Abstract

本发明公开一种新型润滑油调和釜。通过在进料口前连接一种增粘剂储存罐加热保温装置的设计,从而降低增粘剂粘度,使增粘剂可以通过气压泵作用从进料口进入反应釜,且储存罐中始终保持氮气氛围,能够保护增粘剂不被氧化。另外用过对搅拌器的改良,在搅拌叶上均匀添加有加热片,使设备搅拌更加均匀,残留物更易清理,减少了人工操作,提高运作效率。

本发明属于一种化工设备领域技术领域,具体涉及一种润滑油调和釜。
背景技术
润滑油作为汽车行业、机械设备以及金属加工中的润滑剂,广泛应用于各行各业。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,常用的基础油包括矿物油、合成油、生物油等;常用的添加剂包括增粘剂、油性剂、极压添加剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧化剂等。润滑油的生产主要是将基础油和添加剂混合加入调和反应釜中,再经过搅拌加热的方式混合均匀,最后得到成品的润滑油。
但是根据设备、作业环境的不同,对润滑油的粘度需求有所差异,润滑油的生产常常需要添加增粘剂来增加油品的粘度,常用的增粘剂的在常温情况下,粘度高达几万cP。通常情况下,粘度高的增粘剂在生产过程中不能直接使用气压泵通过进料口进入反应釜,从而只能停止设备运作,打开反应釜,通过人工加料的方式导入。这样工厂生产中工作人员劳动强度的增加,生产效率降低。
由此可见,现有的润滑油生产装置不能满足产线自动化的需求,无法动过自动机械的方法进行添加增粘剂,使生产效率得不到有效的提升。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种润滑油调和釜,解决了润滑油生产时添加增粘剂困难的技术问题,且这种调和釜具有结构简单、操作方便、生产高效的特点
本次发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种润滑油调和釜,包括釜体、储存罐,所述釜体包括顶盖、搅拌装置、混合腔,所述顶盖与混合腔是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合;所述搅拌装置嵌于顶盖中部;所述混合腔下端右侧设有出料管,上端左侧设有进料管,进料管连接着储存罐,进料管中部有计量泵,使储存罐中液体能通过进料管进入混合腔。所述储存罐包括罐盖,罐内腔、加热管、保温棉,氮气进气口、氮气出气口,所述罐盖与罐内腔是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合;所述储存罐的外壁与罐内腔之间存在空腔,所述加热管设置在罐内腔与储存罐外壁之间的空腔内,所述储存罐的外壁包裹有一层保温棉;所述储存罐左侧上部有氮气进气口,右侧上部有氮气出气口。
优选的,所述搅拌装置嵌于顶盖中部,上端为加热器及搅拌驱动电机,下端由一传动连接杆连结搅拌叶,搅拌叶上均匀嵌有加热片。
优选的,所述搅拌装置的搅拌叶片,垂直水平分布三层,每层结构相同,均为水平分布具有一定厚度三叶片形状。
优选的,所述储存罐左侧上部有氮气进气口,其罐外导管连接氮气泵,罐内导管延伸至罐内底部。
优选的,所述计量泵具有定量控制流体通过的功能。
优选的,所述储存罐与釜体为连通体系。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过在调和釜进料口设置有增粘剂储存罐,储存罐通过空腔加热片的加热作用,以及外层保温棉的保温作用,对增粘剂起到保温加热的效果,使其粘度降低,在气压泵的作用下,增粘剂能够自动流向进料口,从而通过进料导管进入调和釜。通过将加热片嵌于搅拌装置的每块搅拌叶片中,恒温温度与储存罐中环境温度相同,使得调和釜中增粘剂的粘度保持降低,易于搅拌,使得调和油搅拌充分均匀,损耗能量降低。另外通过氮气泵的作用,使调和釜和储存罐始终处于充满氮气的状态,最大限度的保证增粘剂及基础物料不被氧化,从而保证润滑油产品的质量。

