The third ridge 18 is located between the first ridge 16 and the second ridge 17.

The first bulge loop structure 20 is attached to the side surface of the first pot edge 7, which is far away from the pot body 3, and the second bulge loop structure 21 is attached to the side surface of the second pot edge 8, which is far away from the pot body 3, and the sealing function is further achieved on the basis of the closed loop structure 10, so that not only can a small amount of steam overflow caused by overhigh temperature in the pot be prevented in the frying process, but also oil water can be prevented from overflowing the first pot edge 7 and the second pot edge 8 to pollute the shell 4 when the frying process is finished and the pot is opened.
The first sealing ring 11 is inclined downwards towards the center of the pot body 3.
The first sealing ring 11 is inclined downwards towards the center of the pot body 3, when cooking, some water vapor is liquefied into liquid and then directly flows back into the pot along the inclined surface downwards, so that the phenomenon that the water vapor flows out of the sealing ring 9 is prevented, the pot body 3 and the sealing ring 9 are stuck together, the sealing ring 9 is damaged, and the sealing performance of the sealing ring 9 is reduced, so that later-stage gas overflows to damage a circuit board.
The closed loop structure 10, the sealing ring 9, the first convex ring structure 20 and the second convex ring structure 21 are integrally formed.
The closed loop structure 10, the sealing ring 9, the first convex ring structure 20 and the second convex ring structure 21 are integrally formed, so that gaps are not reserved among all the components of the whole sealing structure 2, and gas cannot pass through. The sealing structure 2 is ensured not to overflow gas.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the first sealing ring 11 is different from the above embodiment in that the first sealing ring 11 includes a first edge 13, the thickness of the first edge 13 is increased, and the upper and lower surfaces are arc-shaped.
The thickness of the part contacted with the first pot edge 7 and the second pot edge 8 is increased at the end part of the first edge 13 of the first sealing ring 11, and the part contacted with the first pot edge 7 and the second pot edge 8 is arc-shaped, so that the joint of the part contacted with the flanging junction of the upper pot and the lower pot is tightly attached, the tightness of the two pot covers is enhanced, and the gas in the pot body 3 is not easy to overflow.
As another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8, unlike the above embodiment, the closed loop structure 10 includes a plurality of protruding strips 22 with triangular cross section and a plurality of branched sheet-like structures 23, the sheet-like structures 23 are located above the protruding strips 22 and connected with the protruding strips 22, the protruding strips 22 are located on the surfaces of the first sealing ring 11 contacting the first rim 7 and the second rim 8, respectively, and after the closed loop structure 10 contacts the corresponding first rim 7 and second rim 8, the first rim 7 and the second rim 8 press one sheet-like structure 23 first, and then press the other sheet-like structure 23 onto the protruding strips 22.
When the first pot mouth and the second pot mouth are closed, the convex strips 22 contacted with the first pot rim 7 and the second pot rim 8 incline due to pressure, one of the convex strips 23 is reversely inclined to be pressed on the surface of the first sealing ring 11, the other convex strip 23 is pressed on the other inclined surface of the convex strip 22, and finally the convex strip 22 is attached on the surface of the first sealing ring 11, so that the contact area between the sealing structure 2 and the first pot rim 7 and the second pot rim 8 is increased, and the sealing performance of the sealing structure 2 is increased.

the closed-loop structure is in a convex strip shape, the cross section of the closed-loop structure is triangular, the bottom edge of the triangle is positioned on the surface of the first sealing ring, and one edge of the triangle is a hypotenuse;
