Abstract
本发明公开了一种柠檬切片装置，包括有底座，在底座上设置有转轴，其特征在于：所述转轴上设置有推送机构和切断机构，在推送机构和切断机构之间由磁铁联动装置联动，本发明的食品加工领域内的柠檬切片工具能对柠檬进行快速的切片工作，同时提升了工作效率，且切片效果明显，且结构简单，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域，具体为一种柠檬切片装置。
背景技术
食品加工，对食品进行加工，但现有的食品加工领域内的柠檬切片工具不能对柠檬进行快速的切片工作，同时降低了工作效率，且切片效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柠檬切片装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种柠檬切片装置，包括有底座，在底座上设置有转轴，其特征在于：所述转轴上设置有推送机构和切断机构，在推送机构和切断机构之间由磁铁联动装置联动。
如上所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述推送机构包括有设置在转轴外壁的弧形推送座，在弧形推送座内设置有弧形推动块，所述弧形推动块上表面设置有弧形凸块，所述弧形推动块上表面设置有弧形轨道，所述弧形凸块和弧形轨道配合，在弧形推动块前端设置有柠檬放置槽，所述柠檬放置槽外壁竖向均布有多个通槽，在弧形推动块尾端设置有限位块。
如上所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述切断机构包括有套设在转轴外的转动套，在转动套外壁设置有切断推块，所述切断推块前壁面由上至下均布有多块切断刀片，所述多块切断刀片和多个通槽配合，在切断推块一旁设置有拉动把手。
如上所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述磁铁联动装置包括有设置在切断推块后端的第一磁铁块，设置在限位块外壁面的第二磁铁块。
如上所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述推送机构出口处下方的底座上设置有柠檬放置桶。
如上所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述柠檬放置槽上方的弧形推送座设置有柠檬储存桶。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明的食品加工领域内的柠檬切片工具能对柠檬进行快速的切片工作，同时提升了工作效率，且切片效果明显，且结构简单，使用方便。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：
一种柠檬切片装置，包括有底座1，在底座1上设置有转轴2，所述转轴2上设置有推送机构3和切断机构5，在推送机构3和切断机构5之间由磁铁联动装置4联动，工作时，通过推送机构3将切块后的柠檬片推出，同时还起到放置待加工柠檬的作用。
本发明所述推送机构3包括有设置在转轴2外壁的弧形推送座31，在弧形推送座31内设置有弧形推动块33，所述弧形推动块33上表面设置有弧形凸块35，所述弧形推动块33上表面设置有弧形轨道34，所述弧形凸块35和弧形轨道34配合，在弧形推动块33前端设置有柠檬放置槽36，所述柠檬放置槽36外壁竖向均布有多个通槽37，在弧形推动块33尾端设置有限位块38，工作时通过限位块38防止弧形推动块33完全脱落。
本发明所述切断机构5包括有套设在转轴2外的转动套51，在转动套51外壁设置有切断推块52，所述切断推块52前壁面由上至下均布有多块切断刀片53，所述多块切断刀片53和多个通槽37配合，在切断推块52一旁设置有拉动把手54，工作时，通过拉动把手54 拉动切断推块52旋转，同时多块切断刀片53插入多个通槽37内进行配合。
本发明所述磁铁联动装置4包括有设置在切断推块52后端的第一磁铁块42，设置在限位块38外壁面的第二磁铁块41，工作时第一磁铁块42和第二磁铁块41配合带动推送机构3运动，在推送机构3 到限位块位置时就停止运动。
本发明所述推送机构3出口处下方的底座1上设置有柠檬放置桶 6，工作时柠檬放置桶6内能放置大量柠檬片。
本发明所述柠檬放置槽36上方的弧形推送座31设置有柠檬储存桶7，工作时柠檬储存桶7内能存放大量被切片的柠檬。

1.一种柠檬切片装置，包括有底座（1），在底座（1）上设置有转轴（2），其特征在于：所述转轴（2）上设置有推送机构（3）和切断机构（5），在推送机构（3）和切断机构（5）之间由磁铁联动装置（4）联动，所述推送机构（3）包括有设置在转轴（2）外壁的弧形推送座（31），在弧形推送座（31）内设置有弧形推动块（33），所述弧形推动块（33）上表面设置有弧形凸块（35），所述弧形推动块（33）上表面设置有弧形轨道（34），所述弧形凸块（35）和弧形轨道（34）配合，在弧形推动块（33）前端设置有柠檬放置槽（36），所述柠檬放置槽（36）外壁竖向均布有多个通槽（37），在弧形推动块（33）尾端设置有限位块（38），所述切断机构（5）包括有套设在转轴（2）外的转动套（51），在转动套（51）外壁设置有切断推块（52），所述切断推块（52）前壁面由上至下均布有多块切断刀片（53），所述多块切断刀片（53）和多个通槽（37）配合，在切断推块（52）一旁设置有拉动把手（54），所述磁铁联动装置（4）包括有设置在切断推块（52）后端的第一磁铁块（42），设置在限位块（38）外壁面的第二磁铁块（41），所述柠檬放置槽（36）上方的弧形推送座（31）设置有柠檬储存桶（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柠檬切片装置，其特征在于所述推送机构（3）出口处下方的底座（1）上设置有柠檬放置桶（6）。
