入防水层8的内部,从而保证了该面料的干燥;
当该面料受到拉扯力后,基层布3的经纱线10和纬纱线11受到拉扯力而分来,其弹性橡筋16受到拉力而张开,并且纵向加强条14和横向加强条15随之变形,并且纵向加强条14和横向加强条15提高了基层布3的反向拉扯力,从而提高了稳定性,同时在弹性橡筋16的弹性作用下,有助于快速回弹,避免面料受到拉扯力后而变形的情况;
当人体带有静电时,人体用手摸到该面料时,人体的静电通过第一金丝线20与第二金丝线21传输给金箔片19,避免了冬日里人与布料摩擦产生静电的窘状,从而该面料有效的起到防静电的作用,以上设计增加了整体的实用性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,包括面料本体(1)、弹性橡筋(16)和金箔片(19),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)由贴肤棉层(2)、基层布(3)、聚氨酯层(4)、毛绒层(5)、防护布(6)、保温层(7)、防水层(8)和牛津布层(9)构成,且贴肤棉层(2)的上方连接有基层布(3),同时基层布(3)的上方胶涂有聚氨酯层(4),所述聚氨酯层(4)的上方涂抹有毛绒层(5),所述毛绒层(5)的上方覆盖有防护布(6),所述防护布(6)的上方连接有保温层(7),且保温层(7)通过上方的防水层(8)与牛津布层(9)相互连接,所述基层布(3)是由经纱线(10)和纬纱线(11)相互编织而成,且基层布(3)的两侧设置有防护边条(12),所述基层布(3)上表面的中间位置设置有防滑区(13),且防滑区(13)的两侧均连接有纵向加强条(14),所述纵向加强条(14)通过一侧的横向加强条(15)与防护边条(12)相互连接,所述弹性橡筋(16)的上下两侧均连接有横向加强条(15),所述防水层(8)的上方设置有固定凹槽(18),所述牛津布层(9)通过下方的限位凸块(17)与固定凹槽(18)相互连接,且牛津布层(9)与防水层(8)通过缝纫线(22)相互连接,所述金箔片(19)位于第一金丝线(20)和第二金丝线(21)相交处,且第一金丝线(20)和第二金丝线(21)均位于保温层(7)的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯层(4)与毛绒层(5)为粘连,且毛绒层(5)与防护布(6)为粘连,并且毛绒层(5)是由鹅毛制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述经纱线(10)与纬纱线(11)为相同宽度的结构,且每组经纱线(10)和纬纱线(11)相互交叉编织,同时每组数量为2个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述横向加强条(15)在基层布(3)的表面呈对称状设置有2组,且每组均呈等间距排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述弹性橡筋(16)在基层布(3)的表面呈交叉状排列,且弹性橡筋(16)分别与防护边条(12)、纵向加强条(14)和横向加强条(15)缝制连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述限位凸块(17)和固定凹槽(18)分别呈等间距排列,且两者吻合连接,同时两者均由锦纶纺织编织而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述缝纫线(22)关于牛津布层(9)的中心线对称设置有2组,且每组有2个,同时牛津布层(9)与防水层(8)为宽度相同的结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖性好且轻薄耐磨的复合型面料,其特征在于:所述第一金丝线(20)和第二金丝线(21)均呈等间距排列在保温层(7)的上表面,且两者呈垂直排列,同时两者与金箔片(19)焊接。