请参阅图1,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种润滑油调和釜,包括釜体1、储存罐8,釜体1包括顶盖3、搅拌装置2、混合腔4,顶盖3与混合腔4是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合,搅拌装置2嵌于顶盖3中部,混合腔4下端右侧设有出料管5,上端左侧设有进料管6,进料管6连接着储存罐8,进料管6中部有计量泵7,使储存罐8中液体能通过进料管6进入混合腔4。储存罐8包括罐盖10、罐内腔9、加热管12、保温棉11,氮气进气口13、氮气出气口14,罐盖10与罐内腔9是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合,储存罐8的外壁与罐内腔9之间存在空腔,加热管12设置在罐内腔9与储存罐8外壁之间的空腔内,储存罐8的外壁包裹有一层保温棉11,储存罐左侧上部有氮气进气口13,右侧上部有氮气出气口14。搅拌装置2嵌于顶盖3中部,上端为加热器及搅拌驱动电机,下端由一传动连接杆连结搅拌叶,搅拌叶上均匀嵌有加热片,计量泵7具有定量控制流体通过的功能。
具体的过程如下:打开罐盖10,加入适量增粘剂进入罐内腔9,闭合罐盖10;启动氮气泵,氮气通过氮气进气口13进入储存罐8,使罐内空气通过氮气出气口14排出,重复充气操作三次,使空气排净,使储存罐8中充满氮气;启动加热管12,使罐内温度加热至100℃,由于储存罐8外壁有保温棉11,保温效果优良,使罐内环境及增粘剂温度达到100℃,增粘剂储存在储存罐8中,等待使用;打开釜体1的顶盖3,加入润滑油基础油及各类助剂至混合腔4,闭合顶盖3,启动搅拌装置2的加热器及搅拌驱动电机,叶片加热片开始发热及搅拌杆持续转动,使腔内混合物搅拌混合;待混合腔4内温度达到预设100℃后,启动计量泵7,储存罐8内增粘剂流入进料管6,在计量泵7的作用下,使定量的增粘剂通过进料管6流入混合腔4,与基础油及助剂一同混合,待增粘剂完全流入混合腔4后,关闭计量泵7,釜体1内混合体系继续恒温搅拌,至混合体系混合均匀后,得到润滑油产品。

1.一种润滑油调和釜,包括釜体(1)、储存罐(8),其特征在于:
所述釜体(1)包括顶盖(3)、搅拌装置(2)、混合腔(4),所述顶盖(3)与混合腔(4)是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合;所述搅拌装置(2)嵌于顶盖(3)中部;所述混合腔(4)下端右侧设有出料管(5),上端左侧设有进料管(6),所述进料管(6)与储存罐(8),所述进料管(6)中部设置有计量泵(7),使储存罐(8)中液体能通过进料管(6)进入混合腔(4)。
所述储存罐(8)包括罐盖(10),罐内腔(9)、加热管(12)、保温棉(11),氮气进气口(13)、氮气出气口(14),所述罐盖(10)与罐内腔(9)是分离的,通过锁扣装置紧密闭合;所述储存罐(8)的外壁与罐内腔(9)之间存在空腔,所述加热管(12)设置在罐内腔(9)与储存罐(8)外壁之间的空腔内,所述储存罐(8)的外壁包裹有一层保温棉(11);所述储存罐(8)左侧上部有氮气进气口(13),右侧上部有氮气出气口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑油调和釜,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(2)嵌于顶盖(3)中部,上端为加热器及搅拌驱动电机,下端由一传动连接杆连结搅拌叶,搅拌叶上均匀嵌有加热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑油调和釜,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(2)的搅拌叶片,垂直水平分布三层,每层结构相同,均为水平分布具有一定厚度三叶片形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑油调和釜,其特征在于:所述储存罐(8)左侧上部有氮气进气口(13),其罐外导管连接氮气泵,罐内导管延伸至罐内底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑油调和釜,其特征在于:所述计量泵(7)具有定量控制流体通过的功能。
6.根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于:所述储存罐(8)与釜体(1)为连通体系。
