A safety valve for a hot water supply system, characterized in that: the water inlet of the valve body is provided with a water inlet pipe for flowing hot water, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the valve body, the water inlet pipe is connected with the valve body through a bolt, the water outlet of the valve body is provided with a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the valve body, the water outlet pipe is connected with the valve body through a bolt, a valve seat is arranged in the valve body and fixedly connected with the valve body, a lower cavity is formed below the valve seat, an upper cavity is formed above the valve seat, a valve rod is arranged on the valve seat and fixedly connected with the valve core, a fixing frame is arranged on the valve body and fixedly connected with the valve body, the valve rod is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, an electric push rod is arranged above the valve rod, a piston rod of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the valve rod, a control device, the water inlet pipe is provided with a temperature sensor which is fixedly connected with the water inlet pipe, the electric push rod and the temperature sensor are both electrically connected with a control device, the valve core is provided with a first rubber sealing ring, the first rubber sealing ring wraps the valve core, the first rubber sealing ring is connected with the valve core in an adhesion way, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are provided with second rubber sealing rings, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are both connected with the second rubber sealing rings on the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe in an adhesion way, a limiting post is arranged under the valve core, overflow holes are arranged on the limiting post and distributed at equal intervals, the limiting post is fixedly connected with the valve core, a sealing seat is arranged under the valve body and is fixedly connected with the valve body, an insertion groove matched with the limiting post is arranged on the sealing seat, and the limiting post is movably connected with the sealing seat, the pressure sensor is arranged in the insertion groove and fixedly connected with the insertion groove, the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the control device, the cold water tank is arranged on the right side of the valve body and is connected with the valve body through a bolt, a water pipe is arranged on the cold water tank and penetrates through the valve body, two ends of the water pipe are respectively communicated with the cold water tank and the lower cavity, the water pipe is connected with the cold water tank through a bolt, a water suction pump is arranged on the water pipe and is fixedly connected with the water pipe, the water suction pump is electrically connected with the control device, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the cold water tank and is fixedly connected with the cold water tank, the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the control device, a warning lamp is arranged on the valve body and is fixedly connected with the valve body, and the warning lamp is electrically connected with the control device, the working method of the safety valve for the hot water supply system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) when hot water flows into the valve body from the water inlet pipe, the temperature sensor in the water inlet pipe can detect the temperature of the hot water and feed back the temperature to the control device;
2) when the temperature of hot water exceeds 45 ℃, the control device starts the electric push rod to push the valve rod, so that the valve core plugs the water outlet of the valve seat;
3) in the process that the electric push rod pushes the valve rod, after the pressure sensor detects the pressure applied to the valve rod by the limiting column, the information is fed back to the control device, and the control device stops operating the electric push rod;
4) the control unit then activates the pump to pump cold water into the lower chamber to mix with the hot water to reduce the temperature of the hot water.
