Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,包括:一太阳能光伏板和一支架;所述支架顶端安装有喷头,所述支架底端安装有收集槽;所述支架底端安装有水箱,所述水箱分别与所述喷头和所述收集槽通过水管相连接;用于所述收集槽与所述水箱连接的水管上安装有过滤器;所述支架上安装有两平行导轨,两所述导轨相对面开设有滑槽,两所述导轨之间安装有一横杆,所述横杆两端安装有滑轮,其中一所述滑轮内安装有电机,所述横杆上安装有若干喷气装置;所述支架上安装有处理芯片。通过上述方式,本发明一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,该太阳能光伏板具有自动清洗功能,避免人工操作,节约了人力资源。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及太阳能光伏电池技术领域,具体涉及一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能 光伏板。
背景技术 t〇〇〇2]随着社会的高速发展对资源的过度利用,对环境造成严重的污染,国际社会对节 能减排日益重视,呼吁利用绿色能源代替传统能源,减少对环境的污染,近年来太阳能的利 用取得了重大发展,太阳能光伏板是目前较为常见的转换太阳能的装置,太阳能光伏板作 为一种清洁环保的绿色能源产品,越来越多地应用于生产、生活各领域,太阳能光伏板接入 并网光伏发电系统或独立光伏发电系统中,现有的太阳能光伏板个头较大,清洗困难。 发明内容
[0003] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,能够 自动对太阳能光伏板自动进行清洗。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种具有自动清洗功能的 太阳能光伏板,包括:一太阳能光伏板和一支架,所述太阳能光伏板倾斜的安装在所述支架 上; 所述支架为L型,所述支架顶端安装有喷头,所述支架底端安装有收集槽; 所述支架底端安装有水箱,所述水箱分别与所述喷头和所述收集槽通过水管相连接; 用于所述收集槽与所述水箱连接的水管上安装有过滤器; 所述支架上安装有两平行导轨,两所述导轨相对面开设有滑槽,两所述导轨之间安装 有一横杆,所述横杆两端安装有滑轮,其中一所述滑轮内安装有电机,所述横杆上安装有若 干喷气装置; 所述支架上安装有处理芯片,所述处理芯片与所述太阳能光伏板、所述喷头、所述喷气 装置和所述电机通过电线相连接。

[0015]所述支架2为L型,所述支架2顶端安装有喷头12,所述喷头12用于对所述太阳能光 伏板1表面进行清洗。
[0016]所述支架2底端安装有收集槽7,所述收集槽7与所述水管连接处成漏斗状,所述收 集槽7用于对清洗所述太阳能光伏板1后的废水进行收集。
[0017] 所述支架1底端安装有水箱6,所述水箱6分别与所述喷头12和所述收集槽7通过水 管相连接,所述水箱6给所述喷头12供水以便可以清洗脏了的所述太阳能光伏板1。
[0018]用于所述收集槽7与所述水箱6连接的水管上安装有过滤器8,所述过滤器8用于对 废水进行净化,从而使得水可以循环利用。

[0022]所述横杆11上安装有若干喷气装置13,所述喷气装置13用于对清洗后的所述太阳 能光伏板1表面喷气,从而将水珠掉,使得所述太阳能光伏板1表面保持干燥。
[0023] 所述支架2上安装有处理芯片9,所述处理芯片9内置有无线模块,所述无线模块与 外部终端相连接,用于对这个设备进行开启、关闭以及其他参数设置,本实施例中,所述无 线模块的传输信号为4G。
[0024]所述处理芯片9与所述太阳能光伏板1、所述喷头12、所述喷气装置13和所述电机 10通过电线相连接,所述处理芯片9根据所述太阳能光伏板1的转化率决定是否要对所述太 阳能光伏板1进行清洗,通过所述处理芯片9设置一个最低转化率值,当所述太阳能光伏板1 的转化率低于设定值时,则所述处理芯片9控制所述喷头12对所述太阳能光伏板1表面清 洗,清洗完毕后所述处理芯片9控制所述电机10驱动所述横杆11移动,同时控制所述喷气装 置13吹掉所述太阳能光伏板1表面的水珠,使得所述太阳能光伏板1表面保持干燥。
[0025] 实施例2 一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,包括:一太阳能光伏板1和一支架2,所述太阳 能光伏板1倾斜的安装在所述支架2上,所述支架2用于固定所述太阳能光伏板1。

1. 一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于,包括:一太阳能光伏板和一支 架,所述太阳能光伏板倾斜的安装在所述支架上; 所述支架为L型,所述支架顶端安装有喷头,所述支架底端安装有收集槽; 所述支架底端安装有水箱,所述水箱分别与所述喷头和所述收集槽通过水管相连接; 用于所述收集槽与所述水箱连接的水管上安装有过滤器; 所述支架上安装有两平行导轨,两所述导轨相对面开设有滑槽,两所述导轨之间安装 有一横杆,所述横杆两端安装有滑轮,其中一所述滑轮内安装有电机,所述横杆上安装有若 干喷气装置; 所述支架上安装有处理芯片,所述处理芯片与所述太阳能光伏板、所述喷头、所述喷气 装置和所述电机通过电线相连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述收 集槽与所述水管连接处成漏斗状。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:两所述 导轨与所述太阳能光伏板表面平行。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述滑 槽与所述滑轮相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自动清洗功能的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述处 理芯片内置有无线模块。
