Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗乳腺增生的中药，包括下述重量份数的原料：肖梵天花20‑40，漏芦15‑30，荔枝核15‑30，山慈菇20‑40，其特征在于还包括下述重量份数的原料：青皮10‑30，柴胡10‑30，昆布30‑50，海藻30‑50，丝瓜络10‑20。上述中药原料清洗烘干研成细面，过目100‑120目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜，制成丸剂或片剂，该药用量每日3次，每次6克，一月为一疗程，重者连服2‑3个疗程。本发明的优点是配伍完善，主次分明，符合君、臣、佐、使的配伍方法，且有服用方便，疗效可靠，无毒副作用，治愈率高，追访一年未见复发，取得了显著的临床疗效。

背景技术
[0002]妇女乳腺增生病是育龄妇女常见病，多发病之一，临床表现为乳核增大，时有隐 痛，皮肤如常，推之稍有移动，常以月经前乳房胀痛为多见。本病属中医“乳癖，，范畴。中医认 为其病因病机主要是：思虑伤脾，郁怒伤肝，气血郁结，而成肿块;冲任不调，肝气失疏或为 痰湿所阻，气壅不散，积聚乳间，凝成肿块。目前乳腺增生病尚无特效药物，多数药物服后当 时见效，易反复发作，中医药治疗该病有着广阔的前景，具有副作用小，复发率低，疗效持久 等优势。
[0003]通过查新检索在治疗乳腺增生的方药中，应用青皮，柴胡，昆布，海藻等药层出不 穷，我们在临床反复实验中发现其疗效不佳，难以达到治愈的目的。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的就是克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种具有配伍完善、无毒副作 用、治愈率高、复发率低的治疗乳腺增生的中药。
[0005]为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案。
[0006]治疗乳腺增生的中药，包括下述重量份数的原料：肖梵天花20-40,漏芦15_3〇,荔 枝核15-30,山慈菇20-40,其特征在于还包括下述重量份数的原料:青皮10—30,柴胡1〇_3〇， 昆布30-50，海藻30-50，丝瓜络10-20。
[0007]在上述技术方案的基础上，其原料最佳重量份数配比为：肖梵天花3〇，漏芦2〇，荔 枝核20，山慈菇3〇，青皮20，柴胡20，昆布40，海藻40，丝瓜络15。
[000S]上述中药原料清洗烘干研成细面，过目100-120目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜制成丸 剂或片剂，该药用量每日3次，每次6克。1个月为1个疗程，重者连服2-3个疗程。

具体实施方式

[0011]实施例1:肖梵天花20,漏芦15,荔枝核15,山慈菇20,青皮10,柴胡10，昆布30,海藻 3〇,丝瓜络10。上述中药原料清洗烘干研成细面，过目loo-12〇目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜制 成丸剂或片剂。比例配药对乳腺增生冲任不调型疗效较好，但对气滞血瘀型的症状改善不 明显，效果不佳。 ' °
[0012]实施例2:肖梵天花40，漏芦30，蒸枝核3〇，山慈菇40，青皮30，柴胡30，昆布50，海藻 50,丝瓜络20。上述中药原料清洗烘千研成细面，过目100-120筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜制成 丸剂或片剂。比例配药对湿热所阻疗效较好，但对气滞疲阻等症状改善不明显，效果不佳。
[0013]实施例3:肖梵天花3〇，漏芦220，荔枝核20，山慈菇30，青皮20，柴胡20，昆布40，海 澡40,丝瓜络15。上述中药原料清洗烘干左成细面，过目]_〇〇—120目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜 制成丸剂或片剂。比例配药对乳腺增生冲任不调，气血郁结，痰阻瘀毒等症状都有较好的临 床疗效，药性稳定，一般服用2-3个疗程即可。
[0014]以下通过临床使用来说明本发明的效果。
[0015] 1、治疗结果：用该药治疗乳腺增生患者108例，随机分为2组，30天为一个疗程，经 2-3个疗程治疗。
[0016] A、治疗组54例，服用本发明实施例3提供的治疗乳腺增生的中药，治愈率80%，有效 率99.5%。
[0017] B、对照组54例，采用逍遥丸治疗，治愈率30%，有效率在70%。
[0018] 从实施例中可以看出，在实施例3的配伍中，配方合理，疗效确切，全方位具有疏肝 理气，化瘀通络，软坚散结，解毒消痰的作用。该方药是以调理脏腑能，针对乳腺增生经久不 愈，气滞血瘀，冲任不调，痰阻瘀毒的病理因素所制定，从而阻断这一基本病理环节是治疗 本病的关键所在。

[0020]中医认为，本病由思虑伤肝，郁怒伤肝，气血郁结或冲任不调，肝气失疏，或痰湿所 阻，壅滞不散，邪毒积聚乳间，凝聚肿块，因而在治疗时，选用具有疏肝理气，化痰通络，软坚 散结，解毒消痰的中药是立法用药肯有十分实用的指导意义。
[0021] 用药依据:治疗乳腺增生中，肖梵天花清热利湿，解毒消肿;漏芦清热解毒，消痛通 乳;荔枝核理气止痛，软坚散结；山慈菇软坚化瘀散结;青皮疏肝理气化滞;柴胡疏肝解郁； 昆布消痰散结消肿;海藻软坚散结，化痰消肿;丝瓜络通络化瘀散结。诸药合用具有疏肝理 气，化瘀通络，软坚散结，解毒消痰之功效。
[0022] 现代医学药理证明，这些药物不但有抗炎消除水肿的作用，还有软化肿块，调整失 衡的女性激素，提高病人的细胞免疫功能和降低乳癌发病率具有一定的意义。
[0023]纵观全方，配伍严谨，君、臣、佐、使分明，切中乳腺增生的病机，全方集疏肝理气， 活血化瘀，软坚散结，化瘀通络，解毒消痰，调摄冲任于一炉，不仅可消退乳癖，还可治疗气 血不畅之月经不调。

[0025]病例1:王某某，女，33岁，五河水上运输队工人，双乳房肿胀月经前期加重，在蚌医 院诊断为乳腺增生病。服用多种中、西药疗效不佳，2013年8月服本发明2个月，至今未见复 发。
[0026]病例2:郭某某，女，41岁，蚌埠市淮上区沫河口镇农民。1〇年前出现双乳房胀痛，以 前部为主，每天劳累或生气后，疼痛加重，月经前尤甚，在多家医院检查，诊断为乳腺小叶增 生，服中药、西药治疗无效，于2011年5月前来就诊，服本发明中药2个月，诸症消失，继用一 个月，随访二年未复发。
