Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,包括控制主机以及分别与所述控制主机连接的3D打印训练模块、互动体验模块、3D沙画设计模块和作品展示模块;所述3D打印训练模块设有若干3D打印设备;所述互动体验模块设有若干用于视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉以及触觉训练的多感官训练设备;所述3D沙画设计模块设有沙画平台、投影仪以及多功能显示屏;所述作品展示模块设有若干平板电脑Ⅰ。本发明通过基于3D打印技术的综合康复训练系统,帮助脑瘫、自闭症儿童摆脱社会交往障碍、言语发展障碍、语言沟通能力缺陷等障碍的困扰,实现潜能开发、适应能力增加、理解力和思考力提高,从而进一步提高儿童的社会认同感和社会生活能力。

一种基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及医疗康复技术领域,特别涉及一种基于邪打印技术的多感官训练系 统。
背景技术
[0002] 脑瘫和自闭症儿童综合康复训练一直是社会所关注的焦点问题,然而目前针对脑 瘫和自闭症儿童的综合康复训练才刚刚起步,没有形成一定的规模;且社会上主要的训练 形式单一、标准不统一,多以一些彩光灯、儿童玩具以及相关老师的教育为主,没有形成一 套完善的多感官训练体系,因而训练效果也不理想。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其 特征在于,包括控制主机以及分别与所述控制主机连接的3D打印训练模块、互动体验模块、 3D沙画设计模块和作品展示模块;
[0004]所述3D打印训练模块设有若干3D打印设备,所述3D打印设备与控制主机连接;
[0005] 所述互动体验模块设有若干用于视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉以及触觉训练的多感官训 练设备,所述多感官训练设备分别与控制主机和3D打印设备连接;
[0006] 所述3D沙画设计模块设有沙画平台、投影仪以及多功能显示屏,所述投影伩设置 在沙画平台下方并与多功能显示屏连接,所述多功能显示屏与3D打印设备连接;
[0007] 所述作品展示模块设有若干平板电脑I,所述平板电脑I与控制主机连接。
[0008] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述3D打印设备包括儿童训练机以及食品3D打 印机。
[0009] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述3D打印训练模块还包括用于3D打印设备的 工具箱,所述工具箱内设有开□扳手、镊子、内六角扳手、斜□钳、3D打印专用胶带纸、3D打 印专用喷头以及特氟龙管。

[0015]本发明通过建设基于3D打印的脑瘫、自闭症儿童综合康复训练系统,逐步建立成 熟的康复体系,帮助自闭症儿童摆脱社会交往障碍、言语发展障碍、语言沟通能力缺陷等障 碍的困扰,实现潜能开发、适应能力增加、理解力和思考力提高,从而进一步提高脑瘫、自闭 症儿童的社会认同感和社会生活能力。

[0020] 如图1和图2所示,本实施例的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,包括控制主机 以及分别与控制主机连接的3D打印训练模块、互动体验模块、3D沙画设计模块和作品展示 模块。
[0021]控制主机是集数据接收、输出、统计等于一体的电脑设备,其功能可通过安装我公 司自主研发的软件实现。控制主机通过数据线或无线形式与各个模块连接,它能够将操作 者的指令转换为上述各个模块中执行设备可识别的指令,让执行设备进行下一步的动作; 同时也兼顾统计功能,将正常儿童以及自闭症、脑瘫儿童日常的训练过程及结果进行分类 存储,并为下一步的成长与发育测评做数据储备。
[0022] 3D打印训练模块设有若干与控制主机连接的3D打印设备以及用于上述3D打印设 备的工具箱。3D打印设备包括儿童训练机TC-3D-S2、儿童训练机TC-3DS2-02P以及食品3D打 印机TC-3DAnyFood,上述设备均为我公司自主研发生产的产品;当然,在实现相同功能的前 提下,也可采用市面上现有的产品。
