The invention relates to a safety valve for a hot water supply system and a working method thereof.
Background
The valve is a control part in a fluid conveying system and has the functions of stopping, adjusting, guiding, preventing counter flow, stabilizing pressure, shunting or overflowing and relieving pressure and the like. Valves used in fluid control systems range in variety and size from the simplest shut-off valves to the variety of valves used in extremely complex autonomous systems.
The hot water supply system is a water supply system which ensures that a user can obtain hot water with water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and water quality which meet the design requirements on time.
However, there are many kinds of existing valves, but the existing valves do not have a thermal protection function, and when hot water is overheated, users are easily scalded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safety valve for a hot water supply system, which can effectively close the valve when hot water is overheated, and a working method thereof.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a safety valve for a hot water supply system comprises a valve body and a valve core, wherein a water inlet pipe for flowing hot water is arranged on a water inlet of the valve body, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the valve body, the water inlet pipe is connected with a bolt of the valve body, a water outlet pipe is arranged on a water outlet of the valve body, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the valve body, the water outlet pipe is connected with the bolt of the valve body, a valve seat is arranged in the valve body and is fixedly connected with the valve body, a lower cavity is formed below the valve seat, an upper cavity is formed above the valve seat, a valve rod is arranged on the valve core and is fixedly connected with the valve core, a fixing frame is arranged on the valve body and is fixedly connected with the valve body, the valve rod is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, an electric push rod is arranged above the valve, the control device is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, the water inlet pipe is provided with a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is fixedly connected with the water inlet pipe, and the electric push rod and the temperature sensor are both electrically connected with the control device.
Preferably, the valve core is provided with a first rubber sealing ring, the valve core is wrapped by the first rubber sealing ring, the first rubber sealing ring is connected with the valve core in an adhesion mode, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are provided with second rubber sealing rings, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected with the second rubber sealing rings on the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe in an adhesion mode. Through being provided with first rubber seal and second rubber seal, the delivery port of disk seat can effectively be plugged to first rubber seal, and the gap of inlet tube and the position that the outlet pipe links to each other with the valve body can effectively be plugged to second rubber seal.
Preferably, a limiting column is arranged below the valve core, overflow holes are formed in the limiting column and distributed at equal intervals, the limiting column is fixedly connected with the valve core, a sealing seat is arranged below the valve body and fixedly connected with the valve body, an insertion groove matched with the limiting column is formed in the sealing seat, and the limiting column is movably connected with the sealing seat through the insertion groove. The limiting column can effectively block hot water, prevent the hot water from flowing too fast and being arranged, and divide the lower cavity into two parts.
Preferably, a pressure sensor is arranged in the insertion groove, the pressure sensor is fixedly connected with the insertion groove, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the control device. The pressure sensor detects the pressure applied by the limiting column and feeds back the pressure to the control device, so that the damage to the valve core and the valve seat caused by the overlarge thrust of the electric push rod is effectively prevented.
Preferably, a cold water tank is arranged on the right side of the valve body and connected with the valve body through bolts, a water pipe is arranged on the cold water tank and penetrates through the valve body, two ends of the water pipe are respectively communicated with the cold water tank and the lower cavity, the water pipe is connected with the cold water tank through bolts, a water suction pump is arranged on the water pipe and fixedly connected with the water pipe, and the water suction pump is electrically connected with the control device. The temperature of the hot water is reduced by pumping cold water into the lower cavity to mix with the hot water through the overflow holes.
Preferably, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the cold water tank, the liquid level sensor is fixedly connected with the cold water tank, and the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the control device. The liquid level sensor can effectively detect the water level condition of the cold water tank.
Preferably, a warning light is arranged on the valve body and fixedly connected with the valve body, and the warning light is electrically connected with the control device. When the water level in the cold water tank is lower than a set value, the warning lamp flickers.
Preferably, a water injection pipe is arranged on the cold water tank, the water injection pipe is communicated with the cold water tank, and the water injection pipe is fixedly connected with the cold water tank. When the water level in the cold water tank is insufficient, water can be added into the cold water tank through the water injection pipe.
The invention provides a working method of a safety valve for a hot water supply system, which comprises the following steps:
1) when hot water flows into the valve body from the water inlet pipe, the temperature sensor in the water inlet pipe can detect the temperature of the hot water and feed back the temperature to the control device;
2) when the temperature of hot water exceeds 45 ℃, the control device starts the electric push rod to push the valve rod, so that the valve core plugs the water outlet of the valve seat;
3) in the process that the electric push rod pushes the valve rod, after the pressure sensor detects the pressure applied to the valve rod by the limiting column, the information is fed back to the control device, and the control device stops operating the electric push rod;
4) the control unit then activates the pump to pump cold water into the lower chamber to mix with the hot water to reduce the temperature of the hot water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through being provided with case, valve rod, electric putter and temperature sensor, when temperature sensor detected hot water and is overheated, thereby controlling means control electric putter pushed the valve rod and made the case plug the runner of disk seat, closed the valve, effectively prevented hot water outflow. In addition, be provided with first rubber seal on the case, first rubber seal wraps up the case, and first rubber seal is connected with case bonding, is provided with second rubber seal on inlet tube and the outlet pipe, and inlet tube and outlet pipe all are rather than second rubber seal bonding connection on separately. Through being provided with first rubber seal and second rubber seal, the delivery port of disk seat can effectively be plugged to first rubber seal, and the gap of inlet tube and the position that the outlet pipe links to each other with the valve body can effectively be plugged to second rubber seal. As shown in fig. 1, a safety valve for a hot water supply system comprises a valve body 1 and a valve core 2, wherein a water inlet pipe 3 for flowing hot water is arranged on a water inlet of the valve body 1, the water inlet pipe 3 is communicated with the valve body 1, the water inlet pipe 3 is connected with the valve body 1 by a bolt, a water outlet pipe 4 is arranged on a water outlet of the valve body 1, the water outlet pipe 4 is communicated with the valve body 1, the water outlet pipe 4 is connected with the valve body 1 by a bolt, a valve seat 5 is arranged in the valve body 1, the valve seat 5 is fixedly connected with the valve body 1, a lower cavity 6 is formed below the valve seat 5, an upper cavity 7 is formed above the valve seat 5, a valve rod 8 is arranged on the valve core 2, the valve rod 8 is fixedly connected with the valve core 2, a fixing frame 9 is arranged on the valve body 1, be provided with electric putter 10 above the valve rod 8, electric putter 10's piston rod and valve rod 8 fixed connection, 9 right sides of mount are provided with controlling means 11, controlling means 11 and 9 fixed connection of mount, be provided with temperature sensor 12 on the inlet tube 3, temperature sensor 12 and 3 fixed connection of inlet tube, electric putter 10 and temperature sensor 12 all with controlling means 11 electric connection. The invention provides a working method of a safety valve for a hot water supply system, which comprises the following steps:
1) when hot water flows into the valve body from the water inlet pipe, the temperature sensor in the water inlet pipe can detect the temperature of the hot water and feed back the temperature to the control device;
2) when the temperature of hot water exceeds 45 ℃, the control device starts the electric push rod to push the valve rod, so that the valve core plugs the water outlet of the valve seat;
3) in the process that the electric push rod pushes the valve rod, after the pressure sensor detects the pressure applied to the valve rod by the limiting column, the information is fed back to the control device, and the control device stops operating the electric push rod;
4) the control unit then activates the pump to pump cold water into the lower chamber to mix with the hot water to reduce the temperature of the hot water.
