本发明公开了一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料包括:滁菊多糖、硒酸酯多糖、滁菊精油、辅料、润滑剂、酸味剂、甜味剂。本发明还提出含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、辅料混合均匀制得预制料A;将预制料A造粒、干燥、整粒,制得预制料B;将预制料B、润滑剂、酸味剂、甜味剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。本发明含硒滁菊多糖口含片适合各类人群食用,健效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒酸酯多糖是一种新型的有机硒制剂,其有机结构极为有效提高了硒的生物利用度及其作为生命必须微量元素的生理功能,已被人体吸收,且毒性相比无机硒大大降低。滁菊多糖是滁菊重要的功能成分,具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗氧化、提高免疫力功效,安全无毒。
目前,对滁菊多糖制备方法的研究较多,滁菊多糖制品种类单一、保健功能不全,如何将其开发成具有多种功能保健食品,对改善人们生活水平,提高人们身体健康具有重要意义。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片及其制备方法,营养价值高,保健效果好,气味芳香,方便携带。
本发明提出一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖35-50份,硒酸酯多糖0.5-2.5份,滁菊精油0.05-0.5份,辅料65-75份,润滑剂1-2份,酸味剂1-3份,甜味剂1-3份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40-45份,硒酸酯多糖1-2份,滁菊精油0.1-0.3份,辅料68-72份,润滑剂1.4-1.8份,酸味剂1.5-2.5份,甜味剂1.5-2.5份。
优选地,辅料为木糖醇、山梨醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉中的一种或多种。
优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或滑石粉。
优选地,酸味剂为柠檬酸和/或苹果酸。
优选地,甜味剂为蜂蜜、阿巴斯甜、白糖中的一种或多种。
本发明还提出上述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、辅料混合均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A造粒、干燥、整粒,制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B、润滑剂、酸味剂、甜味剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。
优选地,S2中造粒粒径为100-200目;优选地,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为0.5-1h。
本发明以滁菊多糖为主料,配合硒酸酯多糖、滁菊精油、辅料、润滑剂、酸味剂、甜味剂制得口含片,具有多种功效,适合各类人群食用,方便携带,保健效果好。其中滁菊多糖具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗氧化、提高免疫力功效;硒酸酯多糖与滁菊多糖相容性好,可进一步增强口含片抗氧化、清除自由基、保护细胞、拮抗毒性、抗癌、防衰老的功效;滁菊精油具有抗菌、消炎的功效,气味浓郁芳香,可调整口含片的风味;酸味剂和甜味剂可调整口含片的甜味和酸味,增加口感;润滑剂为加工助剂,起到润滑的作用,提高口含片稳定性,提高质量;本发明通过预混将有机硒和多糖均匀分布在口含片中,并合理控制造粒粒径、干燥时间,配合压片和灭菌工艺制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片,制备工艺简便,生产效率高。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖35份,硒酸酯多糖0.5份,滁菊精油0.05份,木糖醇20份,淀粉45份,硬脂酸镁1份,柠檬酸1份,蜂蜜1份。
实施例2
一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖50份,硒酸酯多糖2.5份,滁菊精油0.5份,山梨醇30份,微晶纤维素45份,滑石粉2份,苹果酸3份,白糖3份。
实施例3
一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40份,硒酸酯多糖1份,滁菊精油0.1份,山梨醇68份,硬脂酸镁1.4份,柠檬酸1.5份,蜂蜜1.5份。
上述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、山梨醇混合均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经造粒制得粒径为100目颗粒,在温度55℃干燥0.5h,整粒制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B、硬脂酸镁、柠檬酸、蜂蜜混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。
实施例4
一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖45份,硒酸酯多糖2份,滁菊精油0.3份,微晶纤维素72份,滑石粉1.8份,苹果酸2.5份,阿巴斯甜2.5份。
上述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、微晶纤维素混合均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经造粒制得粒径为200目颗粒,在温度65℃干燥1h,整粒制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B、滑石粉、苹果酸、阿巴斯甜混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。
实施例5
一种含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖42份,硒酸酯多糖1.5份,滁菊精油0.2份,淀粉70份,硬脂酸镁1.6份,苹果酸2份,白糖2份。
上述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、淀粉混合均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A经造粒制得粒径为150目颗粒,在温度60℃干燥1.2h,整粒制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B、硬脂酸镁、苹果酸、白糖混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其特征在于,辅料为木糖醇、山梨醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其特征在于,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其特征在于,酸味剂为柠檬酸和/或苹果酸。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片,其特征在于,甜味剂为蜂蜜、阿巴斯甜、白糖中的一种或多种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将硒酸酯多糖溶于水中,加入滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、辅料混合均匀制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A造粒、干燥、整粒,制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B、润滑剂、酸味剂、甜味剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得含硒滁菊多糖口含片。
8.根据权利要求7所述含硒滁菊多糖口含片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中造粒粒径为100-200目;优选地,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为0.5-1h。