[0023] 儿童训练机TC-3D-S2、儿童训练机TC-3DS2_02P均为FDM型多头3D打印机,支持在 线打印以及SD卡存储数据打印,支持的数据格式为X3G、STL、GC0DE、0BG、DAE、AMF、BMP、JPG、 JPEG、PNG、G等。
[0024]食品邪打印机TC-3DAnyF〇〇d是一款集巧克力、糖果、蔬菜、蛋糕、饼干等食品于一 体的多功能3D打印机,根据操作者不同的需求,提前将准备好的原材料放入打印机的存储 箱中,机器会根据操作者的选型打印出所需的食品。
[0025]工具箱是3D打印设备附带的检修、安装以及调试工具,内有开口扳手一套、口腔用 镊子、内六角扳手一套、斜口钳、3D打印专用胶带纸、3D打印专用喷头以及特氟龙管。
[0026]通过邪打印训练模块,受训儿童将自己的创意图形转换为3D打印设备可识别的打 印格式,经SD卡或者电脑直接联机的方式导入邪打印设备中,点击打印按钮即可开始打印。 打印完成后,取出打印实物,所得实物即为儿童想要得到的物品模型。 °
[0027]通过3D打印训练模块完成脑瘫、自闭症儿童第一阶段的初级训练,能够将儿童的 创意转化成实物,从而使其创造能力、动手能力、认知能力得到综合训练。
[0028] 互动体验模块设有若干用于视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉以及触觉训练的多感官训练设 备,包括辨识魔盒、多点触控教学一体机、平板电脑n、3D打印笔以及VR虚拟机。其中,辨识 魔盒分别与控制主机和平板电脑n连接,多点触控教学一体机分别与控制主机、投影仪以 及平板电脑n连接,VR虚拟机与3D打印设备连接。
[0029] 辨识魔盒包括多种气味不同的香料盒,香料盒在控制主机或平板电脑n的控制下 与认知游戏训练软件结合进行开启传送香料气味,同时辨识魔盒中的音响播放动物及自然 界存在的声音,让受训儿童辨识不同的声音;通过辨识魔盒完成脑瘫、自闭症儿童的嗅觉、 味觉与听觉训练。辨识魔盒为我公司自主研发生产的TS-XKMH-02型辨识魔盒;当然,在实现 相同功能的前提下,也可采用市面上现有的产品。
[0030] 多点触控教学一体机为教学、影音播放、多点触控用的显示设备,通过该设备完成 脑瘫、自闭症儿童的视觉与听觉训练。该设备为我公司自主研发生产的TS-XKDD-1P7S型多 点触控教学一体机;当然,在实现相同功能的前提下,也可采用市面上现有的产品。
[0031] 平板电脑II为市面上常见的产品,例如iPacUAndroid PacUWindows Pad等,内置 多款3D建模软件、沙画学习课件、认知游戏训练软件、成长与康复测评软件等。通过平板电 脑中的相关软件实现视觉上的训练,让儿童得到身心上的快乐体验。
[0032] 3D打印笔是具有立体作画功能的画笔,利用PLA、ABS塑料等材质,可以在任何表面 “书写”,甚至可以直接在空气中作画;它基于3D打印技术,挤出热融的塑料,然后在空气中 迅速冷却,最后固化成稳定的状态。脑瘫、自闭症儿童通过3D打印笔自己动手制作实物,使 触觉和动手能力得到了有效的锻炼与提升。3D打印笔采用我公司自主研发生产的TS-XKB-03型超低温3D打印笔;当然,在实现相同功能的前提下,也可采用市面上现有的产品。
[0033] VR技术的虚拟现实直观体验系统,让脑瘫、自闭症儿童在虚拟现实体验系统中沟 通交流,增强感知外界事物的能力,同时交互式社会互动,锻炼自闭症、脑瘫儿童语言交流 能力。
[0034] 在VR虚拟机中安装有可3D打印的相关实物资料,儿童在通过VR虚拟机中看到了实 物全方位的外观后,可通过3D打印笔制作出VR虚拟机中所看到的实物模型,利用这一技术 充分发挥出脑瘫、自闭症儿童应有的创造天赋。
[0035]通过上述多感官训练设备完成脑瘫、自闭症儿童第二阶段的多方面能力提升训 练,使其感官知觉能力、动手能力、认知能力得到综合训练,进而提升正常儿童,以及脑瘫、 自闭症儿童的注意力和自控能力。
