技术领域
本发明一种家禽养殖饲料,具体涉及一种蛋鸭饲料及其制作方法。
背景技术
蛋鸭是一种常见的家禽,其营养价值高、饲养方便,特别适合规模化养殖;近些年,我国的养殖业发展迅速,其中蛋鸭养殖业规模也得到了扩大,从而导致市场对蛋鸭饲料的需求量也在增大。由于现代人对健康地关注度越来越高,养殖户要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地就必须提高蛋鸭肉的品质。众所周知,蛋鸭饲料会影响蛋鸭的生长发育,劣质的蛋鸭饲料不能为蛋鸭生长提供充足的营养,它会导致蛋鸭生长缓慢、患病率升高,并且还添加有一些有害化学物质,这些物质进入人体内会给人们的健康造成危害。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种绿色健康、无任何激素添加的蛋鸭饲料及其制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
蛋鸭饲料,其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粉50-60份、木薯渣30-35份、胡萝卜粉30-40份、葵花籽粉8-10份、米糠20-30份、麦粉5-8份、槐树叶粉2-4份、柠檬酸渣6-8份、磷酸氢钙3-5份、EM菌原液2-4份、玉米蛋白粉8-10份、亚麻籽油3-5份、维生素C 6-8份、蒙脱石粉10-12份、蛋白添加剂6-10份。
蛋鸭饲料的制作方法,包括以下内容:称取玉米粉、木薯渣、胡萝卜粉、葵花籽粉、米糠、麦粉、槐树叶粉,混合粉碎,然后加入适量的纯净水,调节混合料的含水量55%-60%,然后再加入柠檬酸渣和EM菌原液,搅拌后放置在35-40℃环境下腐熟36-48小时,最后加入磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、亚麻籽油、维生素C、蒙脱石粉、蛋白添加剂等其他剩余组成原料,烘干制成含水率10%-15%的饲料,再经造粒即得。
所述的混合料腐熟处理后进行升温,升温至75-85℃,进行灭菌30-50s。
所述的烘干完成后,需再经除尘器进行除尘处理。

本发明的蛋鸭饲料根据蛋鸭的生长阶段营养需求,精细挑选配制,富含大量营养物质,能够促进蛋鸭的食欲,提高蛋鸭的吸收与消化能力,同时添加多种药材,不仅提高了蛋鸭机体的免疫力,减少发病率,而且提高鸭蛋的保健功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:蛋鸭饲料,其组成原料的重量(斤)为:玉米粉55、木薯渣32、胡萝卜粉35、葵花籽粉9、米糠25、麦粉6、槐树叶粉3、柠檬酸渣7、磷酸氢钙4、EM菌原液3、玉米蛋白粉9、亚麻籽油4、维生素C 7、蒙脱石粉11、蛋白添加剂8。
蛋鸭饲料的制作方法,包括以下内容:称取玉米粉、木薯渣、胡萝卜粉、葵花籽粉、米糠、麦粉、槐树叶粉,混合粉碎,然后加入适量的纯净水,调节混合料的含水量55%,然后再加入柠檬酸渣和EM菌原液,搅拌后放置在38℃环境下腐熟42小时,然后进行升温,升温至75-85℃,进行灭菌30-50s,最后加入磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、亚麻籽油、维生素C、蒙脱石粉、蛋白添加剂等其他剩余组成原料,烘干制成含水率10%-15%的饲料,再经造粒即得。

1.一种蛋鸭饲料,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:玉米粉50-60份、木薯渣30-35份、胡萝卜粉30-40份、葵花籽粉8-10份、米糠20-30份、麦粉5-8份、槐树叶粉2-4份、柠檬酸渣6-8份、磷酸氢钙3-5份、EM菌原液2-4份、玉米蛋白粉8-10份、亚麻籽油3-5份、维生素C 6-8份、蒙脱石粉10-12份、蛋白添加剂6-10份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的蛋鸭饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下内容:称取玉米粉、木薯渣、胡萝卜粉、葵花籽粉、米糠、麦粉、槐树叶粉,混合粉碎,然后加入适量的纯净水,调节混合料的含水量55%-60%,然后再加入柠檬酸渣和EM菌原液,搅拌后放置在35-40℃环境下腐熟36-48小时,最后加入磷酸氢钙、玉米蛋白粉、亚麻籽油、维生素C、蒙脱石粉、蛋白添加剂等其他剩余组成原料,烘干制成含水率10%-15%的饲料,再经造粒即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蛋鸭饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的混合料腐熟处理后进行升温,升温至75-85℃,进行灭菌30-50s。
4.根据权利要求2所述的蛋鸭饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的烘干完成后,需再经除尘器进行除尘处理。