[0036] 3D沙画设计模块设有沙画平台、投影仪以及多功能显示屏,投影仪设置在沙画平 台下方并与多功能显示屏连接,多功能显示屏与3D打印设备连接。
[0037] 沙画平台是以在透明物体上洒落细沙的多少来形成二维直观的视觉体验,同时在 透明物体下方设置投影仪,投影仪与多功能显示屏连接,能够将受训儿童创作的二维图形 显示在多功能显示屏上。
[0038]多功能显示屏采用我公司自主研发的TS-XKXSP-02型显示屏,其自带2D转3D、浮雕 等相关软件,能够生成可打印的三维模型,并输出到3D打印设备中进行打印,得到带有凹凸 感的三维实物模型;沙画平台和投影仪可采用市面上现有的产品。
[0039]沙画平台配套有以简便易用为目标而开发的游戏化软件和轻量化建模软件,具有 手绘输入、文字输入、2D转3D、浮雕转换、多物体合并、布尔等功能,使正常儿童以及脑瘫、自 闭症儿童通过操作绘制简单模型,并利用3D打印快速成型的特点打印模型,增加儿童的成 就感,使儿童的视、触觉等得到有效的成长发育训练;上述软件包括我公司自主开发的《星 语》、《星酷》、《星创》、《万物》、《启星》、《堆雪人》、《涂鸦世界》等多款游戏训练建模软件。 [0040]通过3D沙画设计模块完成脑瘫、自闭症儿童第三阶段的能力提升训练,进一步提 高儿童的创造能力、感官知觉能力、动手能力以及认知能力。
[0041]作品展示模块设有若干平板电脑I,用于展示脑瘫、自闭症儿童自己亲手制作的3D 打印作品和沙画作品,通过展示、评选,提升其语言表达能力和行为主动性,建立社会认同 感;平板电脑I可采用与平板电脑n相同类型的产品。
[0042]通过本发明的多感官训练系统能够使脑瘫、自闭症儿童完成各感知器官的训练, 从而使其感官知觉能力、动手能力、沟通能力、认识能力、生活自理能力、情绪情感能力、环 境适应能力得到综合训练,进而提升脑瘫、自闭症儿童的注意力和自控能力。
[0043]本发明的多感官训练系统除了用于脑瘫和自闭症儿童的康复训练外,也可用于正 常儿童的早期启蒙教育训练,能够更好地提升正常儿童感官等多方面的综合能力。

Claims (7)
1.一种基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,包括控制主机以及分别与所 述控制主机连接的3D打印训练模块、互动体验模块、邪沙画设计模块和作品展不模块; 所述3D打印训练模块设有若干3D打印设备,所述3D打印设备与控制主机连接; 所述互动体验模块设有若干用于视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉以及触觉训练的多感官训练设 备,所述多感官训练设备分别与控制主机和3D打印设备连接; 所述3D沙画设计模块设有沙画平台、投影仪以及多功能显示屏,所述投影仪设置在沙 画平台下方并与多功能显示屏连接,所述多功能显示屏与3D打印设备连接; 所述作品展示模块设有若干平板电脑I,所述平板电脑I与控制主机连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所述3D打印 设备包括儿童训练机以及食品3D打印机。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所述3D打印 训练模块还包括用于3D打印设备的工具箱,所述工具箱内设有开口扳手、镊子、内六角扳 手、斜口钳、3D打印专用胶带纸、3D打印专用喷头以及特氟龙管。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所述多感官 训练设备包括辨识魔盒、多点触控教学一体机、平板电脑n以及3D打印笔。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所述辨识魔 盒分别与控制主机和平板电脑n连接。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所述多点触 控教学一体机分别与控制主机、投影仪以及平板电脑n连接。
7. 根据权利要求4_6任一项所述的基于3D打印技术的多感官训练系统,其特征在于,所 述多感官训练设备还包括VR虚拟机,所述VR虚拟机与3D打印设备连接。
